Block Donald Trump from the UK?

“Everybody likes me!” “I’ll build a wall and have Mexico pay for it!”

For my readers in the UK: Donald Trump, a candidate for the Republican nomination for President of the Unites States, a man with an enormous ego and a mouth to match, has proven himself a world class “xenophobic, race-baiting, religious bigot” (a quote from Republican U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina). Currently there is a petition to the UK Parliament that already has more than 500,000 signatures to ban him from the UK. God bless the signers every one!

Right now the Republicans have their knickers in a twist as Trump is appealing to the base instincts of Republican voters being stirred up by his vitriol of hate and fear. One can only hope that the American electorate in the Republican primaries can see through the egocentric blather and personal attacks that ‘The Donald’ is infamous for. Unfortunately he is currently sucking all the air time from the established U.S. media as they jockey for ratings driven by the narcissistic drivel and outrageous comments that spew out of his mouth like vomit the morning after an alcoholic binge. After Trump the Republican Party will have a massive headache.

Dump Trump!

An angry, old, white Republican

Dump Trump: “More than 510,000 people have signed a online petition urging Macy’s Inc. to sever its ties with real estate magnate and television celebrity Donald Trump, accusing him of “especially unpleasant, nasty and despicable behavior.”

A petition on SignOn.org to “dump Trump” claims that Trump’s attitude toward women is sexist. It also argues that the businessman’s complaints about China luring away American jobs are hypocritical and that the clothing line he sells at Macy’s is made in Asia.” The full article in the Los Angeles Times can be read HERE.


Have your voice heard: If you believe, as I do, that Macy’s is hurting its reputation by associating it’s name with a person spouting the sort of nonsense continuously coming out of the mouth of Donald Trump, then signing this petition is a great opportunity to have your voice heard by that national merchant.

Naughty’s and Miss Universe

Miss Universe 2010 contestants

Miss Universe 2010: I’m not a fan of Beauty Pageants, but I won’t have harm come to contestants if I can help it. Last night I had an opportunity to keep three of this years Miss Universe contestants out of trouble and took it.

The pageant is pretty well chaperoned and the countries have a self-interest in keeping their contestant in line as “The Donald” Trump is known for firing people for rules infractions. However, three of the girls conspired to slip their minders and ended up in Naughty Pleasures our Cabaret and with its famous singles bar, Meat Market. A bartender recognized one of them and let security know and we had three of our male escorts pick them up and after a drink and chat where I explained that if they got caught they were in trouble we took them back to the Mandalay Bay. We called ahead and explained the situation and their security was able to sneak them back into the secure area.

The pageant is tonight August 23, 2010. It will be televised on NBC beginning at 9:00 PM in the east and there is a dress rehearsal in the afternoon so it’s a big day for the girls. I don’t mind giving the event publicity because what brings people to Vegas helps us all. I hope you will watch and try to guess which three of the girls spent time chatting up my escorts at Naughty’s. No I’m not going to tell, it’s our secret!
