Pelvic training “Finishing School”

 Kitting out my new students: As in the past when kitting out my wards (though for this group it occurred over a weekend when the shops were usually closed) the class, six lovely hard bodied multi-ethnic athletic women in their early twenties, had been to Gepetto’s bootery to be fitted with £3,500 ballet-boots with unitized titanium toe-box and shanks and easily replaceable titanium heels. There will be no lace-splitter heels for these girls. His adjoining latex fetishwear shop made each student three chlorinated latex catsuits with self-lubricating relief zippers and flat welded seams that won’t tear when under strain. They also went to the Barony’s reproductive health clinic for fitting of the one-size-fits-most Caya contoured diaphragm and a half dozen custom made flat spring latex diaphragms to use for ‘flood insurance’ during underwater penile-vaginal sex to prevent the hydraulics of a partner’s thrusts from forcing water into the wearer’s uterus. The best training device I’ve found for isolating and strengthening of the vaginal muscle groups to enable a woman to perform Pompoir - milking a man effectively and then grip him so tightly that his penis can’t go flaccid during his refractory interval (known as The Mare’s Trick) is a pair of 1.0-inch surgical steel balls.  So that’s what I had them begin their training with. Some of them came to me thinking that they were at the top of their game are having a bit of trouble adjusting to the additional effort required.

Each ball weighs 2.307 oz.) for a total of 4.614 oz. of steel, more than a quarter of a pound and each has to become proficient in moving the balls up and down her vaginal barrel while performing household tasks. Tanaquil and Pompoir training: Tanaquil, who returning reader will recall is a retired POB ballerina, Courtesan, Procuress and who now runs the training and technical side of Taryn’s the Porn Empire from Blackthorn Castle will be overseeing the day-to-day training of the female agents. Semina is effective and popular with teens: In my introductory sex-ed course, Contemporary Sexual Health, I use Semina diaphragms because they are effective as well as pretty (which makes very young women feel adult, attractive and confident) so a Semina is more likely to be used during surface-sex. The Semina with spermicide in the dome is a good non-hormonal option when young women reach menarche and begin to need protection for sexual intercourse as it will allow sex with unprotected men giving young women experience in coping with coital discharge.

Semina is manufactured and available primarily in Brazil. It is very difficult to get in the U.S. and it is only selectively available from private clinics in the UK. However, it can be worth the trouble for a student who needs encouragement, something that she thinks is pretty as well as adult and effective which can give her a boost in self confidence.

The diaphragm as an anterior fornix thrust-buffer: I’ve written about this before, but it bears repeating because for some of us it can be important. For a woman with a well endowed partner who can thrust painfully into her anterior fornix a traditional diaphragm can provide some thrust-buffering. I usually wear a latex Reflexions flat spring rim which is no longer commercially available or a custom fitted latex FS device made for me by my London Gyn clinic. In addition to thrust-buffering with my latex FS diaphragm I get a twofer! That’s because when I’m fully aroused so my cervix has been pulled up and back out of the way of an average length penis when Tiny Tim one of my magnificently endowed lovers enters me in missionary he can push the stretched latex membrane of the dome up into my anterior fornix. When a latex FS device is not available silicone diaphragms such as the Milex (Omniflex or Arcing rim) or Semina (coil spring), but not a Caya contoured diaphragm - because the Caya has a smaller diameter and deeper dome - work well for thrust-buffering. Of the silicone options I think a Milex arcing spring rim works best since with an Omniflex or Semina the coil spring rims are more flexible so tend to put less pressure on the tip of the cervix.

Even though the Reflexions flat spring diaphragm is no longer commercially available a Gyn clinic specializing in cervical barriers (like the Blackthorn Clinic in London) can have a latex FS device custom made. And because a latex FS rim device has better heat transfer properties and the flat spring rim is almost impossible to even intentionally under-thrust by a mischievous partner it is the preferred cervical barrier used by  latex fetish escorts and as a flood insurance device it can be used for dive-sex at any depth. The down side of a latex device is that it won’t last as long as a silicone one and can’t be used by couples with a latex allergy.

The pointe-shoe as a defensive weapon: Occasionally a dancer in pointe-shoes can find herself at a disadvantage with a male partner who won’t take no for an answer. It’s difficult to out run a man while you’re wearing pointes, but the hard blocks make ideal blunt force trauma weapons if you are willing to use them. A kick to the temple to fracture the skull and knock him out; A kick to the kneecap to crush the bones and make the knee fold to the side or back; or a flexed foot kick to the pelvis coming up under his penis to crush it against his pubic bone all can be effective, though a kick to the pelvis may not be effective if he is wearing a groin protector/sports cup. However, I think it’s unlikely to find an amorous man wearing a groin protector in a dance setting, but dance belts are standard on performing males. I’ve found that crushing an attacker’s knee so he can’t chase me works best unless he has bent over so his skull is accessible with a sharp high kick with a pointed foot. Once his knee is shattered an attacker can’t stand and a knockout kick to his head is much easier.  For a woman with several years’ ballet training putting a foot into an attackers kneecap should be relatively easy as foot placement in space becomes second nature.

Tim is Returning to school: He is being posted to the Joint Services Command and Staff College (JSCSC) after he finishes his leave. Shrivenham is about 120 miles (a bit less than 3 hours in good weather) up the M50 to Caersws then another 1 ½ hours from there south west on the A470 toward Llanidloes and into the mountains to Blackthorn Castle.

Monday 30 May 2016 (Spring Bank Holiday): The Spring Bank Holiday is already underway and those who can took Friday off and made it a four day weekend. While Easter Term ends at Cambridge on 10 June and exams are rapidly approaching Bea came stay with me here at the castle for the long weekend and she brought a lover with her. To leave or not to leave, that is the question: In the UK on the 23rd of June there will be a European Union (EU) referendum to decide if we will remain in the EU or withdraw. The UK has been here before, sort of, when on September 18, 2014 Scotland had a referendum to decide if would become independent from the UK and decided to remain in the UK.

 

As there were with the possibility of Scotland becoming independent there would be significant negative consequences in the UK in the areas of trade, cost of living and security should the UK elect to separate from the EU.  Speaking as a provider of minerals, timber, grain, and sheep for both meat and wool my market would be far smaller and prices for my estate’s products lower if the UK were not part of the EU and therefore had a far smaller market for its products. My friends and neighbors in Powys producing local products (timber, grain, meat and wool) for sale to the EU all would be hard hit by any separation of the UK and EU.

 

A Red Kite the National bird of Wales

The Barony has several large stands of mature Sessile oak which my predecessors in the title have taken care to ensure flourish. The Oakwood provide very desirable nesting sites for the Red Kite. The breeding season is March to July or August so is now well underway and my gamekeeper has seen five pairs well distributed throughout the Barony Oakwood.

Snow in May: The forecast was for rain with snow above 1500 meters, 4921 feet. However, Blackthorn castle is at 1,600 feet (487m) the temperature was in the high teens (F) and we had about 2 inches of snow.

“Tiny Tim” returns: Returning readers will recall that the gorgeous man and expert lover, who spent last New Years holiday with me is an officer in the SAS and had to return to duty in late January. Having Tim demonstrate Ballet-Sex with me also gives the class a vivid introduction to the stresses of thrust-drop which often occurs between a tall man and a small woman. The Blackthorn Summer Ballet Intensive: We have been very pleased with the response from ballet schools in the U.S. Canada and the UK in recommending carefully selected student candidates for the second year of the Blackthorn Ballet Summer intensive, commonly known locally as the BBSI. Even with a long list of necessary ballet skill qualifications we have received more than 275 applications for the course. 15 women will be chosen and we will have 15 young male ballet dancers as their partners for the two week course. No other school has a 1:1 ratio of women to men when teaching a ballet course. Seeking to participate in the BBSI is something that mothers of prospected students must discuss in depth with their daughters as a student with no knowledge of or experience with her reproductive tract is an unsuitable candidate. A great many of our students come from families where the mothers are former dancers who have been very sexually active and where sexual activity by the daughter is encouraged as it is seen as providing experience and adding depth to the daughter’s arsenal of erotic resources as she chooses a permanent mate.

Each student candidate in addition to having demonstrated considerable talent, stamina, grace and poise as a young ballet dancer must, because of unique aspects of the course dealing with seduction of the human male, meet additional health, safety and legal requirements some of which are:

Summer intensive student requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of pointe work
• Must be between the ages of 16 and 18.
• Must have completed the three injection regimen of Gardasil vaccine.
• Must have had a recent pelvic to ensure she has a healthy cervix and doesn’t need a hymenectomy to allow penile-vaginal-intercourse, PVI.
• Must have a current negative full panel STI test. This can occasionally get a mother’s hackles up, but when It’s explained that their daughter will be intimate with a number if men during the course of her training and that all the other students and their male partners must pass the full STI panel as well they understand the need for it. 
• Must have had a stringless GyneFix copper bead IUD implanted at least two months prior to arrival for class as it’s important for attendees to be well protected while cycling naturally an order to learn to use her cyclical hormonal swings to her advantage during seduction training.
• Must have a negative serum pregnancy test, which will be administered when the student reaches the course venue, Blackthorn Castle.  It’s important that prospective students take any additional contraceptive precautions necessary even with a copper IUD implanted. Students arriving pregnant will not be allowed to participate.
• Must have the pelvic anatomy (a deep post-pubic vault) to be correctly fitted for a contraceptive diaphragm – Our Gyn clinic will fit and supply the silicone Semina coil spring rim diaphragms at no cost to the students. Semina is available in six diameter sizes, from 60 to 85mm, in 5mm increments. For more about the why we are using the Semina coil spring diaphragm as an introductory cervical barrier see below.
• Must be able to be correctly fitted with and have at least six pairs of Gaynor Minden pointes with suede tips and extra hard shanks required for ballet-sex training. The extra hard shanks turn a regular élève style shoe (where the wearer rolls through the foot on to pointe) into a relevé style shoe where the wearer springs or steps on to pointe. Extra hard shanked shoes are needed for ballet-sex because they will support an average weight (115lb woman) dancer when she puts her weight on her heels, which is poor technique but occurs when she is fucked boneless while on her toes. With internal platform pads Gaynors are far superior to pointes made of conventional materials in minimizing the likelihood that the wearer’s toes will be injured from thrust-drop during ballet-sex.  If the student wears pointes made of traditional materials they may be worn for class, rehearsals and performances, but not ballet-sex training.

With this list of requirements some of which require long lead times you can see why putting in a last minute request for a place in class is not a winning strategy.

Nikolai will teach: I am very pleased to say that Nikolai, a young (26 y/o) Russian male ballet star who has been dancing with the RB for the 2015-16 season has had his contract renewed for the 2016-17 season. A gorgeous male of amazing grace, poise and virility Nikolai will be working with the Female students and supervising other male ballet members as instructors and partners for the women students. He is one of the attractions of the Blackthorn Summer Ballet Intensive as his reputation as having amazing sexual stamina as well as being a considerate lover has already become legendary in ballet circles. Having Nikolai as a lover is one of the lifetime goals of a great many young women dancers so I consider myself fortunate to have him as a dance and bed partner when he is not dancing with his company.  

A Semina and its case with an introducer

Training teen barrier-girls: A sexually active barrier-girl should never be without her diaphragm and the Semina’s pink transparent silicone rubber, which some wearer’s have compared to a pink soap bubble, has proved very attractive when used as a young woman’s first experience with cervical barriers. The use of a Semina began as an alternative for teens that were too small for an IUD and couldn’t use hormonal contraceptives. IUDs and cervical barriers are only compatible when the IUD strings are trimmed off so they don’t stick to a cervical barrier worn for flood insurance during underwater penetrative vaginal sex which is one of the more arcane subjects on the syllabus during the Blackthorn Ballet Summer Intensive. Stringless IUDs worn by up-market Escorts are checked for proper position with periodic ultrasound scans.

The introducer shown in the photo was used to simplify insertion especially for women with short fingers. Unfortunately introducers are no longer being made, but it is easy to learn the proper insertion technique. Should BBSI students progress to become “socially available” for underwater penetrative sex they can switch to a latex flat spring diaphragm similar to the Reflexions of blessed memory. While some few people are allergic to latex and natural rubber latex does not last as long as silicone the advantages are considerable as the heat transfer and the elastic properties of the translucent dome membrane are far superior to silicone. Snow: On Thursday 1/14 we had our first snow. New Years Eve, Floss playsuit

I do have hair that long, but it’s red, my eyes are green and my breasts while small like hers are a bit fuller since I’m lactating. The stretch black tulle strapping is embellished with silver sequins that wraps around the body, tying into a large adjustable bow at the shoulder and another on the thong-style derrière makes a very attractive package for the women wrapped in it. I think it is one of the most attractive of the Agent Provocateur garments I have and it is very easily gotten out of by untying the bows rather than having it ripped off.

My New Years silver playsuit: This suit was a Christmas gift from my primary lover, Marvin (Morning Wood). New Years Eve festivities: I thought the evening went very well. In the village that sort of news travels faster than light so it spreads from one great house to another not to mention through the general population.

Two of the girls were looking for something nonhormonal as they are currently on the pill which is causing depression and frequent spotting. I recommended they consult their Gyns about a copper IUD. I don’t think cervical barriers are for them as neither seems to be able to think clearly and for a diaphragm or cap to be effective it takes a being a bit obsessive/compulsive to stick to the regimen of wearing it every time because barriers are unforgiving of oopses and just-this-once events. The other is a Doctorial candidate in mathematics at Oxford and as highly organized as any one I’ve ever seen. So should be an excellent candidate for successful use of the Caya diaphragm.  

Friday morning January first: There may be an early start to the New Year by only a few of guests. Most, (other than my wards, their partners and I who have already taken our technique and pointe classes) will almost certainly be sleeping in. Breakfast is to order this morning as guests come down to breakfast or brunch, whenever they wake. And with temperatures in the low 40s (F) rain and 20 mph winds forecast for the entire weekend we will be playing a lot of indoor sports. Archery in the Great Hall, darts in the blue drawing room and billiards and Charades will be the organized entertainment. Of course couples can go off by themselves.  At this elevation we have already had snow flurries.

New blood; Bryony and Claire, the Swan Twins depart

New blood at Clever Cunts: We have two Doctorial students, who I’ll call ‘Bryony’ and ‘Claire’, from University College London’s (UCL) Department of Psychology working at our fetish location, the exclusive Costume Club off Holland Park Road known to it’s members as ‘Clever Cunts’, as part of their research into aspects of male fetishes and the industry that supports them for their Clinical Psychology PhD theses. Both are women in their late 20s, but look considerably younger, and danced with one of the premier ballet companies in the UK for almost fifteen years. They recently retired as soloists to work full time getting their PhD degrees in Psychology after getting their Masters degrees from UCL at night. They are also first cousins.  Bryony is the daughter of a Peer whose seat is in Kent and Claire is the daughter of his younger brother.

Both will be missed by the ballet company (though they had risen as high as they were likely to go) as the ballet rarely has aristocratic women dancing with the company. Both are independently wealthy and are heterosexual switches. I met them while coaching at the ROH and they asked if I would let them do their research using the clients and facilities of the Costume Club. One will be studying what motivates the club’s Hostesses while the other will be concentrating on the members fetishes and how they apply them when with different Hostesses.

Student Hostesses acceptance and kitting out: I’m relieved that Bryony and Claire have been accepted well into the hostess community at the club. New girls entering the group sometimes haven’t had an easy time of it. However, they both have lovely personalities and there is a large turnover of hostesses who marry, return to school or just disappear and that is especially true this fall so the addition of the UCL doctoral candidates to the hostess roll was well received even welcomed by the existing pool of girls and they have quickly made friends.

To help speed Bryony and Claire’s preparation for introduction to the membership I helped with their Pelvic exams, cervical barrier fittings, STI panel tests (They both have had the three shot regimen of Gardasil for HPV protection), fitting them with Gaynor Minden pointes and good quality leather ballet-boots as that is what they will typically be wearing when with a club member. Both had been wearing Freed pointes and on a shoe allowance while with the ballet company so were interested in getting shoes that were more comfortable and last much longer than do performance shoes like Freed Classics. Fortunately both could be correctly fitted in Gaynors and they continue their ballet training to keep fit so they should be able to quickly increase their continuous time en pointe and with one of our male trainers learn to safely handle thrust-drop during ballet-sex.  

They are having to learn to wear ballet-boots for extended intervals so we had four custom made pairs (because they get soaked with sweat and take a while to properly dry even in boot dryer) of good leather for each of them with integrated titanium box and shanks and replicable heels with standard laces as we expect them to be with us for at least eighteen months. The boots are a stripped down version (for a mere £1150 a pair) of Gepetto’s up-market lightly armored, clubbing boots with replaceable lace stripper-heels, and spider filament laces that I wear. The Hostess boots are w/o the titanium armor and with standard replicable titanium heels rather than the serrated lace-stripper heels that are standard in pair of clubbing boots where the wearer might get into a boot fight with another woman in ballet-boots. They are paying for the boots themselves as they are far more comfortable and last longer (though externally appear no different) than the ballet-boots worn by other hostesses. Bryony and Claire’s ankles and feet are very strong and flexible, but they are still building stamina in their calves as they were cramping, but a diet rich in magnesium and calcium has minimized that problem. No one ever said that properly kitting out a Club Hostess is an inexpensive undertaking, but the girls can now walk confidently and look ravishing in them and a girl never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Contraception: They both had mini (4 bead) frameless GyneFix copper IUDs placed several months ago at my suggestion by Chris, our Male Gyn, who moved to the UK when I did and now works at the Clinic. The mini-GyneFix is a lot less likely to cause heavy periods so the girls have adapted to it well and their cycles are regular. I recommended that they have the strings trimmed off so they can safely wear cervical barriers (which are a big fetish item with some club members) w/o the danger of pulling the IUD out while removing the cervical barrier. Women with stringless IUDs should have periodic sonograms to ensure the GyneFix is where it should be and those are given by my clinic at the club’s expense in the club’s Gyn exam room since a very high percentage of our hostess have stringless IUDs.

Neither Bryony nor Claire is allergic to latex so their cervical barriers are the ones that are most effective when playing with very well endowed club members some of whom have been known to make a game of sabotaging a Hostesses contraceptive method. As readers know the most effective cervical barrier is the latex flat spring rim diaphragm which has superior heat transfer properties a very stretchy dome that can be pushed into the deepest anterior fornix by a thrusting penis and a rim that is almost impossible to even intentionally under-thrust if is properly fitted and correctly placed.

University College London: UCL where the girls are taking their doctorates covers a huge area in central London north of the Thames. It is located just south of the A501 across from Euston station primarily between Tottenham Court Road on the West and Endsleigh Street/Bedford Way on the east and Russell Square on the South. So our doctorial student-Hostesses have about a 15 minute commute from their faculty tutors on Bedford Way on the East side of the campus to the Costume Club on the underground. I take Bryony and Claire under my protection: The Swan Twins, Odette and Odile, after less than a month at Cambridge have decided to return to Las Vegas to continue in the grad school at UNLV and be with their boy friends the Gemini, Castor and Pollux. They will be leaving my protection. His Grace the Duke of M**** was kind enough to ensure that they would be accepted into grad school there though they were very late in applying. They will return to the care of Anya who is the partner of their father, Paul, who returning readers will recall has an adjoining estate to mine at Lost Cove on Virgin Gorda.

While much older than Odette and Odile Bryony and Claire though sexually experienced are familiar with only some aspects of the fetish life and so will need my protection at least while they are still taking instruction immersing themselves in all aspects of BDSM and are working on their theses at the Costume Club. The Dryads are also qualified SCUBA divers having learned at girl’s public school years ago and keep their certification current including with FFMs and the hard-hat Kirby Morgan helmet and are wet and drysuit trained as well which will serve them well when we are at Blackthorn Castle and using the new deep dive facility. All in all the Dryads are superior replacements for the Swan Twins as Odette and Odile really weren’t as fetish friendly as I’d hoped.

The Today contraceptive sponge

Benefits of the Sponge: The contraceptive sponge is safe, simple, and convenient. In the U.S. you can buy it in a drugstore without a prescription. It does not need to be fitted by a health care provider and with some practice, inserting and using the sponge is easy. Women like the sponge because it can be conveniently carried in pocket or purse to be prepared should a spongeworthy occasion present itself. It generally cannot be felt by you or your partner. It has no effect on a woman's natural hormones. It does not interrupt sex play — the sponge can be inserted hours ahead of time and can be worn safely and effectively for up to 30 hours after you insert it. During that time, you can have intercourse as many times as you like during the first 24 hours without removing or reinserting the sponge. It can be used during breastfeeding. According to the 19^th revised edition (2008) of Contraceptive Technology the sponge is 91% effective for nulliparous women if used correctly and for every act of intercourse.

Disadvantages of the Sponge

• It may be difficult for some women to insert or remove the sponge. If you cannot remove a sponge, or if one breaks into pieces and you cannot remove all of the pieces, see your health care provider immediately to have the sponge removed.
• It may cause vaginal irritation.
• It may make sex too messy or too dry. Some women complain that the sponge is messy because it requires too much liquid. Others have complained the sponge makes sex too dry. Using a water-based lubricant may help dryness.

Using Spermicide

The sponge contains the chemical spermicide nonoxynol-9. Nonoxynol-9 has certain risks. If it is used many times a day, or by people at risk for HIV, it may irritate tissue and increase the risk of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections.

Inserting the sponge:

• Wash your hands with soap and water.
• Before inserting the sponge, wet it with at least two tablespoons of clean water.
• Gently squeeze the sponge. The spermicide, Nonoxynol-9, (N9) will become active when the sponge is completely wet.
• Fold the sides of the sponge upward and away from the loop on the bottom to make it look long and narrow. Then slide the sponge as far back into your vagina as your fingers will reach.
• The sponge will unfold and cover the cervix when you let go of it. To make sure the cervix is covered, slide your finger around the edge of the sponge and check its position. You also should be able to feel the nylon loop on the bottom of the sponge.
• The sponge can be inserted up to 24 hours before intercourse. It must be left in place for at least six hours after the last time you have intercourse. It should not be worn for more than 30 hours in a row.

Removing a sponge:

The Today sponge is available over the counter in the U.S but NOT available in stores in the UK. However, it is available on the Internet which makes it easily available with a little planning. A box of three costs about £15. 

Sponge sabotage: Our clinic knows of instances where the spermicide has been rinsed out of the sponge and the sponge dried and reused. One source is the trash cans where used sponges are discarded in women’s loos in clubs and communal restrooms in women’s dorms. Then the sponge is given to an unsuspecting woman to insert leaving her with a much less effective method protected only by the moist sponge’s ability to absorb her partner’s semen with no spermicidal activity. If a rinsed and dried sponge is reused it’s also more likely to come apart during use further decreasing its effectiveness.

I’m CD9 and newly fertile this cycle: its Sunday August 30^th as I’m writing this post. I always become aroused when I’m fertile and am writing about contraceptive sabotage occurring either among my friends or to patients who come to our clinic to get help afterward. I think when you are going to be with a new or mischievous man its best even when a woman is on hormonal contraceptives to wear a flat spring rim diaphragm with spermicide to prevent any unexpected decrease in the effectiveness of her hormonal birth control from putting her at risk of pregnancy. Even The LARC methods Nexplanon, Mirena and Kyra can be made less effective by the users intentional or unknowing use weight loss supplements, some prescription meds or even the EllaOne morning-after pill.

Odalisque injuries: There is good news and bad news. The bad news is that another of the small group of corps dancers who are competing amongst themselves to seduce Nikolai out of my bed has been injured. It occurred during a ballet-sex tryst with him when she bruised a big toe when landing from a thrust-drop while wearing Freeds. The good news is that it’s not too serious. Even better news is that this second injury has caused the other Odalisques to rethink purchasing Gaynor Minden shoes in which to play with him. Neither the dislocated toe nor the bruised nail has been linked to Nikolai as the women didn’t want to explain truthfully how their injuries occurred so he is safe for now. I don’t have an immediate replacement, but I think the four remaining Odalisques, including the recent replacement for the one who dislocated her big toe, should take care of his needs until bruised toe can get back into competition.

Summer Bank Holiday: This coming Monday August 31^st is the Summer Bank Holiday. The unionized workers on First Great Western railroad which covers parts of South West England and Wales from Brighton to the tip of Cornwall at Penzance on the south coast of England and along the south coast of Wales from Newport on the East to Pembroke on the west have decided to have a strike this weekend. Most routes are operating, but at reduced service. Fortunately rail service to Caersws, Wales was not affected. On a spur of the moment decision I decided to take Nikolai aboard The Dragon to Blackthorn Castle, my ancestral home in the Cumbrian Mountains. The trip gives us an opportunity to be alone together – with just the servants - where we can work on his pointe training and sexual stamina. The weather so far has been as expected Cool, in the low to mid 60s (F) at mid-afternoon with showers and forecasted thunderstorms Monday afternoon… Sigh! It seems strange not to have my Wards with me to enjoy girl gossip. I think I have a bit of empty-nest syndrome. But I can lose myself with my nose buried in Nikolai’s armpit enjoying the male testosterone musk of his sweat after he keeps me in orgasm for so long I’m breathless and can hardly move much less stand.

Tropical storm Erika and Lost Cove on Virgin Gorda: Alice, Duchess of M**** phoned to say that tropical storm Erika passed over Virgin Gorda on the 28^th with heavy rain and gusty winds and thankfully relatively little damage. Her place and mine on Lost Cove were undamaged. I hope that sort of things continue as we still have another eight weeks of Hurricane season to go.
