Christmas at Blackthorn Castle: Christmas went very well, the weather was cool and mostly dry, with everyone getting what they most wanted as gifts: lingerie and perfume for the ladies and leather goods, Laddie Caddies and wallets for the gentlemen. Mrs. Bridges, the castle’s head cook, outdid herself for the Christmas meal with roast turkey, chestnut dressing, candied yams, string beans, mince pie, coffee, tea and potent Sloe brandy from the Barony’s own Blackthorn bushes.  

Boxing Day: December 26 was wonderfully sunny up until about 1:00 PM, but that was time enough for my Chamberlain and me to distribute the traditional gifts (boxes) to the Barony’s faithful and efficient staff and tradesmen.

In Britain, it was a custom for tradespeople to collect "Christmas boxes" of money or presents on the first weekday after Christmas as thanks for good service throughout the year] This is mentioned in Samuel Pepys' diary entry for 19 December 1663. This custom is linked to an older British tradition: since they would have to wait on their masters on Christmas Day, the servants of the wealthy were allowed the next day to visit their families. The employers would give each servant a box to take home containing gifts, bonuses and sometimes leftover food.

The European tradition, which has long included giving money and other gifts to those who were needy and in service positions, has been dated to the Middle Ages, but the exact origin is unknown. It is believed to be in reference to the Alms Box placed in areas of worship to collect donations to the poor. Also, it may come from a custom in the late Roman/early Christian era, wherein metal boxes placed outside churches were used to collect special offerings tied to the Feast of Saint Stephen, which in the Western Church falls on the same day as Boxing Day.

In modern times, it has taken on the meaning of boxing up unwanted Christmas gifts and returning them to the shop”.

The Twelve Days of Christmas: The pageant, begun on Christmas morning with the presentation of a partridge in a pear tree, continues successfully and has advanced to day five (Thursday Dec 29^th) with the presentation of the five gold rings. The presentation for today (Friday December 30^th), the six geese a laying will be made later this morning. The weather forecast continues to be cloudy and dry which is good for the performers traveling back and forth from the village.

Wireless vibrators for Christmas: I got my wards, Bea, The Dryads (Bryony and Claire), and Willow and myself wireless controlled waterproof vaginal vibis (LELO Hula Beads) for Christmas. I had an ulterior motive as I wanted to test our powers of concentration and having a vaginal vibrator working inside you while trying to hold a développé en pointe is about as difficult as it gets. We all have been wearing our Gaynor Mindens and Hula Beads for barre and pointe classes. The vibi is about 3.8 inches long and 1.5 inches in diameter at the large end so it fits very nicely behind the pubic bone in women who have a typical – pronounced - post-pubic vault. The anterior end pressing against the back of the pubic bone lessens the likelihood women with well-toned vaginal muscles might expel the vibi during orgiastic contractions.  The removal loop can be tucked inside out of the way. As when using all vaginal toys, we emptied our bladders before inserting the Hula Beads and turning them on. We initially set all the control units to low and left the them in our dancebags during barre and pointe class. The wireless range is about 30 feet and we placed our dancebags around the walls of the studio so none of us would be out of range even during center work. The device has a rechargeable lithium ion battery with a user time of about 1.5 hours and a recharge time of about 2 hours. I was pleased to see that my wards who had been training with me the longest, Bea and Willow, and I were able to hold a développé en pointe for 20 seconds or more with the vibi set at medium w/o even an ankle wobble. Bryony and Claire could hold a solid développé en pointe on low. Coming down off a développé test like that and opening the mind to one’s sexual arousal almost always results in an immediate and powerful orgasm so we wind up boneless lying on the floor while we gasp, moan and shudder as waves of ecstasy wash over us or hold on tight to a barre if one is handy and try not to collapse while the orgasm flings us into ecstasy. None of us could hold a développé en pointe with the vibi on high. So, that gives those of us who enjoy that sort of challenge something to strive for.   

A caution to readers who might be inclined to try what I described above. A woman who doesn’t have the mental ability to compartmentalize can easily be brought to orgasm by vibrating Hula Beads while en pointe and suddenly go boneless, fall off pointe and break or badly sprain an ankle.

The 2016 Autumnal Equinox

The 2016 Autumnal Equinox: The Autumnal equinox in the northern hemisphere occurred on Thursday September 22^nd this year at 2:21 PM GMT so we held the ceremony at dawn, 7:01 AM GMT.

My wards Bea, Seren and Bryony and Claire (the Dryads) arrived at Blackthorn Castle on Wednesday for the ritual celebration of this important celestial event and were paired with their male partners right away to allow the couples to become accustomed to one another sexually so there would be no surprises at dawn on the 22^nd.  The four men were among the SAS volunteers who had been partnering with the government pelvic trainees under the guidance of Tanaquil and were asked to stay on for the equinox celebration. The four selected had the best sexual stamina and ability to stay focused which over the years I found - from my experience with partners at Location Z - was needed while performing on ancient Celtic altars in the open air under less than ideal weather conditions. Even though it was a week day Tim got leave from his classes to partner me on the primary altar.

Returning readers will recall that my wards con-celebrate these celestial occasions on subtending altars to the east, west, north and south of the primary altar at Celtic holy sites. These secondary altars at Blackthorn Castle – unearthed earlier this year - surrounding the primary altar adjacent to the ancient Blackthorn tree have been recently reconsecrated by a Druid priest.  Now human reproductive tract secretions are used in ritual fertility ceremonies. Instead of animal blood being spilled the transfer of seed from male to female in an act of ritual breeding occurs on stone altars where animal sacrifices once were offered to Venus/Aphrodite before Celtic mythology morphed her into the Celtic Goddess Rhiannon.  Seren (the Welsh name for star) Tim’s 18 y/o second cousin, a college mate of Bea at Cambridge drew the short straw and got the place of honor on the eastern altar closest to the sunrise.

The forecast was for cloudy but dry with the temperature in the low 50s (F).  And that is exactly the weather we had! I think it is the first time in the years that I have been celebrating celestial events in the open that there hasn’t been some form of precipitation. So the hooded shearling robes made for the occasion were quite comfy relative to what my wards and I experienced at Location Z in the Highlands of Scotland in 2014. And of course the girls and I all wore Gaynor Minden pointes with sueded tips for traction on the altar surfaces.

Since none of my wards are living with me now their cycles are no longer synchronous with mine. None were menstrual and only Bea was fertile. None of their partners wore protection, but of course the girls all have frameless GyneFix copper bead IUDs implanted so they were quite safe from pregnancy. Today, the 22^nd I am CD6 and my period is winding down so I took Tim on the primary altar without using a diaphragm for flow control and it was marvelous! Both of us were unprotected which is unusual for me! It didn’t matter that we got blood all over the inside of our fleece robes since they were ritually burnt after the ceremony and before our celebratory breakfast. Everything went as planned and the weather cooperated (for once) so it was a lovely ceremony on the first day of Fall!

A Wet Dreams technique short course: I had been repeatedly asked by my young wards, Bea and Seren, if I would hold a Wet Dreams short course for girlfriends from Cambridge. It seems “Wet Dreams” is what some men at Uni call ballet-sex. I’m not sure how it got that name except perhaps from the fantasy aspect of sex with a ballet dancer penetrated from behind while she is en pointe. Returning readers will recall that ballet-sex is where the woman is entered from behind while sur les pointes a la seconde.  When used by Bea and Seren giving a man ballet-sex has proven extremely effective in seducing highly desirable males among the facility and students.

Additionally, the use of 16+ MUF Manuka honey as a natural spermicide or to sweeten the taste and add to the bouquet of pelvic musk and coitial discharge adds to their partner’s enticement, if any is needed, to engage in cunnilingus and fellatio.  Michaelmas term classes don’t start until October 6^th so the girls still have more than five weeks to enjoy my training seminars and being intern Hostesses at the Costume Club (AKA Clever Cunts) in London. He said that he would arrange to have six men of my choice be sent to Blackthorn Castle on temporary duty as a training detail. So over the past weekend I was in Cheshire (along with Chris my male Gyn) selecting the six (all of whom have the needed security and health clearances) who will partner the female agents I will be training and they arrived late last night.

The timing of this has worked out marvelously as Bea and Seren and their friends can have the men as partners for their Wet Dreams classes at a Friday through Monday house party over the Summer Bank Holiday (on the 29^th) before the government women are scheduled to arrive. This will give the men an opportunity to find out what will be expected of them and we will have a few days to test the men’s sexual stamina before the government women students arrive on Wednesday after my wards and their friends leave for London this coming Tuesday. Blackthorn Castle makes a wonderfully secluded training facility for this sort of thing. Since the women’s identities are classified.

Contraceptive protection: Bea and Seren’s six Cambridge friends are on one form or another of hormonal contraception. As returning readers will recall Bea and Seren have stringless, frameless copper bead GyneFix IUDs implanted. For the Wet Dreams course latex flat spring diaphragms have been fitted for the students who didn’t already use them as one of the goals of the course is to train the women in using contraceptive diaphragms for menstrual flow control, to provide some thrust buffering when mating with very well endowed men and as a tool to cause a protected partner to slip out of his condom if the couple’s anatomies permit the man to fit snugly into his partner’s anterior fornix. The female government students are all on Depo-SubQ Provera 104 which requires an injection in the thigh or abdomen every three months. The government women will also be fitted with latex flat spring diaphragms as well as their use will be an important part of their training.

Pointe shoes for Wet Dreams training: The female agents all have extensive ballet training and will take the course in Gaynor Minden pointes. Bea and Seren’s friends will take their Wet Dreams short course in their own traditional paste pointes as none wanted to spend the money to be fitted for GM shoes. They were told to each bring at least six pairs of pointes with them. In the several days of class as well as dildo practice they have already been through several pairs each. I had let them know they will be more susceptible to injury from thrust-drop during ballet-sex when wearing paste pointes and advised heavily padding their toes which they seem to have taken to heart. We will see how that goes as they haven’t been paired with the men yet, so they have had no opportunity to experience thrust-drop.

Forced condom shedding: One of the tricks I teach young women is how to force a properly sized and correctly worn condom to slide off an erect penis and it can be practiced in almost any position if the couple’s anatomies are such that he can reach deep into her anterior fornix. The male training partners will be on performance enhancers to minimize any lack of focus and penis wilting during training encounters. The woman wears a latex flat spring rim diaphragm because of the stability of the rim and as I mentioned the man must be long enough to reach to the bottom of her anterior fornix.  When her condom wearing partner is aroused and producing pre-ejaculate that is contained in the reservoir tip he thinks he is safe and even if he is aware she is wearing a diaphragm (which many men aren’t) he believes he is safe from accidently impregnating her should her diaphragm leak.

The process that causes him to slide out of a properly worn condom is that with a latex flat spring diaphragm the rubber dome is stretched very tightly over the tip of the cervix when he thrusts deep into her anterior fornix. The 360° pressure on his glans from him forcing the stretchy latex into her fornix will flatten and squeeze the reservoir tip forcing the pre-cum and ejaculate down over his glans and the shaft of his erection allowing him after a few thrusts to slide out of his protective sheath. At that point even if he realizes he is unprotected it is usually too late to withdraw and he almost always inseminates her. While the men will know the government women they are helping train are on hormonal contraception my partners have told me that when a condom slips off it is always scary, but most seem to enjoy knowing their partner will be draining his liquefied semen.  

The Summer Solstice and Brexit referendum

The Photo: There will be a full moon on June 20, 2016 when the Summer Solstice occurs. This is a rarity, but exactly how rare will vary.

This week will be a busy one: This week the summer solstice will be celebrated on Monday and the Brexit Referendum will occur on Thursday the 23^rd. Returning readers will recall that the Brexit Referendum is being held to determine if the UK will stay as a part of the European Union or withdraw from it. It appears to be a near thing at the moment with the exit supporters seemingly ahead. I think exiting the EU would be a serious mistake, but that’s just one vote.  

Weather at Blackthorn Castle for the Summer Solstice: The forecast is for Light clouds and a temperature of 55° (F) for the Summer Solstice which will occur on June 20, 2016 11:34 PM BST. Additionally there will be a full moon on the 20^th with a moonrise at 9:18 PM BST and moonset at 5:24 AM BST. So if the clouds clear we may get to see the moon during the time we are celebrating the arrival of summer. The concelebrants will be wearing shearling robes made by the castles tailor shop from sheep raised and skins tanned locally. For footwear, as has been the custom since the mid 19^th centaury the women celebrants at Blackthorn Castle will wear pointe-shoes as a sign of their dedication to the arts and to show off their hard bodies to stoke the desire of their partners. My wards and I will wear pink satin Gaynor Minden hard shanked pointes since they can withstand being soaked with rain and still provide effective support.

Concelebrants for the solstice: Bea, Seren and Bryony and Claire (the Dryads) will be celebrating on the newly unearthed subtending altars surrounding the primary altar adjacent to the ancient Blackthorn tree where sacrifices were once offered to Venus/Aphrodite before Celtic mythology morphed her into the Celtic Goddess Rhiannon.  

Returning readers will recall that the name Rhiannon is derived from the Celtic Goddess Rigantona (the Great or Devine Queen). My Celtic mythology expert says I should understand that Rhiannon was the embodiment (in Welsh legend as set down in the Mabinogion and other medieval texts) of the Celtic Goddess Rigantona, which explains why my Goddess, Aphrodite, is as comfortable as she is with me actually channeling Rigantona, which occurs primarily when I’m in Wales.

Contraception: My wards all have GyneFix copper bead IUDs implanted so they will be using no barrier method to protect them from a participating male’s sperm. I am luteal as I ovulated on June 10^th and will be CD24 on the solstice and should begin my period this coming Friday. Therefore I will be wearing no cervical barrier and should be very safe to have Tim’s sperm in my tubes for the five days they live before I start my period on the 24^th. I love having luteal sex with Tim as then I know that his sperm are in my tubes lying in wait for an egg which they will never see before they die. That gives me a frisson of desire and an amazingly powerful feeling!

Demi-goddess altar positions: Fortunately the weather while as damp is not nearly as cold and access to the Celtic holy site here is much easier and more comfortable than when I celebrated in the Scottish highlands.  It’s within sight of the castle so there is no long drive to reach it as there was when my wards and I celebrated the celestial season changes at location Z in the highlands of northern Scotland. Too the altars are not on the edge of a precipice with the whole thing seeming about to slide into the valley at any moment. We were repeatedly assured the cliff on which Location Z was built was stable, but it wasn’t and after an earthquake a year or so ago one night the whole top of the mountain slid into the valley. Fortunately no one was injured.  

The view is not nearly as spectacular at Blackthorn Castle’s Celtic altar site, but it is about as old as the one that was at location Z and there is no danger of any part  disappearing over a cliff, though there are guardian spirits that keep the curious in the local population away from the site.

Though Seren is the most junior of my current wards her birth into a family that has deep Celtic roots entitles her to the eastern most altar closest to sunrise on the solstice. Bea chose the one on the north while Bryony took the western and Claire the southern one. Bea and Seren will be serviced on their altars by the men they brought with them from Cambridge while Bryony and Claire will have virile hard bodied male ROH ballet soloists that they are dating. I am delighted to say that my current lover, “Tiny Tim” will be penetrating and fucking me boneless on the high altar. He has marvelous stamina and skillfully uses his massive penis (which should be a national treasure) and is currently in my bed while on leave from the SAS prior to reporting to the Joint Services Command and Staff College (JSCSC) in western Oxfordshire in a few weeks, which I’m pleased to say is a relatively short drive away from the castle when he gets leave.

There will be a celebratory breakfast for all participants at the castle on the morning after the ritual planting of seed ceremony for which the head cook, Mrs. Bridges, is famous. My immediate predecessor, Edith 22^nd Baroness Blackthorn, and her predecessors have been celebrating celestial events in Celtic ceremonies for hundreds of years according to records in the muniment rooms.

A visit from Arthur Duke of M****: His grace has asked that he and his mistress visit me at the castle while his mistress becomes accustomed to a new GyneFix. I have sent the Dragon, my two car private train to Inverness to pick them up as both His Grace and Verity travel with considerable luggage and attendants. Returning readers may recall that Verity (a nom de théâtre) the Duke of M****’s current mistress of about a year, is a 25 y/o soloist with the première ballet company in England headquartered here in London. She is currently on medical leave as she had a new standard (six bead) GyneFix copper IUD implanted. I’m looking forward Verity’s visit as we are great friends and I hope she can dive while here.

She was one of Arthur’s seven candidates for mistress who passed through our clinic for testing prior to meeting with the old bull and I thought she would be the one he would choose as her attitude and looks are quite similar to mine though she is not nearly as dominant and half my age, but still will provide him a challenge. Seren and the Blackthorn Summer Ballet Intensive

Tim’s cousin: Seren (the Welsh name for star) the daughter of Tim’s Father’s younger brother, his second cousin, is at Cambridge with Bea and unexpectedly came back to the castle with Bea for the Bank Holiday weekend. She is eighteen and becoming sexually active as she has been at Cambridge with Bea for the last year. She has been on COCs, estrogen/progestin birth control pills, and her stepmother - her father’s second wife (Iris) who was a ballet dancer - is concerned that she may have an unplanned pregnancy which even if she terminates it could harm her chances of marrying well.

No, before someone asks, she isn’t Seren Wilson the Welsh Glamour model who at thirty is almost twice Seren’s age. My Seren has a gorgeous hard Balanchine ballet body: big feet, long legs, short trunk, small breasts, long neck, small head and long natural red hair (hooray! Another redhead in my circle) and even before she begins her Pompoir training has a wonderfully strong pelvic grip. So physically in no way is my Seren like the large breasted glamour model Seren Wilson except they are both female. However, I’m sure that Seren Wilson is attractive in her way to men who like large breasts. It’s nice too that both Bea and Seren are eighteen so that there is no problem with the age of consent for sexual activity with whoever they are involved with during training.

Seren is a very popular Welsh girls name and in my wards case it goes back several hundred years in her family. I’m so pleased that Bea is such good friends with Seren as The Dryads (Bryony and Claire) are older and based in London and Odette and Odile went back to finish Uni in Las Vegas where they are in relationships with Castor and Pollux. Now that classes at Cambridge have ended (on June 10^th) they will both be with me for the summer.

Through Tim Iris found out that I teach a Contemporary Sexual Health course and has asked that I take Seren’s pelvic training in hand. Ordinarily I wouldn’t have, but since she’s Tim’s family and Seren and Bea are close friends and since Seren can be with me for the summer I agreed to tutor her.  Fortunately Seren’s mother was a ballet dancer and Seren has taken ballet since she was four and pointe since she was eleven otherwise I wouldn’t have taken her as a pelvic student.  After the ballet intensive I plan to have Bea and Seren intern as Hostess at my London fetish club (Clever Cunts) this summer. To protect their identities they will wear full-face hoods when with club members and have no tats, piercing or scars they can be recognized by and since all the male members are required to have negative full STI panels they should be fine.  The British aristocracy has its problems, but the men know a tight vaginal grip when they feel it which is why so many of them marry ballet dancers, or have us as mistresses.

Seren and the Blackthorn Summer Ballet Intensive: Returning readers may recall that my Ballet Intensive is being held at Blackthorn Castle the 13^th century pile whose architectural heritage my predecessors and I are assuring remains safely ensconced in its ancestral terroir.

This year’s ballet intensive first mentioned in my post for May 6, 2016 has had a participant cancel. Fortunately for Seren her strong ballet background enables her to step in and fill that vacancy nicely. She has had all her vaccines as well as a full panel STI and pregnancy test. Though I’m making sure she is kitted out with Gaynor Minden hard shanked pointes for ‘play’ (ballet-sex classes) as well as her regular performance Bloch Axiom shoes. Not to mention the more intimate items like sports, plugs and suction base training dildos for pelvic training. Even with her strong ballet background and daily classes before she came to live with me she had increased her technique and pointe classes to prepare for the Summer Intensive. I think that shows determination a club hostess trainee needs given that she was still taking exams.

Nikolai: I’ve been fortunate to be able to get Nikolai a young (26 y/o) Russian male ballet star who is dancing with the company at the ROH for the 2015-16 season to be Ballet Master for my Blackthorn Summer Ballet intensive. This past year I have been his coach and social mentor. My job as his social mentor has been challenging as he has a tendency to go off the rails in social relationships and tends to impregnate young female corps members who nevertheless are still lining up to have him inseminate them thinking “it will never happen to me as I’m using protection” which is what all the others thought as well.

I think the reason he accepted was to get out of London for several weeks with a totally new field of young women with hard ballet bodies and tightly muscled vaginas. The T-011 Ultrathin and Ballet-sex: We are using the new ballet studio converted from a large drawing room at Blackthorn Castle. An easy way to move your period: “If you are not taking the COCP ('the pill') then a hormone tablet called norethisterone can be prescribed. The dose is one tablet (5 mg) three times a day. A menstrual period is triggered by a decrease in a woman’s normal progestin production which causes the lining of the uterus, the endometrium, to slough off and be discharged as menstrual flow. Norethisterone is a progestin taken to maintain the woman’s progestin level to delay her period and can usually be taken safely but there can be typical hormonal side effects such as bloating, stomach upset, breast tenderness and decreased sex drive.

I’ve found that norethisterone works just as well to schedule a bleed when I will be with a partner who enjoys menstrual sex as avoiding bleeding if it will be at an inconvenient time. Norethisterone can be easily obtained from a pharmacy/chemists with an Rx from your medical practitioner or on the Internet. It does take some planning as you have to have the pills and begin three days before your period is scheduled to start. Then stop three days before you want to bleed. I haven’t used it that much, three or four times over the last ten years, but it has worked very well every time for me.  

A down side of period shifting is that it resets your cycle so that any electronic or manual menstrual calendar being kept has to be changed to track your cycle using the new CD1 date.

I thought I would write about this now as The Dryads (Bryony and Claire) and Bea all have been taking norethisterone so we could all bleed together over the May 30 Bank Holiday and the musky metallic scent of menstrual flow and coitial discharge permeates  the air in the ladies dressing room. The Blackthorn Summer Ballet Intensive: We have been very pleased with the response from ballet schools in the U.S. Canada and the UK in recommending carefully selected student candidates for the second year of the Blackthorn Ballet Summer intensive, commonly known locally as the BBSI. Even with a long list of necessary ballet skill qualifications we have received more than 275 applications for the course. 15 women will be chosen and we will have 15 young male ballet dancers as their partners for the two week course. No other school has a 1:1 ratio of women to men when teaching a ballet course. Seeking to participate in the BBSI is something that mothers of prospected students must discuss in depth with their daughters as a student with no knowledge of or experience with her reproductive tract is an unsuitable candidate. A great many of our students come from families where the mothers are former dancers who have been very sexually active and where sexual activity by the daughter is encouraged as it is seen as providing experience and adding depth to the daughter’s arsenal of erotic resources as she chooses a permanent mate.

Each student candidate in addition to having demonstrated considerable talent, stamina, grace and poise as a young ballet dancer must, because of unique aspects of the course dealing with seduction of the human male, meet additional health, safety and legal requirements some of which are:

Summer intensive student requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of pointe work
• Must be between the ages of 16 and 18.
• Must have completed the three injection regimen of Gardasil vaccine.

• Must have a current negative full panel STI test. • Must have a negative serum pregnancy test, which will be administered when the student reaches the course venue, Blackthorn Castle.  It’s important that prospective students take any additional contraceptive precautions necessary even with a copper IUD implanted. • Must have the pelvic anatomy (a deep post-pubic vault) to be correctly fitted for a contraceptive diaphragm – Our Gyn clinic will fit and supply the silicone Semina coil spring rim diaphragms at no cost to the students. Semina is available in six diameter sizes, from 60 to 85mm, in 5mm increments. For more about the why we are using the Semina coil spring diaphragm as an introductory cervical barrier see below.
• Must be able to be correctly fitted with and have at least six pairs of Gaynor Minden pointes with suede tips and extra hard shanks required for ballet-sex training. The extra hard shanks turn a regular élève style shoe (where the wearer rolls through the foot on to pointe) into a relevé style shoe where the wearer springs or steps on to pointe. Extra hard shanked shoes are needed for ballet-sex because they will support an average weight (115lb woman) dancer when she puts her weight on her heels, which is poor technique but occurs when she is fucked boneless while on her toes. With internal platform pads Gaynors are far superior to pointes made of conventional materials in minimizing the likelihood that the wearer’s toes will be injured from thrust-drop during ballet-sex.  If the student wears pointes made of traditional materials they may be worn for class, rehearsals and performances, but not ballet-sex training.

With this list of requirements some of which require long lead times you can see why putting in a last minute request for a place in class is not a winning strategy.

Pelvic training for elite Personal Assistant candidates: Returning readers may recall Taryn, one my former wards, who lives on an estate (that her partying friends call Cunt Castle) north east of Cambridge who has just received her MD and PhD in psychiatry. She is currently interning in a Cambridge hospital before starting her practice as a psychiatrist. In addition to her porn empire which she inherited from her parents she has recently started another business to care for a currently underserved niche market. NuvaRing the vaginal contraceptive ring

Lost and found in the sheets: Housekeeping found a NuvaRing in the sheets of one of my New Years house party women guests’ room. She had either expelled it or a lover had hooked it with the corona of his glans and accidently pulled it out. Obviously she was unaware that it was no longer inside and providing protection. When he withdrew she should have immediately checked to see that the ring was still in place and perhaps she did. If she rolled over for a post coital nap and passed gas if she doesn’t have a pronounced post-pubic vault with the back of the pubic bone for the ring to rest against her pelvic contractions could have easily squeezed the ring and it slipped out. I knew who was assigned the room so I called her and mentioned a ring of hers had been found. At first she thought I was talking about a finger ring and assured me she had checked all her jewelry was packed before she left the castle. Then I was a bit more specific that it was a vaginal contraceptive ring.

 

She gasped and there was a noise as she tried to catch her cell as it slipped from her fingers. Moments later she picked it up and in a shaky voice said her ring was missing. Case solved! NuvaRing has an outer diameter of 54 mm and a cross-sectional diameter of 4 mm. and releases on average 0.12 mg/day of etonogestrel and 0.015 mg/day of ethinyl estradiol.  It had been out for much longer than the three hour removal limit during the first two weeks so she will have to use another method (condoms or a diaphragm) for 7 days while the hormones from the new ring reestablish her hormonal protection. She wasn’t sleeping with her husband. It depends on what night she lost the ring as to how serious her situation is. She should have been protected if she lost the ring on the last night. She is newly married and wants children, but not with possible paternity questions.

 

Blackthorn Priory girls training an update: Now that the holidays are over I was able to get back to taking care of my other responsibilities around the Barony one of which is tending to the sexual health of the girls school at Blackthorn Priory. I visited briefly at Christmas to distribute small gifts to girl each as none the students has family or home other than the sisters of the order and her schoolmates.

 

Returning readers may recall what I wrote about Blackthorn Priory in my December 31, 2014 post entitled ‘My Welsh Roots’: “There is nothing to suggest St. Candice (as I tend to think of her) was in any way a disciplinarian. However, she is patron saint of a religious community of women living in a surprisingly large medieval Priory the early parts of which date from the 11^th century.  The Priory is on Blackthorn Barony land within a few miles of the Baroness’s relatively small but superbly constructed 13^th C. castle…”

Pelvic exams and diaphragms: It is the custom at Blackthorn Priory as with many girls’ schools to give Priory girls reaching menarche their first gynecological exam and fit them with an effective barrier contraceptive so they can become accustomed to wearing it before they move to fifth and sixth forms at Barrow Priory in Middlesex where they will need it during social encounters as guests at dances at a neighboring boys school. Yesterday Chris, the male Gyn who works in my woman’s clinic, and I fitted all the students 14 and older with new FS latex diaphragms.

 

The primary training barrier (fitted at menarche) in use by Priory girls is the silicone Semina diaphragm which the girls think looks like a pink soap bubble a fact that helps the girls remember to insert their diaphragms for flow control on light days during menses. However, the smallest Semina is 60mm so any student requiring a smaller device had been fitted with a 22mm FemCap and a menstrual cup for flow control. Now that the Barony’s women’s clinic has flat spring rim diaphragms down to 50mm I have changed the regimen for girls 14 y/o and older to use latex flat spring diaphragms if they are not allergic to latex and any younger girls who at menarche need a diaphragm smaller than 60mm. A flat spring rim seals as well and is nearly impossible to under-thrust and the heat transfer properties of latex are far superior to the silicone of a Semina and silicone lube can be used with a latex D something that has become more important recently. And for divers a FS latex diaphragm can be safely worn at any depth. So wearing a latex diaphragm has become another rite-of-passage on the way to becoming a woman with all the responsibilities that entails. However, there is the fact that oily lubes of any sort, petroleum or vegetable, shouldn’t be used with a latex device as oil will destroy the latex, but that is a lesson best learned when young, impressionable and under supervision so it won’t be easily be forgotten or ignored.

 

Of course because of the age of consent the diaphragms provided to students younger than 16 are so they can become used to correctly wearing a cervical barrier using it exclusively as a menstrual cup for sanitary purposes.

 

Some readers may wonder why students reaching menarche are not immediately placed on hormonal contraceptives since these days so many girls routinely go on contraceptive hormones with all the negative side effects accompanying them. Some few Blackthorn girls are put on hormones if they have very painful periods or their cycles won’t stabilize. However, the Order feels that it is important for young women to experience the ebb and flow of their hormones while cycling naturally. Diaphragms let them become accustomed to handling their genitals w/o fear or shame (as so many young women these days have not been taught to do) and can experience the marvelous surge in creativity when fertile. Additionally, the discipline of inserting the diaphragm every evening before bed and removing and cleaning it each morning gets each into a routine that will be beneficial when they become sexually active.

 

New Years dildo presentations: In my annual New Years presentation as Baroness I presented each newly blossomed young woman with two dildos: her first borosilicate (Pyrex) glass dildo, a 1 ¾ inches in diameter and 8.0 inches long glass shaft in the shape of a phallus with a handle to use while on her back – a nice feature about Pyrex is that it can be warmed or cooled for use in hot or chilly weather. And since all the Priory school girls take ballet/pointe a high quality silicone one of the same size with a suction cup base with which to solo train for male penetration in the ballet studio. This second item is especially useful in training for deep penetration of the posterior fornix while en pointe during ballet-sex – suctioned on to the mirrored wall in a studio where the user can hold on to the barre rise en pointe and back on to the dildo. All the girls were eagerly anticipating trying them out.

 

Fitting the local swim team with latex diaphragms: Today Chris and I fit the local swim team with latex FS diaphragms.  The custom made 55, 60 and 65 mm latex flat spring rim diaphragms, to be used as ‘gas-guards’ since there have been two recent injuries involving women in the UK getting air or water in their uteri while playing or having sex in a pool which have gotten a lot of publicity in the medical press in the last few months. So since most adults in the surrounding villages work for the Barony either directly or indirectly my clinic is fitting the swim team with diaphragms at no cost to the swimmer or her family.

 

As my readers know latex diaphragms are particular effective for pool-sex since silicone lubricant can be used w/o harm to a latex diaphragm. Returning readers may also recall that a ‘gas-guard’ is a cervical barrier to prevent air being forced through the cervix into the uterus by a lover blowing into his partners vagina or when playing around with SCUBA gear where a mischievous friend holds the mouthpiece of his or her reg against a partner’s vulva and depresses the purge button sending a jet of compressed air into the vagina. All the swim team have mini (4 bead) frameless copper GyneFix IUDs implanted, (also free from the Blackthorn Clinic) with their strings trimmed off so they can wear cervical barriers w/o the possibility of pulling out the IUD while removing the cervical barrier when no longer needed.

 

FemCap wasn’t a choice since the depth limit of a FemCap is about 25 to 30 feet before squeeze on the dome makes it too uncomfortable to wear. And some of the girls are too small to effectively wear the smallest FemCap which is 22mm.  Caya was not considered because of the small sizes needed, rotation and the need for silicone lube.
