Cunt Castle: Taryn's home north east of Cambridge is known fondly to her friends as ‘Cunt Castle’. One of the stonemasons working on the renovations (before she moved into the Manor) called it ‘Cunt Castle’ and the name seems to have stuck with her circle of friends, though not with the locals, or at least not to her face.

Taryn asked me to spend a few days at her Cambridge manor house to advise her on a new ballet training regimen for some of her porn empire’s best actors. I was asked to bring Marvin ( my psychiatrist) and Chris (my Clinic’s male Gyn) as it was to be a comprehensive reevaluation of both the male and female actors and survival training needed before production begins on a new rape series videos the first of which has the working title ‘Drysuit Conception’.

I brought my group up from London on the Dragon along with two pallets of contraceptive supplies and Nancy our Gaynor Minden pointe-shoe fitter from my Blackthorn dance supplies shop along with her pallet mounted container of pointe-shoes. The manor house has its own private rail siding which was built in the early 1900s when rail travel was at its peak and fuel and other bulk supplies were brought out from London by rail. Taryn also has a woman Divemaster in residence to check and repair pieces of dive gear and tend to the refilling of tanks with regular air. Her pool though only a few years old is no more than 30 feet deep so she has no need for enhanced air mixtures of any kind.

Screen Play: The story line for ‘Drysuit Conception’ will span several installments in 20 minute videos. Then kneeling between her legs he pulls the suit down over her hips where it lays in thick folds around her thighs. By that time she is somewhat aware of her surroundings and is gasping and shuddering. He leaves her on her hands and knees with legs spread trapped in the heavy fabric and boots while he pushes her thong bikini to one side exposing her vulva. He spreads her labia and inserts two fingers in her vagina searching for a cervical barrier. He inserts a finger between the vaginal wall and the diaphragm rim, breaks the seal and pulls it out and when she turns her head to see what’s going on and opens her mouth to ask he stuffs it in her mouth as an effective gag. She can taste her fertile cervical mucus secretions along with the lactic acid spermicide that fills the dome. Ruptured neck seal training: One popular scenario for dive porn is the damsel –in-distress who when saved ravages her dive buddy to show her lust for life after a narrow escape from drowning in her flooded drysuit. To properly video the escape scene the actress whose neck seal is slit – often in films by a jealous woman trying to kill her for having an affair with her boyfriend – needs to know how to safely get to the surface by herself with limited air and no external buoyancy device.  For this sort of escape scene a stunt-double is often used.  

I am teaching Taryn’s stunt-double, one of the more experienced actresses, how to intentionally invert herself to inflate the legs of a drysuit with a torn neck seal so she can reach the surface and the dive platform of a yacht or the walk-out ledge or the shallow end of a training pool where there are ladders or the water is shallow enough that the diver with the torn neck seal can climb, walk or crawl out of the water. It’s takes a lot of core strength when at the surface to basically do sit-ups with the tank on your back to grab the platform, ladder or ledge to get your head above the surface. Fortunately as dancers the girls all have that ability.

The use of a stunt-double for most of the dangerous scenes is to minimize liability for injuries, limit the number of hazard pay bonuses and minimize equipment damage, in this case the number of neck seals that need to be slit.  I’m working with her and one or two other girls who want to learn how to save themselves if a neck seal fails. The Divemaster has a supply of Northern Diver latex neck seals to replace the ones intentionally slit and any others than might leak.  

Vaginal flood insurance: The porn actresses are all quite young and some are very shapely with wide hips and lovely large, high, firm breasts, only a few of which have been augmented with implants. However, there is a growing market for actress/divers with ballet experience and Balanchine bodies so Taryn is recruiting from the dance schools and ballet companies. These days most porn actresses are on LARC methods, usually copper bead frameless GyneFix IUDs with the strings removed so they can work menstrual sex scenes during their periods so they get bloody sex work when their friends on hormones aren’t bleeding enough for good visuals on menstrual sex videos.

Almost all the young ones want children eventually so in addition to contraception it’s important to protect their upper reproductive tracts from having water forced into the uterus when the vagina floods as it typically does during dive-sex. Enemas and SCUBA sex: In preparing for penetrative underwater sex a knowledgeable woman takes the usual precautions for contraception and flood control and empties her bowels and bladder before donning her swim gear. However, if she knows that she will be penetrated by a very well endowed partner she should give herself an enema to make sure her lower bowel is empty when she will be taking the thrusts of a very large penis. Failure to evacuate the bowel with an enema can lead to some very messy situations causing loss of production time and the sterilization of a lot of equipment all of which costs money for porn production companies. Given Taryn’s business and her fondness for sexual encounter parties the women’s dressing room at the underground pool at Cunt Castle was sized with the need in mind to care for a large number of simultaneous users. It has ten toilet stalls so none of the actresses has to wait in line for toilet time. A very good thing when we all are giving ourselves enemas simultaneously or are menstrual.

Summer ballet intensive: In talking about ballet-sex training Willow, Jack’s natural daughter and a former dancer with the Royal Ballet, said that her contemporaries in the professional dance world, outside of Vegas, know almost nothing about ballet-sex and how difficult it is for the woman to perform it properly without injuring herself.

This got me to thinking. I could offer a 2015 summer intensive for carefully screened ballet dancer Escorts (there are a few) and their PDD partners at the professional level that would specialize in preparing the women for ballet-sex. A class of six couples should be about the right size and provide enough variety between partners to make the class interesting when partners are exchanged.

As returning readers will recall ballet-sex is defined for purposes of this blog as penile-vaginal intercourse to reach orgasm preferably by both partners while the woman is en pointe a la seconde bending over holding on to a barre, bent over a table, chair back, desk, kitchen island or other suitable item.

There are so few ballet dancers who are into sex en pointe or Escorts who service ballet fetishists who want to take a woman while she is en pointe that there is a real lack of knowledge about how to do it safely w/o ruining your toes from thrust-drop. And for the man – though I suppose they have all heard stories of ‘snapping pussies’ – men say the sex is at a far more intense level as they experience how much tighter a woman‘s vagina is when she is balanced en pointe because all her muscles from her toes, ankles, calves, glutes and pelvic muscles are clenched and then when she orgasms her vaginal contractions tighten her grip even further. Ballet sex preparation: Toe protection is very important for women intending to participate in ballet-sex. That’s because the blocks of toe-shoes made of traditional materials; hessian, fabric, paste and leather will soften from the heat and perspiration of the woman’s feet in the time and from the effort of having ballet-sex. The toe-boxes will melt and deform leaving the toes w/o proper support. Other aspects of ballet-sex that cry out for attention are:

• Thrust angle adjustment to maximize thrusting of well endowed men into the anterior and posterior fornices.

Diaries and diaphragms: The most interesting things I’ve found so far are the volumes of her diaries one for each year of her life from the time she was 16.  There were trunks of old ballet costumes and a few pairs of her Freed pointe-shoes as well as old diaphragms she used from 1927 when she turned 16 and began dancing professionally. The last one was purchased in 1968 when she was 56 just before she probably became menopausal. I’m so looking forward to reading her diaries and finding what else she left of interest.

Physically we are looking for young women with deep vaginas, deep post-pubic vaults, tight vaginal muscle tone and a deep posterior fornix as well as being athletic or a dancer, having a great personality and beautiful. The pelvic exam comes first and separates the sheep from the goats and leaves us a smaller pool of talent for the rest of the screening.

Breast implants: Women with breast implants are accepted into our Training Assistant program. However, breast implants can be a mixed blessing. For flat chested women they can be a way to a more feminine figure while for the insecure they can be a sense of pride and status. The down side of implants is that many of them need to be replaced after about ten years and women who have elected to have very large implants often have back problems from their weight as they age. Then there is the possibility of leakage or bursting when the woman is hit in her breasts, which happens all too frequently for trainers, dancers and entertainers.

We turn away TA applicants who are:  

• On Depo Provera because of the increased possibility of broken bones due to bone density loss from using Depo over time.  
• Girls who are Anorexic as that also leads to bone density loss and an increased possibility of broken bones and.
• Women who have not had the full three shot series of the HPV vaccine, Gardasil, until they complete the 6 month series of injections.

Therapy and anal plugs: I have been working with my psychiatrist for more than a year to try and get over my aversion to anal sex and anal toys. Returning readers will remember that until now I have avoided anal toys and anal sex because of my traumatic experience with anal sex when I was in boarding school. I recognized as a teacher that being unfamiliar with anal sex and thus being unable to teach it by example I was limiting myself and my students to less than total emersion in human sexuality. I’m pleased to say that this year I’m ready to confidently and comfortably teach the delights and dangers of anal sex at St Lucy’s.

A gift from the North Sea: the captain of the trawler returned the steel anal plug worn by John’s escort when she had her accident [see my entry for September 3, 2011 for details] to the Domme running Barre Girls who, knowing my interest in equipment worn by women when they had terminal sex, forwarded it to me. I was pleased to see that it had hardly been damaged and none of the detail had been marred. I just had Gepetto buff the surface to smooth down a nick or two and it is as good as new. The silicone gasket on the screw lid to the hollow core wasn’t damaged and can be filled with a reusable silicone gel that retains heat or cold for long periods so it can be used to help maintain a stable body temperature under a wide range of thermal conditions. It is the first anal ‘Death Plug’ that I have collected and worn. I’d had other opportunities, but during the years when I hated anal toys I never bothered with them. The North Sea death plug was made by a small precision machine shop in Munich originally as a part for the European space program, but some machinist saw it’s potential as an anal plug and with a few minor modifications the prototype became available to a very few favored dealers for testing and comment by their customers.

Vaginal sex and anal plugs: I’m wearing the NSDP because it’s heavy and there is no give as there is with silicone plugs typically worn when training female escorts for double penetration encounters. Of course too for me there is the previous wearer’s Chi, a portion of the previous owner’ vital force still resident in the plug because it was inside her when she died, which I enjoy feeling radiating from the device. So my plan is to become accustomed to wearing the steel plug then wearing a much lighter Pyrex or silicon anal plug should be much easier and comfortable. And, I’m pleased to say that I’m able to wear the Bavarian death plug for up to four hours at a time w/o ill effects.

One thing I have found with having an anal plug inserted during penile/vaginal intercourse is that I’m far tighter, w/o having to clench my muscles at all. However, there is a downside in that there is a lot of pressure put on the posterior vaginal wall and the anterior wall of the colon which can lead to fistulas if the woman isn’t careful. I’ve found it much more comfortable for me to be taken from behind when I have an anal plug inserted. That way I can control the angle at which he thrusts into me so I can keep him away from my posterior vaginal wall. Of course from behind also makes it easier to guide him to my G-spot and allows me to comfortably take much larger men.

Colonoscopies at St Lucy’s: Since we will be offering anal sex in the syllabus this year the women signing up for Advanced Sexual Techniques course where it will be taught are required to have a colonoscopy to ensure there are no irregularities in the colon walls; polyps, hemorrhoids, or other irregularities that could cause problems with sex toys and penises moving in and out of the anus. There is no additional charge for the procedure as the cost is covered in the course tuition.

Cervical barriers and anal plugs: Wearing a cervical barrier, a diaphragm or FemCap, with an anal plug can be uncomfortable because of the pressure the rim of the diaphragm or the bowl of the FemCap pressing the posterior vaginal wall against the anterior wall of the colon – which can not give because a plug is inserted - causing an area of high pressure and pain that can create a lesion. To prevent this all AST students are being fitted for and taught to use an Oves like cervical cap that grips the walls of cervix to use for contraception and as a gas guard during dive-sex while wearing an anal plug.

Enemas and anal plugs: I’ve found it’s much better to give myself an enema before I insert an anal plug. That way I know I can last four to eight hours w/o needing a bowel movement so I don’t compromise my plug training regimen and of course as I mentioned in the preceding paragraph I’m exclusively using an Oves cap – I’m luteal and CD20 today – when I have an anal plug inserted to minimize the likelihood of having any problems from wearing a large anal plug for an extended interval. So that’s how I’m plan to teach the parts of AST about anal plugs; insert an Oves and make sure it is screwed down tight on the cervix then take an enema before AP insertion and the student should be ready to participate in the penetrative sex with an anal plug inserted part of the course.
