Teen training diaphragms

Semina on introducer with pink Gaynor Minden pointes

The Photo: A Semina diaphragm mounted on an introducer to aid in insertion. The coil spring of the rim can be seen through the transparent pink silicone of the dome. Semina diaphragms are fitted to get young wearers new to using a diaphragm accustomed to the insertion and removal process.

A successful Summer Ballet Intensive: Now my Summer Ballet Intensive has come to the end of its third and final week at Blackthorn Castle. This morning the students all boarded ‘The Dragon’, my personal rail cars, for the trip to London St Pancreas on their way back to their homes.

Semina as a training diaphragm: Returning readers will recall that in my May 6, 2016 post about the requirements for students at the 2016 Blackthorn Ballet Summer Intensive I wrote about the desirability of Semina as a starter cervical barrier for teens:

“A sexually active barrier-girl should never be without her diaphragm and the Seminas pink transparent silicone rubber, which some wearer’s have compared to a pink soap bubble, has proved very attractive when used as a young woman’s first experience with cervical barriers. The use of a Semina began as an alternative for teens that were too small for an IUD and couldn’t use hormonal contraceptives. However, when it was found that they could also be effectively used for cervix protection (flood insurance) during under water penetrative sex even the girls on hormonal birth control wanted to be fitted for a Semina. IUDs and cervical barriers are only compatible when the IUD strings are trimmed off so they don’t stick to a cervical barrier worn for ‘flood insurance’ during underwater penetrative vaginal sex which is one of the more arcane subjects on the syllabus during the Blackthorn Ballet Summer Intensive. Stringless IUDs worn by up-market Escorts and our students are checked for proper position with periodic ultrasound scans.”

The introducer shown in the photo is used to simplify insertion especially for women with short fingers. Unfortunately, introducers are no longer generally available, but it is easy to learn the proper insertion technique. Should BBSI students progress to become “socially available” for underwater penetrative sex they can switch to a latex flat spring diaphragm similar to the Reflexions of blessed memory which can be custom made. While some few people are allergic to latex and natural rubber latex does not last as long as silicone the advantages are considerable as the heat transfer and the elastic properties of the translucent dome membrane are far superior to silicone and for a partner interested in the strong scent of a diaphragm left inserted for more than twenty-four hours’ latex is the preferred material as the scent can be eye-watering. Additionally, the flat spring rim which only folds in a single plane makes it very desirable as ‘flood insurance’ because it’s nearly impossible for even a mischievous lover to intentionally under-thrust the rim. Latex flat spring diaphragms are still the barrier type preferred by elite level Courtesans and Escorts and now are only available through specialist GYNs by special order.

Student injuries: We have been fortunate to have no serious injuries just the normal things like split and bruised nails, not that they aren’t painful. There have been no problems with GyneFix IUDs or Semina diaphragms during after class social activities including surface and underwater sexual encounters. And there have been no pregnancies the insemination for which could have occurred prior to the student arriving at Blackthorn Castle. It would have been very unlikely as all the students have copper bead GyneFix IUDs implanted, but possible. There was a student who should have had a hymenectomy and she had a painful time with large diameter partners even when well lubricated. She insisted on continuing with the syllabus and it was a teaching moment for the entire class.

Seren:  Returning readers will recall that my most recent ward is Seren a college mate of Bea at Cambridge who will be working as an intern Hostess with Bea at the Costume Club during summer holiday. She is Tim (my current lover’s) 18 y/o second cousin and while taking ballet and meeting the requirements of the ballet intensive was a last minute addition when another student dropped out. There was some concern that she wouldn’t be able to keep up as she hadn’t had nearly as long to prepare as the other students. I’m pleased to say that she has marvelous stamina, poise and lovely technique so she finished in the top third of the class for the ballet part of the course. She has been equally as impressive with the social side enjoying her encounters with various male sexual partners and having an impressive pelvic grip, the ability to withstand multiple orgasms w/o fainting and is a class favorite among the men, but that was something they tried not to show since summer intensives are very competitive w/o introducing favoritism.

The Blackthorn Summer Ballet Intensive

The Photo: A pair of Gaynor Minden pointes with optional sueded platforms which provide superior traction and increase the life of the blocks outer padding. Standard internal platform padding along with toe taping and toe pads help minimize toe trauma from thrust-drop during ballet-sex. I think this photo epitomizes the power and beauty of Gaynor Minden pointes that help to make the wearer’s legs look longer, more shapely and cloud men’s minds with thoughts of rapturous lovemaking. Being able to mind-fuck a man by confidently and expertly wearing pointe-shoes is something very few women are capable of doing which gives us a unique advantage when competing for men. The rest fall back on far less adventuresome fuck-me shoes like Louboutin 4 inch stilettos.

The Blackthorn Summer Ballet Intensive: We have been very pleased with the response from ballet schools in the U.S. Canada and the UK in recommending carefully selected student candidates for the second year of the Blackthorn Ballet Summer intensive, commonly known locally as the BBSI. Even with a long list of necessary ballet skill qualifications we have received more than 275 applications for the course. 15 women will be chosen and we will have 15 young male ballet dancers as their partners for the two week course. No other school has a 1:1 ratio of women to men when teaching a ballet course. Seeking to participate in the BBSI is something that mothers of prospected students must discuss in depth with their daughters as a student with no knowledge of or experience with her reproductive tract is an unsuitable candidate. A great many of our students come from families where the mothers are former dancers who have been very sexually active and where sexual activity by the daughter is encouraged as it is seen as providing experience and adding depth to the daughter’s arsenal of erotic resources as she chooses a permanent mate.

Each student candidate in addition to having demonstrated considerable talent, stamina, grace and poise as a young ballet dancer must, because of unique aspects of the course dealing with seduction of the human male, meet additional health, safety and legal requirements some of which are:

Summer intensive student requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of pointe work
  • Must be between the ages of 16 and 18.
  • Must have completed the three injection regimen of Gardasil vaccine.
  • Must have had a recent pelvic to ensure she has a healthy cervix and doesn’t need a hymenectomy to allow penile-vaginal-intercourse, PVI.
  • Must have a current negative full panel STI test. This can occasionally get a mother’s hackles up, but when It’s explained that their daughter will be intimate with a number if men during the course of her training and that all the other students and their male partners must pass the full STI panel as well they understand the need for it.
  • Must have had a stringless GyneFix copper bead IUD implanted at least two months prior to arrival for class as it’s important for attendees to be well protected while cycling naturally an order to learn to use her cyclical hormonal swings to her advantage during seduction training.
  • Must have a negative serum pregnancy test, which will be administered when the student reaches the course venue, Blackthorn Castle.  It’s important that prospective students take any additional contraceptive precautions necessary even with a copper IUD implanted. Students arriving pregnant will not be allowed to participate.
  • Must have the pelvic anatomy (a deep post-pubic vault) to be correctly fitted for a contraceptive diaphragm – Our Gyn clinic will fit and supply the silicone Semina coil spring rim diaphragms at no cost to the students. Semina is available in six diameter sizes, from 60 to 85mm, in 5mm increments. For more about the why we are using the Semina coil spring diaphragm as an introductory cervical barrier see below.
  • Must be able to be correctly fitted with and have at least six pairs of Gaynor Minden pointes with suede tips and extra hard shanks required for ballet-sex training. The extra hard shanks turn a regular élève style shoe (where the wearer rolls through the foot on to pointe) into a relevé style shoe where the wearer springs or steps on to pointe. Extra hard shanked shoes are needed for ballet-sex because they will support an average weight (115lb woman) dancer when she puts her weight on her heels, which is poor technique but occurs when she is fucked boneless while on her toes. With internal platform pads Gaynors are far superior to pointes made of conventional materials in minimizing the likelihood that the wearer’s toes will be injured from thrust-drop during ballet-sex.  If the student wears pointes made of traditional materials they may be worn for class, rehearsals and performances, but not ballet-sex training.
With this list of requirements some of which require long lead times you can see why putting in a last minute request for a place in class is not a winning strategy.

Nikolai will teach: I am very pleased to say that Nikolai, a young (26 y/o) Russian male ballet star who has been dancing with the RB for the 2015-16 season has had his contract renewed for the 2016-17 season. A gorgeous male of amazing grace, poise and virility Nikolai will be working with the Female students and supervising other male ballet members as instructors and partners for the women students. He is one of the attractions of the Blackthorn Summer Ballet Intensive as his reputation as having amazing sexual stamina as well as being a considerate lover has already become legendary in ballet circles. Having Nikolai as a lover is one of the lifetime goals of a great many young women dancers so I consider myself fortunate to have him as a dance and bed partner when he is not dancing with his company.

A Semina and its case with an introducer

Training teen barrier-girls: A sexually active barrier-girl should never be without her diaphragm and the Semina’s pink transparent silicone rubber, which some wearer’s have compared to a pink soap bubble, has proved very attractive when used as a young woman’s first experience with cervical barriers. The use of a Semina began as an alternative for teens that were too small for an IUD and couldn’t use hormonal contraceptives. However, when it was found that they could also be effectively used for cervix protection (flood insurance) during under water penetrative sex even the girls on HBC wanted to be fitted for a Semina. IUDs and cervical barriers are only compatible when the IUD strings are trimmed off so they don’t stick to a cervical barrier worn for flood insurance during underwater penetrative vaginal sex which is one of the more arcane subjects on the syllabus during the Blackthorn Ballet Summer Intensive. Stringless IUDs worn by up-market Escorts are checked for proper position with periodic ultrasound scans.

The introducer shown in the photo was used to simplify insertion especially for women with short fingers. Unfortunately introducers are no longer being made, but it is easy to learn the proper insertion technique. Should BBSI students progress to become “socially available” for underwater penetrative sex they can switch to a latex flat spring diaphragm similar to the Reflexions of blessed memory. While some few people are allergic to latex and natural rubber latex does not last as long as silicone the advantages are considerable as the heat transfer and the elastic properties of the translucent dome membrane are far superior to silicone. Additionally, the flat spring rim which only folds in a single plane makes it very desirable as ‘flood insurance’ because it’s nearly impossible for even a mischievous lover to intentionally under-thrust the rim.

Death Rubber diary

A latex Reflexions flat spring diaphragm

The photo: One of my 80mm Reflexions diaphragms. It is made of natural rubber latex and is the style that when worn by a woman when she died during sexual intercourse becomes (for my purposes) a ‘Death Rubber’ diaphragm containing special powers that supplement my sexuality. I know I use photos of Reflexions a lot, but I can’t stress enough how desirable they are for contraceptive and dive-sex safety and for their strong appeal to latex fetishists.

My Death Rubber collection:  For readers who are new to my blog a ‘death rubber’ is a diaphragm, especially a latex one, which was being worn by a woman when she died while having penetrative intercourse. Until my last post (Dating Gigi on May 2, 2015) I hadn’t written about harvesting one for about five months - in my entry for November 21, 2014 - when I harvested one from a Las Vegas Towel Girl at Splash. As this is written it has been eleven months since I added to my collection so readers can understand how difficult it is to obtain a Death Rubber under ideal conditions, meaning that I harvested it myself.

During an orgy in Vegas years ago I found that wearing a latex diaphragm I harvested from the vagina of an elite rubber fetish escort – one I watched die while being fucked at the bottom of a training pool for rubber fetishists - gave me access to the residual Chi contained in the diaphragm that had been protecting her cervix. Through her Chi her memories of past lovers and the pelvic experience and tricks she knew to please them become available for my use which enhances my confidence and pleasure when wearing it.

There are some challenges in collecting this specific item:

  • Few women use diaphragms these days.
  • The device needs to be in my size, 80mm – usually worn by women much taller than me.
  • The woman has to have died during sex while wearing it.
  • And so I can safely wear it she must have been free of STIs which means at the time of her death she had had a recent negative full panel STI test.
  • And now the Reflexions is no longer being made. However, latex flat spring diaphragms can be custom made for those of us who need them.
Too there is the usual down side to a latex device:

  • Some people are allergic to latex.
  • The useful life is much shorter than a silicone diaphragm.
  • The odor from a latex device worn too long can be very strong, however, that could be a plus if you are with a man who is into funky vaginal scents.
The good news about a latex flat spring device is:

  • The heat transfer properties are far superior to silicone.
  • A latex device can be safely used with silicone lubes necessary for proper vaginal lubrication during underwater sex.
  • A great safety feature of a flat spring rim diaphragm is that since it folds in a single plane it is almost impossible for a mischievous partner to under-thrust the rim of one that is properly sized and correctly placed.
Fortunately as with my former position in Vegas I have access to the medical records of the Escort service run by Tanaquil for Taryn’s European operation so I know who wears 80mm latex diaphragms (mainly for male clients with latex fetishes) or for under-thrust ‘flood insurance’ during dive-sex. It so happens these are the women who are the greatest risk takers so are the ones most likely to have a fatal accident during an encounter with a commercial client or during filming porn videos. I think the risk is part of my fascination with asphyxia sexual highs while having SCUBA sex because there is so little margin for error. It certainly is a huge thrill and marvelous high for me!

A more recent and serious ‘Death Rubber’ limitation briefly mentioned above is that the Reflexions FS diaphragm was discontinued at the first of 2015. Fortunately the Clinic had received a routine stocking order of the Reflexions so we should be able to provide them to patients for the next few months as they are how only used by up-market fetish escort clients. Also, we are able to have latex FS diaphragms custom made, but at higher cost. The fall-back position is to use 80mm silicone Milex diaphragms as death rubber devices, but the flat spring rim was ideal in providing women and especially fetish escorts with superior under-thrust protection and I suspect those of us in the profession will go to the custom made latex flat spring as for us there really is nothing as good.

Currently my collection consists of six 80mm latex Reflexions diaphragms that I have personally harvested from the vaginas of their previous owners. I try to take good care of them as they all contain their former owners sexual exploits that reside in the portion of her Chi still contained in the diaphragm which supplement my own sexual knowledge and experiences when I wear them and each is unique and irreplaceable in that way.

My latest harvesting acquisition: This is the second ‘death rubber’ I’ve harvested since I moved to the UK in January of 2015. The most recent was a French twenty-something ballerina on holiday with her English lover who was at a fetish swim party at a country house in Berkshire which I attended last weekend. I knew her as a candidate on my list of possible Death Rubber donors as she was quite tall at 5’8” for a ballet dancer. She had been fitted by one of Tanaquil’s Gyn friends in Paris and wore the Reflexions FS in my size. She said she was familiar with basic SCUBA gear and was anxious to have her lover take her to orgasm submerged in our host’s pool while other guests watched. Her lover was against it as she was known as something of an exhibitionist, but she teased him about not being able to get it up underwater and so to defend his sexual prowess he reluctantly agreed.

They were using our hosts OTS Guardian FFMs, 60 cu ft aluminum tanks and everything seemed to be going well. The woman was tethered to the bottom of the dive well with an ankle leash and she was out of her tank which was on its side on the bottom so she could be entered from behind. The audio from their comm. link was on the speakers in the pool area so we could hear them talk to each other and both of them gasp and moan from their sexual exertions. She was facing the pool bottom as he entered her from the rear and she grunted, mewed, gasped and moaned as he pushed his way inside her and she adjusted her hips to take his length and thrusts.  He was holding on to her hips and had given her several vaginal orgasms when she began to quiver, gasp and begin to gag and she doubled over possibly to try to unfasten the ankle leash or perhaps from cramps, but her partner kept thrusting into her trying to reach orgasm himself before he withdrew.

After he came he pulled out, but by that time she was limp and not breathing and I and several other divers had jumped in to help pull her out. I unfastened the ankle leash, a man lifted her tank off the bottom and her partner raised her to the surface. After we got her on the pool surround we tried CPR, but she had apparently drowned in her own vomit.  While straightening her thong and covering her with a blanket to await an ambulance I pulled out the 80mm Reflexions she was wearing still slippery with her lover’s thick creamy semen that hadn’t had a chance to liquefy and slipped it down my cleavage.

She had the results of a serum pregnancy test in her purse that showed she was about eight weeks pregnant so that may have been why she became nauseated though there were two other women at the party who came down with food poisoning so perhaps it was that.

So many men, so little time!

The Caya contoured diaphragm

The Photo: A one-size-fits-most Caya silicone diaphragm showing the names of the major features and the dimensions.

New semen in my vagina: Returning readers will recall that my current group of Personal Assistant candidates: Cinnamon, Fern, Heather, Holly, Iris, Ivy and Jasmine and their male partners: Doc, Dopy, Sleepy, Happy, Grumpy, Sneezy and Bashful were first mentioned in my post for February 4th so their nine week pelvic training intensive is well underway and the girls (with hot soaks, ibuprofen and liniment) are becoming used to having eight or more acts of deep vaginal penetration to orgasm every day not to mention identifying and manipulating their vaginal muscle groups to train them for Pompoir. I had originally thought that eight weeks would be sufficient, but the first weeks pace was physically harder on the girls than many of them would be able to continue so I extended it to nine and included Anya’s and my partners in the male rotation as well so the girls get to rotate through nine men and Anya and I do too.

Anya says I was looking out for myself, but I like to think I was being lenient on the girls as vaginal epithelium is very delicate and too much of the wrong, especially dry, stimulation can put a woman physically out of action for penetrative vaginal sex for weeks and mentally for longer. The men are not on performance enhancers since one of the tasks of the trainees is to arouse their partners who by now are operating near the limit of their sexual performing capability. The men rotate to a different girl each day so there is the excitement of a new partner with his and her unique look, scent, taste, feel and style of lovemaking that keeps things interesting and since I’m fertile I love having a man fill me with his sperm! Of course when I’m fertile I’m double bagged with an Oves screwed down on my ripe cervix and a Reflexions latex flat spring over that so I should be quite safe but the thrill of something going wrong and me ending up carrying one of the trainer’s baby is just so unbelievably arousing! I’d have it sucked out of course as I haven’t spent thirty-five years keeping my body in top physical condition to have a man’s sperm push it all out of shape and take a year off my performing life.

Beguiling a partner with Caya: As this is written I’m CD 12 and fertile. Any woman reading this can surely tell I’m having such a good time with the new men – the ones helping train the candidates for intimate Personal Assistants positions with Taryn’s new personnel placement group. For women using a diaphragm there is no better way to get a man interested in that device than to ask him to ‘help’ with its insertion. The Caya with its nylon arcing spring rim, smaller cervical cup, grip dimples, relief arch and removal dome is easier to insert and remove than the traditional circular latex or silicone diaphragms previously available.

From a male partner’s perspective the Caya’s upturned relief arch which fits up behind the pubic bone minimizes the likelihood that he will hit the anterior rim; and the slightly textured matte surface of the cervical cup increases his sensation thrusting against it are improvements over the traditional diaphragm. And I’ve found that very well endowed men who can reach into my posterior fornix when I’m entered from behind enjoy thrusting into Caya’s soft rim spring.

I’m becoming much more of a fan of Caya, especially as a toy. Returning readers will recall that even though I wear a U.S. dress size two I’m at the upper design limit of the Caya since I take a conventional 80 mm diaphragm. Consequently I’ve been a bit apprehensive of its effectiveness for me. However, now that I’m using it more I’ve found that Caya consistently develops a strong suction (more about that below) and I’ve never had it displace. So now I’m learning to relax while using it especially with a well endowed partner because in missionary he can push the sloping anterior side of the 55mm cervical cup deeper into my anterior fornix than the suction in the cup has pulled it and move the relief arch enough to caress my G-spot. That way I get G-spot and A-spot orgasms simultaneously which turns me into a gasping, moaning, mewing, quivering, boneless mess making it very difficult - even with very strong feet and ankles - to remain balanced en pointe when taken while standing backed against a wall or studio mirror! Of course depending on each woman’s pelvic anatomy and her partner’s size she may, or may not, find Caya as much fun as I do.

A clever Caya wearer will first show her partner how she inserts and how she removes it before letting him try. I’ve found that my lovers are very interested in learning how to insert and remove my diaphragm correctly as they get a thrill from helping me protect myself so they don’t need to wear condoms. They are also very quick learners though most want to try inserting and removal far more times than they need and I let them because we both enjoy them with their hands in my vagina. Expressing the remaining air from the cup with the fingers during insertion is something I always do and teach my partners to do it correctly because it increases the suction insuring a better seal which I find comforting. It is also something that my partners love to do as they get to play with my vagina and ‘accidently’ caress my clitoris shaft with a thumb causing me to gasp and moan while giving them confidence that my cervix is well protected. I believe that since I’m at the upper design limit of the Caya the stronger the suction in the cup the safer I am from the possibility of my Cays displacing or rotating and a partner under-thrusting the rim.

Possible problems with a male partner helping with insertion are: 1) The wearer could become aroused and her vagina lengthen (tent) making it more difficult (or sometimes impossible) to get the posterior rim behind the woman’s cervix and deep into her posterior fornix if he has short fingers. Although lying on her back and pushing down will force her cervix closer to the entrance to her vagina so that pushing the folded rim along the back wall of the vagina should get the rim beneath and behind the cervix. Once he thinks the Caya is correctly placed her partner should feel for her cervix under the cup to make sure Caya is correctly positioned. It is important that the woman check behind her partner to double check her cervix is indeed in the cup. 2) The male partner may in some instances become so aroused that he ejaculates before penetration. However, this can be seen as an advantage as his refractory interval will allow time for him to give his partner her pleasure with his fingers before another erection will allow him to penetrate her and fill her with semen.

A caution: The Caya is a one-size-fits-most device. Very petite or very tall women may not be able to use Caya effectively because it was designed to be used by women who take the four most commonly prescribed sizes of traditional diaphragms; 65mm, 70, 75 and 80mm. Additionally, the wearer must have a well defined retropubic niche 1 to 2 cm deep into which the relief arch will fit properly, which most women do.

The Caya diaphragm, Tim and I, fetish diaphragm sex

The Caya single size contoured diaphragm

The Caya market: The Caya contoured diaphragm with a polymer arcing spring rim was designed for use in locations where medical professionals are not available to fit diaphragms. Caya is a one-size-fits-most device designed to fit women using the four most commonly prescribed sizes 65, 70, 75 and 80mm, of conventional diaphragms. Caya has been available in The UK and Europe for about two years and in mid 2015 was approved by the FDA for use in the U.S, but it is available by Rx only.

I’ve discussed the Caya and its uses in previous posts and occasionally use it myself when I’m luteal, but I don’t think it is as effective for me if used for contraception during fetish sex as it can be more easily under-thrust than can a flat spring rim latex diaphragm which my clinic now fits as standard for Escorts unless the patient is allergic to latex.

Caya the pros:

  • Polymer rim spring compresses into a long oval with the posterior rim arcing down slightly to ease slipping under and behind the cervix. The rims flexing properties are very similar to a conventional coil spring rim.
  • Designed to fit women who wear conventional diaphragms from 65mm to 80mm.
  • The soft 75 mm polymer rim spring flexes to accommodate depth of 65mm conventional diaphragm wearer.
  • Matte texture of the cup increases sensation for the male partner.
  • Grip dimples provide finger placement guidance and firm grip for insertion.
  • Removal dome makes removal easy. And, depending on the length of the fingers it can also allow the wearer’s or her partner’s finger to easily move the removal dome gently back and forth over the wearer’s G-spot (if she has one) to stimulate her to orgasm making it much easier to give many women who can wear a Caya a G-spot orgasm, though the ease will depend on exactly where her G-spot is located.
  • Relief arch makes it less likely for a partner to hit the anterior rim.

And cons:

  • The small 55 mm, inner diameter cervical cup makes wearing it for heavy days flow control during menses less useful than an Omniflex that has a larger dome.
  • To accommodate the upturned relief arch of the anterior rim in front of the removal dome, the wearer needs to have a pronounced post-pubic vault (or retropubic niche as  the makers call it) one to two cm deep which most women have; otherwise a partner can hit the rim.
  • Rim contour (ahead of the grip dimples) increases the likelihood of under-thrusting if the Caya rotates too much.
  • Worn by a woman whose correct size in a conventional diaphragm is smaller than 65mm the contoured rim will bend more ahead of the grip dimples making it much easier to under-thrust the Caya if the wearer is taken while unaroused. Or, cause it not to seal correctly and leak and the rim pressing on her urethra can increase the likelihood of developing a UTI.
  • All cervical barriers rotate, but for those with a circular cross-section (all except Caya) rotation doesn’t matter as far as the seal is concerned. When Caya rotates the contoured rim is more likely to break the seal. Rotation is thought to occur from a thrusting penis rubbing more against one side of the dome than the other. So if both the penis and dome are not well lubricated friction can cause the device to rotate significantly.

Tim and a change in plan: It’s Monday January 4th 2016 and I’m CD24 as this is being written. I’m luteal and don’t really need to wear a barrier for contraception, but I found that Tim likes to help me insert either a Caya or a Reflexions if we are to go diving (I check after him to make certain my cervix is in the cup) and he loves the additional stimulation from rubbing his glans on Caya’s lightly textured dome which saves me from having to intentionally contract my muscles and lets me just enjoy having him thrusting inside me.

The plan changes are significant. After 12th Night (on January 5th) my wards their boyfriends and Anya, who arrived on Sunday as the last of my house party guests were departing will fly down to Virgin Gorda aboard Limnaea II, my. Marvin is not going. He is returning to Cambridge to “work” and ‘Miss Nexplanon’ his current dick-a-chick is going with him! I’m not surprised, but she isn’t a dancer and can’t wear pointe shoes (I’ve already covered that base and she doesn’t have the feet or strength for wearing them) so she won’t be replacing me as Jenna when I’m wearing her Bloch Alpha pointes.  Marvin is just looking for a young, tight, deep, easily controlled vessel in which to plant his seed while he is away from me so I know he will be back.

And, I’m not going to Virgin Gorda immediately after 12th Night either. I found that Tim doesn’t have to report back to his unit for another two weeks, on the 18th, and I’ve asked him to stay here with me which he is delighted to do! Yay! I should be fertile on the 16th so I’ll need to be careful the last several days we will be together, but until then I can safely have his sperm in my tubes and not worry about an unintended pregnancy.

By then Bea and her boyfriend will be back at Cambridge so after I see Tim off Nikolai and I will fly down to Lost Cove to be with Anya and the Dryads (Bryony and Claire) and their boyfriends. Nikolai will have time off from the ballet then so he will be my partner on Virgin Gorda. It will be his first time in the BVIs and we are both looking forward to having dive-sex in the cove.

Tiny Tim and me: For the next two weeks Tim and I will be alone together except of course for the castle staff.  He has had SCUBA combat training so is well qualified as a diver. Though I’m pretty sure he hasn’t been in an operation where he has had penile-vaginal intercourse with a woman underwater before. So, I intend to give him a lot of practice to eliminate that gap in his training. We slipped away from the rest of my guests on Saturday to have Carla, my Divemaster, fit him with an OTS Guardian FFM and we tried it out wearing BCs and 130 cu ft HP steel tanks in the shallow (64 ft deep) well where just to get acclimated to the energy and the amount of air expended (you tend to forget about air conservation techniques during orgasm) during dive-sex we could breathe regular air rather than Enriched Air Nitrox with 32% oxygen (EAN32). I tethered my ankle leash to the net strung across the well at 30 feet to prevent a diver in an uncontrolled descent from sinking to the bottom.

I inflated my BC and hung weightless tethered by the leash while Tim untied the hip bows of my thong and fingered me. For the dive I wore a latex Reflexions flat spring diaphragm making sure to express the air from the dome with my fingers to strengthen the vacuum in the dome and applied 10ml of the silicone lube DiveGel+ from a disposable vaginal applicator before getting in the water. I wore the latex Reflections for two reasons primarily because a flat spring rim is nearly impossible to under-thrust so it performs extremely well as ‘flood insurance’ to prevent the hydraulics of a lover’s thrusting from forcing water into the wearer’s uterus and because the silicone gel lube needed for underwater sex will not harm a latex barrier.

He was such an able and fast learner! On our first dive he got off twice by thrusting while we were in more or less vertical missionary. Then I gave him Pompoir while he stayed still and hard as deep as he could get while I milked him with my muscles. It was such a wonderful encounter that I hated to have to surface. The good news is that he will be with me for the next two weeks!

The Autumnal Equinox and prep for the lunar eclipse

A total eclipse of the moon

The Photo: The 2010 total eclipse of the moon similar to that which will occur on September the 28th in the UK and Europe.

The Autumnal Equinox: As expected there were showers before and after the celebration, but amazingly there was a brief interval of slightly less than an hour at sunrise where the sky was clear and we could actually see the sun. There was a 15 mph wind howling through the tone-holes in the standing stones surrounding the five altars and the temperature was in the low 40s or high 30s (F) but there was no ice. The crofters were lovely young men and since I was CD5 and still bleeding moderately I used a latex flat spring diaphragm as otherwise there was a very small chance that their sperm might live long enough to fertilize the egg when I next ovulate. The crofters were medicated with a performance enhancer so they had no difficulty getting and sustaining an erection due to the cold temperature under which they were penetrating me and my wards while we were on the altars. A few days ago when I took Alistair unprotected it was too soon for his sperm to live until I ovulate, but now I have my Crofter partner’s sperm draining out of me and as I said those partner’s sperm could do the job if they live long enough, which is what I needed to protect against.

Celestial celebrations and vaginal yeast: This was the Dryads (Bryony and Claire’s) first celestial celebration and involved multiple partners so it was important that they used an effective lubricant/biocide to keep their vaginal pH properly balanced with the new sets of bacteria their partners would leave inside them. They used the silicone base DiveGel+ which has kept my vaginal pH balanced even with all the men I am intimate with. DiveGel+ was formulated to allow its use with silicone cervical barriers which allows its use with Milex and FemCap as well as the latex flat spring diaphragms used by my wards and our Escorts. The only down side of  DiveGel+ is that it doesn’t work well for cunilingus as silicone lubes taste and feel terrible in the mouth.

More about the total lunar eclipse on the 28th: Moving to the UK was providential now I am a Priestess of Aphrodite. Given that, there may be returning readers who wonder why it took me so long to get here. The timing of course was my inheritance of the Barony of Blackthorn which became official at the end of 2014. As returning readers know I’m required to lead the celebration of four primary celestial events on behalf of the Goddess: The Vernal Equinox, the Summer Solstice, the Autumnal equinox and the Winter Solstice. As well as other celestial events such as the total eclipse of the Harvest moon which will occur on the 28th of this month, so I and a favorite partner (in this instance Nikolai, the male ballet dancer I’m currently seeing) will be back at the mountain top holy site, which I call location Z, on the 28th . The next total eclipse of a Harvest moon will not occur for another 33 years so it’s important that this one should be properly celebrated.

Since it will be dark at 3:47 AM (the moment that the moon will be totally obscured) when according to tradition my partner must penetrate me we will have a shortwave radio to pick up the 60 kHz UK time signal (MSF) to make certain he plunges into me at that exact moment even if the moon is obscured by clouds. With that sort of precision needed I like to have a partner fully enter me with a single stroke and Nikolai is very skilled and well endowed so having him plunge into my anterior fornix with a single thrust is breathtaking as he stretches the dome of my latex FS diaphragm over both the tip of my cervix and his glans as he forces the springy latex membrane all the way to the bottom of my fornix putting upward pressure on my cervix and uterus and squeezing his glans simultaneously! Just writing about it makes me wet, but I intend to be very well lubricated with a silicone gel for that occasion.

My cycle and the total eclipse: On September 28th I will be CD10 and fertile since I should ovulate on the CD14. The Goddess is very pleased that I will be fertile then since when fertile a woman is always more attractive to potential partners. However, she approves of my need for contraception as being pregnant is not a condition that enhances a woman’s ability to attract and enthrall male admirers. It is our pheromones that alert a potential partner to the possibility of getting her in that condition that attracts most swordsmen.

Contraception for cheerleaders: Before I came to the Scottish Highlands for the Equinox this week and the lunar eclipse next week the trainer of a girls cheerleading team asked our clinic to fit her girls with flat spring latex diaphragms. I was surprised as most of the gymnastics, swimming and cheerleading teams have their girls on LARC hormonal birth control of one sort or another; usually an IUD or Depo-Provera to minimize the side effects of periods such as cramps and bleeding through costumes. That’s the case with this group as well; however several of the girls are on a med for a severe skin condition that can decrease the effectiveness of hormonal contraception and others are on weight loss supplements that speed up the metabolism which can also decrease the effectiveness of hormonal birth control so the trainer wanted those girls fitted with diaphragms since the girls are sexually active and there is a big cheerleading competition coming up is several months and they need to be in top condition.

The coach initially asked for only four of her girls to be fitted, but the others found out and wanted to be fitted too as they think diaphragms are very adult and very retro as well and right now retro is in with teens.  The team sponsor is willing to spring for all the girls to be fitted and the head coach says that none of the girls are allergic to latex so fitting them shouldn’t be a problem. So when I get back to London I will be fitting a teen cheerleading team of fifteen girls varying in age from 16 to 18 with latex flat spring diaphragms since that style is almost impossible for a mischievous partner to under-thrust.

Contraception prep for college

Oh my God! I think I’m expelling my Skyla!

The photo: Ladies, you know the feeling when something in there moves that shouldn’t; a diaphragm, FemCap, menstrual cup or an IUD. The Skyla is a smaller version of the Mirena hormone releasing IUD and was designed for nulliparous women. Skyla releases the progestin levonorgestrel at a rate of 14 mcg/day after 24 days and declines to 5 mcg/day after 3 years at which time it must be replaced.  Menstrual cups can usually be used safely with IUDs as the cup should be worn low in the vagina where it should not come in contact with the IUD strings. Of course in the case of my wards their GyneFix copper bead IUDs were implanted w/o strings so they can wear diaphragms or FemCap with no fear of interacting with the strings and causing an expulsion.

Student’s contraception prep for college: While most teens starting college are on hormonal contraceptives a few use the copper ParaGard IUD and a few still use cervical barriers, a silicone Milex diaphragm or a FemCap. For readers who may not be aware of it the silicone Ortho All-Flex diaphragm that had been available for years by Rx through most pharmacies in the U.S. was discontinued in December of 2013. That leaves only the silicone CooperSurgical Milex- in two rim styles arcing and coil spring – and FemCap as options for women in the U.S who want or need a cervical barrier or the latex Reflexions flat spring which can be ordered from the UK..

This past week we have seen the usual summer increase in teen cervical barrier fittings as they prepare to go away to college for the first time or are having their annual well-woman pelvic exam and diaphragm fit check before returning to sexual activity with college men and some professors.  I fit three 17 y/o patients with 60mm wide seal Milex Omniflex (coil spring) diaphragms. They were the first diaphragms for all three because of health problems after having used only condoms.

One girl has Factor V Leiden a mutation of one of the clotting factors in the blood called factor V. This mutation can increase the chance of developing abnormal blood clots made worse by taking anything with estrogen in it. Factor V Leiden while it can appear in men is primarily found in women. The second, diaphragm patient was a petite gymnast with a full athletic scholarship to a major Midwestern university. She has terrible side effects from the progestin Levonorgestrel in the Skyla IUD that was designed for use by small women and she is too small to have ParaGard inserted. And the third girl does not want to use hormonal birth control of any sort and has a nickel/copper allergy so can’t use a ParaGard IUD.

Their moms came with them and were comfortable that while their daughters ages were below the age of consent for some relationships they were open about sex with boyfriend and the mothers only concern was that their daughters would be well protected by a method under their control. The girls assured me they would wear their diaphragms whenever they were around men as sex can often be spontaneous and the need for effective protection is very important to all of them. The girls had no problem inserting and removing the Milex Omniflex as they all use Diva menstrual cups so were familiar with their pelvic anatomy and folding a device for insertion. They see wearing their diaphragms as a rite of passage and an act of independence accepting the responsibility for managing their own fertility and being able to enjoy the delights of sex with a man while reducing the likelihood of unintended consequences to an acceptable level.

I fit another 17 y/o with a 22mm FemCap as her post-pubic vault was far too shallow to enable her to effectively use even a Reflexions flat spring diaphragm. She and her mom did not want her using anything with hormones in it and they both think IUDs are too invasive so a cervical cap was the only option left for a method over which she will have control. The good news is that for her age she is tall and has a relatively long vagina when not aroused – so a partner is unlikely to hit the removal strap during deep thrusting - and she also has long fingers which allow her to reach her cervix when squatting and pushing down, an ability needed to place a FemCap effectively and equally important to be able to reach it to break the seal for removal.

Elbow hinge arcing spring Vs. latex flat spring: Another patient, a returning UNLV grad student, came in to discuss changing the style of diaphragm she is using. She was last fitted with 70mm latex Reflexions with which she was very pleased. However, she has developed a latex allergy and she wanted something that would provide the same protection and pleasure for her and her very well endowed partner during deep thrusting encounters. What I recommended was a Milex wide seal arching spring which has two elbow hinges that fold for insertion. Once inserted and open when thrust into by a penis the rim flexes only slightly remaining circular and stiff (as long as the device does not rotate significantly in either direction), but not as inflexible as the Reflexions allowing the silicone dome to be stretched across the cervix and glans as it is pushed into her anterior fornix by a thrusting penis.

There are tradeoffs using a silicone arcing spring instead of a latex flat spring. However, for anterior fornix thrusting I think the two can be equally pleasurable. With the silicone arcing spring the dome is stiffer than the flat spring so the rim flexing is offset by the less stretchy dome which puts the same or perhaps a bit more pressure on the tip of the cervix to push the uterus up and to squeeze the glans simultaneously during maximum anterior fornix thrust depth.  Too, the central dome logo on the Reflexions used as a stimulator for men long enough to reach it is replaced by the extrusion bump in the center of the Milex dome that is easily felt by a thrusting penis when the silicone dome is stretched into the anterior fornix.  The only detracting factors in comparing the Milex to Reflexions is that that Milex costs more and the heat transfer properties are much better with latex. Factors against the latex Reflexions are that couples with latex allergies can’t use it. Latex is more easily destroyed by oily lubes or meds so its useful life is much shorter and latex is more likely to contribute to infections than is silicone. The only major difference in favor of the flat spring rim is that it can be worn effectively by some women with shallow post-pubic vaults.

The only unknowns with the Milex Arcing spring diaphragm used for deep thrust anterior fornix play is how much the diaphragm will rotate which can affect the pressure deep thrusting will develop and how well the elbow hinges will withstand the reverse pressure when the dome is stretched into the wearer’s anterior fornix by a well endowed partner. The good news is that if the elbow hinges begin to fail a replacement is easily obtained.

Breeding dancers: I was going to title this section Breeding Ballerinas for the alliteration, but while I have helped some of my ballet dancer friends conceive most of the women who come to me for help getting pregnant are statuesque full figured show girls 5’10” or taller so are well over 6” in heels or en pointe; lovely but not with ballet bodies, technique or speed necessary for classical ballet.

My method has been fairly successful and is low cost, fun to use and counter intuitive as a conception aid. I have the friends I’m counseling use a silicone Milex wide seal Omniflex (coil spring rim) breeding diaphragm – one that is two sizes smaller that the size the woman should use for contraception – and have the couple lubricate the dome and vagina with pre-seed, a pH balanced sperm friendly gel, rather than acidic spermicide. This allows a partner to easily under-thrust the rim of the diaphragm especially when the woman is being penetrated from behind while bent over holding on to a barre, chair or table or on her hands and knees.

In that position with the trunk of her body parallel to the floor the uterus is pulled down and back by gravity increasing the depth of the vagina. As the vagina lengthens the rim of the diaphragm in the posterior fornix will be pulled deeper with the cervix which in turn pulls the anterior rim further away from the pubic bone where it can be more easily under-thrust by the smooth upper side of her lover’s glans. Once under the dome the frenulum of an uncut man can freely caress his lover’s G-spot bringing her to orgasm with its strong vaginal contractions that squeeze the thick cream rich with millions of sperm from his vas glands where it spews against her ripe unprotected cervix. Once her breeding partner withdraws the diaphragm reseals against the vaginal walls trapping the ejaculate in the prepared dome along with her fertile cervical mucus.

A few minutes later, the inseminated woman basking in the afterglow lies quietly on her back as her vagina returns to its unaroused state submerging the tip of her ripe cervix in the pool of fertile cervical mucus, pre-seed and semen contained in the dome. So far with the small group of friends who have tried to conceive this way almost 50% have been successful within three cycles, but the group is far too small to be able to make any sort of meaningful claim.

Dive-sex training at the Abbey

An OTS Guardian FFM with ambient breathing valve

The photo: An OTS Guardian FFM the type used for dive-sex training in the Abbey cistern/pool. Opening the ambient breathing valve (ABV) the black knob on the right side, allows ambient air in the mask while on the surface to save compressed gas.

The Abbey Pool: The pool was converted from the Abbeys original medieval drinking water cistern. It’s a circular room 60 ft diameter and it is 40 feet deep with columns every 10 feet.  Ceiling and underwater lights have been installed as well as a shelf and platform for putting on equipment and conveniently entering the water. There is also a new circulating system that heats and purified the water. The cistern is kept full from the spring that flows through the temple and chapel. Even when well lit it still seems a bit claustrophobic to me because of the shadows cast by the columns. And at 40 feet it’s too deep to comfortably wear a FemCap to the bottom w/o the discomfort of dome squeeze on the cervix, but of course my Oves works well. However, a properly sized and correctly inserted latex Reflexions flat spring rim diaphragm is perfect for flood insurance while providing the advantages a thin stretchy latex membrane can offer an experienced couple. More about that later.

Beavertail jackets: The women wear long sleeve black 2mm neoprene (modified-retro) beavertail twist-latch jackets and hoods into the pool even though the water is heated. The jackets are to protect us when we are pushed up against a column during sex.   For readers wondering WTF a modified-retro beavertail jacket is it has a higher cut leg and twin twist lock latches that allows rapid full frontal access to the pelvis when the beavertail is unlatched and wrist zippers so convenient, but now missing from most current jacket designs. That way we can be penetrated from either the front or back (if wearing a short tank or if the tank can be hung at a convenient depth with the woman out of her tank harness. Gepetto’s fetish shop makes modified-retro beavertails specifically designed for dive-sex. As you might imagine there aren’t too many sales for this specific jacket except for high-end escorts and adventuresome trust fund girls.

The use of dive computers:  Altitude corrections for diving shorten bottom time and increase decompression intervals for a dive at altitude (considered any altitude 1,000 feet or more above sea level) compared to one of the same depth at sea level. Altitude corrections are necessary when diving many of the locations I and my circle frequent and are easily calculated with a dive computer. The locations I dive requiring altitude corrections and their altitudes are:

  • The surface elevation of the water in the cistern at Crag Abbey near Loch Ness, Scotland is 2,300 ft. above sea level.
  • The surface elevation of Lake Tahoe is 6,225 ft. above sea level
  • The surface elevation of Lake Mead is 1,221.4 feet above sea level
  • The elevation of Las Vegas, NV is approx. 2,200 above sea level
  • The surface elevation of my 64 ft. deep pool (the pit) in the hills outside Las Vegas is 3,000 feet above sea level
  • The surface elevations of Adolph’s 216 ft. deep training facility (the well) and the pools in his Spa, The Lorelei, in the hills outside Las Vegas are 2,800 and 3,100 feet respectively above sea level.
Emma as a water sprite: Emma is relatively new to SCUBA diving and has had just the basic qualifying course and a hand full of dives all in the Red Sea while on holiday.  Given that she is fertile and is using a Reflexions flat spring for both contraception and flood insurance she is using a correctly sized Reflexions with DiveGel+ in the dome. Her cervix is perfectly positioned to make it extremely unlikely the diaphragm will dislodge while she is aroused and properly sized and positioned it is impossible to dislodge it with a penis when her vagina is quiescent so she is as safe as she can be and still engage in dive-sex.  She is not into pain just like the five student Gyns so no one is going to attempt to under-thrust the rim during the encounters included in this seminar. And she is very aware that she has no back-up method as the rest of us do with the girls having GyneFix IUDs implanted and me using an Oves.

I began her training with ballet-sex. Returning readers will remember that ballet-sex is where the woman is bent over with her trunk parallel to the floor holding on to the barre with both hands while standing sur les pointes a la seconde to provide easy access from behind with the man holding on to her hips. This is the position that she needs to hold continuously for a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes while the man penetrates her from behind and works on her G-spot with his glans while he can reach around and caress her clitoris or more likely its shaft to move her more quickly to orgasm.

It is to ease the strain on her toes during these 25 minutes continuously en pointe that I had Emma get several pairs of hard shanked Gaynor Minden pointes and she has been wearing them for our daily ballet classes. There is little that can be initially done about leg cramps from keeping the calves contracted for that length of time except to ensure her electrolyte levels are good, having leg massages and doing plenty of stretching. Even so, she could be in a lot of discomfort as her legs tire until she builds up stamina from being repeatedly taken from the rear while on her toes. Ballet-sex introduces her to the tightest contraction of her pelvic muscles from balancing on her toes which when she orgasms and her muscles spasm tighten even more. From a trained ballet dancer it’s a grip so tight most men never have the opportunity to experience it and once experienced all of them long for more.

The fornix grip: While en pointe and with Chris, our male Gyn, as her partner I taught her about taking her partner’s glans in her anterior fornix – her pelvic anatomy is ideal for this - while en pointe wearing a latex Reflexions flat spring diaphragm. This allows him to squeeze his glans by pushing the stretchy latex dome as deep as it will go into her anterior fornix squeezing it between her cervix and the wall of her vagina as he thrusts deeper and the latex dome stretches tighter. Men say it is an amazing sensation and very addictive, but it causes rapid ejaculation and can leave the woman unsatisfied so is best practiced after giving his partner her pleasure first.

One cause of rapid ejaculation by a partner thrusting into the anterior fornix is the ‘stimulator’ in the center of the convex side of the Reflexions dome. The ‘stimulator’ is the raised diameter size in mm inside a triangle and van be often felt by the frenulum when penetrating in missionary and by the top of his glans when he enters her from behind. Sometimes the man is so large or sensitive that the stimulator bothers him. If that’s the case then the Reflexions can easily and effectively be worn with the convex side against the cervix so then the stimulator is on the cervix side.

I taught her the ‘fornix-grip’ – the trick is to move your hips to guide him to the spot you want him to thrust into - while on her toes so she can use it during dive-sex. It is especially effective for men who are very long when being taken in the ballet-sex position (on pointe bent over and entered from behind) as gravity pulls the uterus and cervix deeper which can make taking a large man more comfortable and Chris is long and quite thick, about 6.25 in. in circumference, so about 2 inches in diameter, which really stretches the dome tight across his glans. Stretching the dome also puts upward pressure on the cervix forcing the whole uterus deeper, a feeling most of us enjoy far more than having the tip of our cervix rammed by an erect penis. Emma was fertile and her cervix high, soft and open so the dome didn’t stretch as much as it would at other times during her cycle. Even so both she and Chris enjoyed the fornix grip immensely.

Dive-sex: Once she knew what to do during ballet-sex and could do what she needed to do fairly well we moved on to dive-sex. She had never dived an OTS Guardian so the Divemaster went over how the spider is adjusted, the quick releases and the regulator adjustments and how to purge the mask should it become flooded and we both practiced that several times as I needed the refresher.  The divemaster also covered the need to take complete breaths inhaling and exhaling completely. Otherwise you are liable to hyperventilate - not exhaling completely before inhaling again and doing that repeatedly which will result in becoming short of breathe and overcome by CO2. Hyperventilating on a dive is very common among new divers and we really wanted to avoid that. The five student Gyns were no more experienced in diving or with the Guardian than Emma so they also got a class on wearing the FFM as well as how open the twist latches of the women’s beavertail jackets

The latex Reflexions flat spring rim diaphragm is a vital piece of safety equipment when used for flood insurance during dive-sex. And worn by Emma who was still fertile it is needed for birth control as well as she is relying on the Symptothermal method of contraception. She used a 10ml disposable applicator of DiveGel+ in the dome and another 10ml applicator in her vagina after her D was placed as an underwater lubricant and she, like the rest of us, carried 10ml disposable applicators with us on our dives in case we needed more lube between encounters..

Bottom patrol: The evening before we were to meet the men in the pool, just to familiarize her with her Guardian FFM and the beavertail jackets and hood we would wear during dive-sex encounters, I had her accompany me to the bottom of the cistern and help clean up the debris off the bottom. Like the bottom of Adolph’s deep water training facility the bottom was littered with bits of dive equipment all from women divers. Two bikini tops, two Ortho white (coil spring) diaphragms three  Prentif cavity rim cervical caps (all 22mm indicating they were probably from young unmarried women) and three Milex Omniflex diaphragms in various sizes. As well as three pairs of rotting satin Freed pointe shoes the ribbons of which were still knotted and which had been cut off the wearer’s feet. I thought these items were from years ago when His Grace was much younger and in far better health. Emma looked rather surprised, but asked no questions. At least we found no skeletons still strapped into dive gear. After we got up the large pieces I tool down a vacuum and sucked up the sediment that had been collecting on the bottom for ages so when we fastened ankle leashes to the rings in the bottom to tether ourselves for an encounter we wouldn’t stir up a cloud of sediment.

Delayed departure: I had meant to write about how the dive-sex went with the student Gyns but that will be for another time. The seminar went on far longer than I expected because it was so successful and the men were learning so much. So now we are all packed and it’s after 8:00 AM GMT and we should be leaving for Inverness in about an hour.  The girls can’t tell their friends everything but they had some remarkable sex and met some really nice men.

Jenna’s contraception and breeding diaphragms

A silicone wide seal Milex Omniflex (coil spring) diaphragm

The photo: One of Jenna’s Milex coil spring diaphragms. She had two, but she was wearing one when she burned to death in a car accident. Three years ago, before she became pregnant with their baby, she was using a 65mm All-Flex arcing spring rim diaphragm. After giving birth two years ago she was fitted with a 70mm Milex wide seal Omniflex with a softer coil spring rim. The 8mm wide seal flange on the inside of the rim of the Milex helps provide a stronger seal (than other diaphragm rims) against vaginal tissue.  Being a ballet dancer her vaginal muscles were very strong so the softer coil spring rim should have worked effectively for her. I found it in the drawer of her bedside table along with the empty case of its mate which she was wearing when she died. This one had hardly been worn. I turned it inside out and made sure the area under the flange was clean – an area easy to miss - then sterilized it by soaking it in isopropyl alcohol for 30 minutes before wearing it myself.

Diaphragms and ballet-sex: Returning readers recall that I’ve defined the term ‘ballet-sex’ as: being penetrated from behind while bent over and holding on to a barre, chair, table or railing with the feet sur les pointes a la seconde.  In that position a woman can be penetrated deeper w/o discomfort since when her trunk is horizontal the uterus and therefore her cervix is pulled deeper by gravity.  So gravity adds additional depth (to the arousal tenting effect) of her vagina.  When being pulled deeper during arousal the cervix pulls the posterior rim of the diaphragm (which is behind the cervix) with it, thus pulling the anterior rim further away from the back of the pubic bone. This makes the anterior rim more likely to be hit and perhaps under-thrust by her partner when she is having ballet-sex or when penetrated doggie style, while on her elbows and knees.

Ballet-sex is the perfect position in which to use a ‘breeding diaphragm’, one that is two sizes too small and with an All-Flex or coil spring rim, which makes it very easy for a man to thrust the chisel tip of his glans under the rim of the diaphragm where he can caress her G-spot with his frenulum and ejaculate under the dome.  There is only one way to effectively protect against having a diaphragm under-thrust while being taken from the rear. It is to wear a correctly sized and properly placed latex Reflexions flat spring diaphragm. The flat spring rim is almost impossible to under-thrust because the spring only folds in the horizontal plane of the rim and when correctly inserted it’s almost impossible to fold it by hitting it with a thrusting penis. And when hit at any other angle it is very painful to the man.

Double bagging: If you have gotten this far and are wondering why I’m telling you all this it’s because Brad wants me to wear Jenna’s 70mm Omniflex diaphragms for contraception during his fantasies with me when I’m channeling his dead wife. And doing the math, since my proper size diaphragm is an 80mm diameter and Jenna’s is 70mm and since hers is also an Omniflex that can be rather easily folded in two planes then her 70mm coil spring is two sizes too small for me. So, by definition if worn by me it’s a breeding diaphragm. I knew where he was going with his request and wore my Oves cap screwed down tight on my cervix. Then while he is watching I insert Jenna’s 70mm Omniflex so my cervix is double bagged. That way when he under-thrusts it and comes in the dome I’m still safe. I’ve been extra safe for the past week since I’m CD 24 and Luteal. I ovulated a week ago and should start my period this coming Sunday, March 9th. I have a bit of ovulation pain (called Mittelschmerz or middle pain because it generally occurs mid cycle) when the follicle bursts to release the egg so even if I’m not checking cervical position and fluid, which I usually do, I know when I’m ovulating.

Jenna’s Chi from her Omniflex: With Jenna’s 70mm Omniflex inserted I can channel her sexual experiences back to before she and Brad met. However, her aura and Chi from the Omniflex is different than the Chi I experience when I wear a death rubber. Returning readers remember that a death rubber is a latex Reflexions flat spring diaphragm in my size that I’ve harvested from a woman who died during sex while wearing it for protection.

From Jenna’s Chi I could tell she was newly pregnant with their second child when she died, but it was too soon for her to realize it. Brad had been routinely taking her from behind and under-thrusting the Omniflex. She was weaning their six month old son and was no longer protected by lactational amenorrhea, so had just begun to cycle again. She never had a period since giving birth as Brad’s sperm was waiting in her tubes when she released the first egg after her son was born. It was fertilized and implanted so she never had a period.  I have a very strong feeling that is what Brad hopes will happen with me as he intentionally under-thrusts Jenna’s 70mm Omniflex he has me wear during his fantasy. And actually going along with that aspect of his fantasy I find quite endearing as well as arousing. I suppose he thinks that while we are having wildly exciting sex trying to fuck each others brains out I’m so into him I’m not paying attention to my protection and what he’s trying to do to me.

Hot Shot under-thrust training, a reader’s query, Halloween

Six ml of fresh human ejaculate containing hundreds of millions of sperm

Training partners for Hot Shots: Since my wards all have GyneFix IUDs implanted they are very safe to work with the most potent of our escort trainees. And the guys like having them in rotation since they train with Ben Wa balls so are tighter than most of their other training partners. Personally I like training with the class IV sperm producers (the “Hot Shots”) because even at 42 I still have about a 25% chance of getting preggers on the most fertile day of my cycle if my cervical barrier leaks so it gives me an added frisson of suspense and delight to check the next day and find no semen inside the dome of my barrier. Today there was no chance of any of them getting me pregnant since I’m CD3 and bleeding heavily. The trainees like having me as a partner not only because I have one of the tighter grips, but because they think with my using  belly jelly (spermicide)  and a cervical barrier they stand a better chance of getting me preggers than any of the girls on hormones or a copper IUD. And there is a rather large pool; the odds are currently 70/30 against, waiting for the trainee who can cause me to conceive. Competition seems to make the men more ardent with me. All I have to worry about now is someone sabotaging my contraceptive supplies.

Under-thrusting the Reflexions: I know I’ve said that under-thrusting a latex Reflexions flat spring diaphragm is very difficult and it is for the typical male partner. But even if the Reflexions is correctly sized it can under-thrust by a skilled and determined partner using the proper technique. However, it will almost certainly be painful, briefly, for both partners and only masochists enjoy the training. None of our escorts has any trouble under-thrusting an All-Flex (arcing spring) or Milex Omniflex (coil spring) diaphragms typically provided to women in the U.S. and under-thrusting them is not usually painful.

I’m teaching under-thrusting skills to the hot shots since Reflexions is a common rim style in the UK and Europe. As a trainer I always go into an intercourse training session with an empty bladder, but that’s particularly important when teaching under-thrusting while being penetrated from behind. In that position the rim is pulled further out from behind the pubic bone and into the post pubic vault when the vagina lengthens (tents) as the uterus and cervix are pulled up out of the way of a thrusting penis during arousal and by gravity when on hands and knees or bent over a table or barre. The object of the training is to have the man thrust at such a sharp angle that he drives his glans into the gap between the woman’s pubic bone and the anterior rim of her diaphragm. With her taken from behind his frenulum will be protected against the back of her pubic bone and the top of his glans against the anterior diaphragm rim as he pushes into her anterior vaginal wall and bladder to get under the rim and inside the dome. If he’s good that single brutal gasp and moan inducing thrust will be all he needs to breech his partner’s protection.

Wearing the Reflexions flat spring to let the hot shots try to under-thrust it is tiring and messy, but great fun! The guys love trying and some few even succeed! Those are the ones a woman using a flat spring diaphragm for protection needs to be wary of and the ones for whom we can charge the most for an encounter with a woman who likes to gambling on the effectiveness of her barrier protection while fertile. A surprising percentage of young European women who come to The Lorelei, Adolph’s spa for sexually active aristocratic women, have just that fantasy and think their barriers are impregnable. With guests staying at least three weeks and booking a Hot Shot as her companion (the most popular package) the price of a vacuum aspiration is included in the package. About 15% of the women under 35 who book that package have a vacuum aspiration before leaving and some leave pregnant after proposing marriage to their escorts.

A frequent reader comments: I’ve had a frequent reader mention privately that my frequency of posting has declined and it has. He mentioned too that I’m rarely on Yahoo Messenger. I think it would be more correct to say that I’m almost never on YM any more as I don’t have the time and I don’t like Facebook or Twitter. Google is pushing their blogging community toward Google+ which (right now as I understand the limitations) would mean that no one could read my blog unless they were also on Google+ so that sucks and is to be avoided if possible until Google+ will allow readers and commenters from other platforms to read Google+ blogs.

I have cut back on my posts as my training responsibilities have increased. I try to post to Jill’s World perhaps 2 to 4 times a week depending on my free time. Now with four sexually active girls to train in addition to my other responsibilities my time can be very limited, but I can write a few lines between training classes and eventually post an entry.

I do enjoy writing about my experiences with a wide range of men. I’ve been so fortunate to have been able to sample so many different lovers most of whom were well equipped for and skilled in the art of pleasing a woman, which can be a tricky to accomplish successfully, especially with me.

Halloween: My Company is performing my version of the ballet Dracula for Halloween at the casino high-roller venues. For Adolph’s Halloween party I’m thinking about pretending to have a miscarriage and spew blood and fetal tissue all over some unsuspecting male guest. I can stuff a breakaway-bag of artificial blood and tissue bits up behind my pubic bone (it feels rather like I’m being fisted except its soft) and I can walk around and even stand en pointe if the bag is strong enough not to burst when my muscles contract as I walk around or dance on my toes.

I had thought about using the contents of a vacuum aspiration bottle immediately after an abortion, but decided against it primarily because I can’t know ahead of time if the patient was free of STIs and other blood born infections and if not refrigerated or used immediately the smell and risk of having foreign decomposing blood and tissue inside me wasn’t worth using real aborted tissue.
