Dildos and diaphragms at the Priory

The weather: It’s been raining and cold, around freezing, for the last few days with occasional snow flurries so the Barony’s Land Rovers with their all terrain tires and large heaters are a very comfortable and safe ride for Charles, my Chamberlain of the Household, and me to travel in to the Priory and while making the rounds of shops in the nearby villages to introduce myself. 

Priory girls training: Returning readers may recall what I wrote about Blackthorn Priory in my December-31, 2014 post entitled ‘My Welsh Roots’: “There is nothing to suggest St. Candice (as I tend to think of her) was in any way a disciplinarian. However, she is patron saint of a religious community of women living in a surprisingly large medieval Priory the early parts of which date from the 11^th centaury.  The Priory is on Blackthorn Barony land within a few miles of the Baroness’s relatively small but superbly constructed 13^th C. castle…”

“The Priory is part of the Barony of Blackthorn and the office of Prioress of the Order is in the gift of the Baroness Blackthorn. Maintenance of the priory and the Order are paid for from a small percentage of the profit from the minerals mined on the Baronial estates. Pelvic exams, diaphragms and dildos: It is the custom at Blackthorn as with many girls’ schools to give Priory girls reaching menarche their first gynecological exam and fit them with an effective barrier contraceptive so they can become accustomed to wearing it before they move to fifth and sixth forms at Barrow Priory in Middlesex where they will need it during social encounters as guests at dances at a neighboring boys school.

The primary barrier currently in use by Priory girls is the silicone Semina diaphragm (pictured at the top of this post)  which the girls think looks like a pink soap bubble a fact that helps the girls remember to insert their diaphragms for flow control on light days during menses. The smallest Semina is 60mm so any student requiring a smaller device is fitted with a 22mm FemCap and a menstrual cup for flow control. There were four girls who had reached menarche in the last several months and Chris, my Male Gyn and new member of the Blackthorn Clinic, gave them their pelvic exams. All had deep post-pubic vaults, took 60mm Seminas and none needed a hymenectomy.

Some readers may wonder why students reaching menarche are not immediately placed on hormonal contraceptives since these days so many girls routinely go on contraceptive hormones with all the negative side effects accompanying them. Some few Blackthorn girls are put on hormones if they have very painful periods or their cycles won’t stabilize. However, the Order feels that it is important for young women to experience the ebb and flow of their hormones while cycling naturally. Diaphragms let them become accustomed to handling their genitals w/o fear or shame as so many young women are taught and can experience the marvelous surge in creativity when fertile. Additionally, the discipline of inserting the diaphragm every evening before bed and removing and cleaning it each morning gets them into a routine that will be beneficial when they become sexually active.

I fitted them with their Seminas and Diva menstrual cups and discussed the insertion and removal procedure for their barriers and Diva cups then let them practice insertion and removal of both devices. Fortunately, in my opinion, none required a FemCap since a cap shouldn’t be used during menses and it has depth limitations during dive-sex.

Then in my first presentations as Baroness I presented each newly blossomed young woman with two dildos: her first borosilicate (Pyrex) glass dildo, a 1 ¾ inches in diameter and 8.0 inches long glass shaft in the shape of a phallus with a handle to use while on her back – a nice feature about Pyrex is that it can be warmed or cooled for use in hot or chilly weather. And a high quality silicone one of the same size with a suction cup base with which to solo train for male penetration in the ballet studio. This second item is especially useful in training for deep penetration of the anterior and posterior fornices while en pointe during ballet-sex – suctioned on to the mirrored wall in a studio where the user can hold on to the barre rise en pointe and back on to the dildo. All the girls were eagerly anticipating trying them out.

That will give the security group time to finish installing six HD cams in the castle ballet studio where the video will be stored on disks and satellite linked to Marvin’s office in London. Maya arrives: His Grace accompanied Maya, his recent Russian ballerina bedmate, when she arrived this morning in his helicopter. He stayed for lunch and a brief tour of the castle before leaving to get ahead of the rain which appeared later this afternoon.  Chris has already set up a Gyn exam and procedure room in one of the unused interior rooms and fully stocked it with supplies from the Blackthorn Clinic in London.  He removed Maya’s Medusa silver and gold IUD, performed a vacuum aspiration to remove the reproducing tissue and inserted a frameless six bead copper GyneFix IUD this afternoon. Everything went well and she is on a ten day course of an antibiotic and was told no vaginal sex or heavy lifting for a week so she is looking forward to a restful few days of barre, reading and catching up on her sleep.

The silicon Milex wide seal diaphragm comes in two rim styles an arcing spring and the Omniflex which has a coil spring rim and comes in  8 diameter sizes, 60mm through 95mm in 5mm increments.

The Milex Arcing spring rim is similar to the (now discontinued) Ortho All-Flex in rim spring strength. However, unlike the All-Flex the Milex Arcing spring folds on two elbow hinges so must be compressed at two specific spots on the rim. The Omniflex can be folded by compressing it anywhere on the rim.

A wonderful training opportunity: Jack and Chris, our male Gyn, had been working for several months on a really great opportunity for the girls to meet some young male Gynecologists who are rising stars in their profession. The opportunity occurred because there was a Gyn conference in Inverness this past week which they were all attending. Diaphragm and cervical cap fitting is no longer being taught in med schools so since my wards and I would be in the area for the vernal equinox Chris offered to conduct a short course in cervical barrier fitting for five of the interested young doctors and got permission to hold it at Crag Abbey. 

He had cleared it with me first and I had gotten the required permissions for the girls to miss classes for several days to participate in a ‘medical seminar’. And of course anything that involves the vaginas of reproductive age women interests His Grace so the cervical barrier short course is underway and includes the silicone FemCap as well as the silicone Ortho All-Flex, the Milex wide seal arcing spring, the Milex wide seal Omniflex (coil spring) and the latex Reflexions flat spring devices and a new device that recently appeared on the market, the single size Caya contoured diaphragm that was designed to be used by women taking a traditional diaphragm in a range of the four most commonly prescribed sizes, 65mm through 80mm.  

How the seminar works: First there is a lecture on the particular device to be fitted (it’s positive and negative features and how it folds for insertion and removal techniques. Then there is a fitting demonstration with me as the patient and Chris as the fitter. Then the individual student Gyns take one of the girls or me as a fitting patient while Chris supervises the individual fitting processes; the pelvic exam (minus the PAP smear) to check for suitable pelvic anatomy needed for a correct fit and effective use of a cervical barrier; a pronounced post-pubic vault and a cervix that is not too anteverted or retroverted.

My women readers I’m sure are starting to squirm at the though of having six pelvic exams in a few days even if they don’t include PAP smears, but the girls and I are up for it and having lovely hunky knowledgeable men gently fondling our reproductive organs can be a huge turn-on which in itself is a problem when a Gyn is trying to fit the woman with a diaphragm of the correct size. That’s because if a patient becomes aroused while being fitted her vagina will tent (lengthen) so there is a good chance she will be prescribed a diaphragm that is too large with the attendant poor seal causing reduced effectiveness and discomfort that could cause a UTI.

To avoid that the Gyn should be professional and quick in his or her measurements and fitting and exchanging the correct size with a larger and smaller size so the patient can feel the difference with her fingers. That’s so if she gains or loses weight she can check with her fingers to verify her fit. A change in weight of +/-10 lbs and she should have her fit checked by a knowledgeable fitter. Usually a gain in weight requires a smaller size and a decrease in weight requires a larger size, but not always.

STI screening: Getting recent full STI panels on the five student Gyns and Emma wasn’t as difficult as I first feared. They were each able to supply a current and clean full STI panel as they had been told it was a requirement for participating in the course.

Esthetics: A few days before we left my wards and I went to Body Buffers for a full body waxing, everything but eyebrows and scalp hair. The dresser who travels with me also works at Body Buffers as an Esthetician for a few elite clients and we all go to her. She gives our pubes the smoothest and the least painful waxing of any Brazilian Esthetician I’ve ever used. My girls call her pubes waxing our ‘ballet bushes’, meaning there isn’t a trace of pubic hair anywhere on any of us when she is through. Women working in erotic dance and as escorts have long known that waxed pubes are the easiest to keep clean and provide the best line under very small gossamer costumes as well as a smooth surface for a man’s bush to rub against when we are entered from the front.

Emma: One of the student Gyns brought along his twenty-seven y/o wife, Emma, who is using the Symptothermal method of contraception (that measures basal body temp, cervical position and cervical fluid) backed by a fertility computer and condoms during her fertile days. I thought she might be a hindrance to the seminar. However, I found she and her husband are very broadminded about sex among friends. Too, she has been interested in trying cervical barriers in lieu of condoms and being fitted with CBs she was thrilled as much as the other girls to have the opportunity to enjoy intimate relations with each of the student Gyns. We all felt that sampling six new men known to be STI free and knowledgeable about female anatomy; the five student Gyns and Chris was a chance not to be missed.   

The girls, including Emma, spent half a day with each Gyn then moved to a different one, Chris making the sixth Gyn, and each gave his ‘patient’ road tests of their barriers so all six of us girls were able to have sex with each of the six men.  Jack had been called away to London on estate business so with Emma, my four wards and me that gave us a one-to-one ratio of women to men, ideal for a seminar of this nature that requires women circulating between partners so the Gyns can learn about how different women react and different barriers feel. Important knowledge when they will be counseling patients about their choice of a cervical barrier. Then we all move to the study fitting and trial of a different device. The cervical barriers being studied and fitted are: 1. Ortho All-Flex arcing spring – included because while manufacturer discontinued there are still so many in use. 2. The Milex Arcing spring and, 3. The silicone Omniflex, coil spring rim. 4. The latex Reflexions flat spring, 5.The Caya single size contoured rim and 6. The FemCap.  The seminar is going extremely well and is being enjoyed by all concerned as we get to sleep with a different man each night.

The last two days will be spent giving the student Gyns experience with Ballet-sex, dive-sex and under-thrusting coil spring and Caya diaphragms. Usually the last day(s) of a seminar are noted for the attendees disappearing, but that won’t be the case with this one because there is nowhere for them to go and no attending heterosexual male is going to miss two days of ballet-sex in the studio and dive-sex (in the Abbey’s heated pool) with lovely, young, experienced and very tight muscled girls. Jack had twelve sets of SCUBA gear with OTS Guardian FFMs, tanks and a portable air compressor for refilling tanks as well as a Divemaster laid on for our day of dive-sex training. I’m CD17 and all of us are luteal except Emma who is fertile and overdue to ovulate. She thinks it is due to the stress of being with so many new men, which is probably the case.

Coaching Emma: Since Emma would be having sex with her husband plus five new men repeatedly over in interval of four days and she wasn’t as sexually experienced as the rest of us girls I took her aside and taught her a bit about penetrative sex with multiple partners. Things like making sure she inserted the prefilled disposable (surface size 5ml or the 10ml for dive-sex prefilled applicators) of Dive Gel+ before her first encounter with each new man and to urinate before and immediately after sex to minimize the likelihood of UTIs an YIs from the different bacteria from so many men over such a short time and to check the placement of her diaphragm or cap immediately before and again immediately after each act of IC.  

Fortunately Emma took ballet in school and has continued adult pointe classes after her work as an office manager for an engineering Co. in London. She also routinely practices Kegels with one inch Pyrex Ben Wa balls and I found she is tightly muscled when I checked her pelvic anatomy to make sure she was physically suitable for the seminar.   It’s amazing how many Gyn and ER doctors’ marry sexually adventuresome women who take pointe and Emma is relatively good for someone taking only three ninety minute classes a week. Jack had previously alerted her husband about how the seminar was set up so she knew to bring practice clothes and pointe shoes (she wears Grishko 2007s) and we all take class in the tower studio that had been built for Cyndi where I have practiced for years.

I was fortunate and managed to catch her a few days before we arrived and discussed the desirability of having her pubes waxed, if for no other reason that there would be a lot of activity down there and even a tightly trimmed bush tends to get in the way with that much activity. She was already ahead of me and had booked a full body waxing.  I suggested that since she would be new to ballet-sex she might want to stop by a local dance shop, she went to Dancia International (the one in Drury Lane), to be fitted for hard shanked Gaynor Minden shoes for her introduction to ballet-sex. Otherwise she would have had to wear her Grishko 2007s which I think would have been very unpleasant for her. Even in hard shanked GMs I’m not sure how well her feet and calves will hold up during ballet-sex.

Looking a day or two ahead: The weather forecast for Inverness is for clear or partly cloudy through this Friday with the evening temps at or just above freezing and in the high 40s during the day. So we should have good weather for the start of our return home.

St Lucy’s Nutcracker, winter solstice prep

Bea was Dew Drop this year a role I thought she excelled at, but I had coached her thoroughly. The only two adult males were dancers from my troupe who danced the Snow King and Sugarplum fairy’s Cavalier. It appeared to be a straight G-rated version as parents and the public were in attendance and was very well received.

Pelvic training equipment: However, all the girls in the corps who had reached menarche were wearing their Semina (coil spring) diaphragms whether they were menstrual or not. Returning readers will remember that Semina is the one with the lovely transparent pink silicone dome. It was a festive touch for the season! The Principals and soloists, all with deep post-pubic vaults, wore Labia Labs version of the Oves cervical cap and sets of one inch solid Pyrex Ben Wa balls. I had wanted to have them try performing with balls inserted and this was the first opportunity to have them actually do it.

Vaginal training: In addition to the normal ballet rehearsals for the Principals, Soloists and Corps I held closed pelvic rehearsals for the Principals and Soloists where the girls and I wore crotchless tights, our one inch Pyrex balls and no panties so if we expelled a ball while landing a jump, pirouette or during a développé everyone would know it. I went crotchless with my students so they would feel more at ease displaying their pubes in a professional setting and by dancing the pas de deux with the guys and landing the jumps, performing the pirouettes, fouettés and développés w/o dropping a ball to show them I could do what I was asking them to do.

The girls all had sex with my two male dancers during their Contemporary Sexual Health class labs so it wasn’t as though their partners hadn’t seen their vulvae before, so their anxiety was quickly over as everyone acted in a very professional manner, the guys didn’t sprout woodies in their dance belts and no one stared at their bare pubes - since it was well understood that the girls needed to become confident that they could perform with their one inch balls inserted w/o an accident. I was certain they could as it takes a lot of force to expel a one inch (.65 oz.) glass ball out of the deep post-vaginal vault of a well toned vagina.  

To build stamina we went over the several pas de deux and solos repeatedly. After the girls, all of whom had fully waxed pubes, got over the fact that they were working w/o a net during rehearsals they really tightened up and after the first run through during the first rehearsal they became much more confident and none dropped any balls. I was so proud of them!  For the performances they did wear tight fitting mesh thongs, invisible under tights and tutus, to catch an expelled ball to prevent it dropping down the leg inside her tights and ruining the line of the leg, but that proved to have been unnecessary. I was so pleased that none of my Ben Wa girls expelled a ball or balls during their performances!

First Response hCG testing: Willow took her first hCG test today and it showed negative. Of course it did, she is menstrual and bleeding heavily, but the regimen called for her testing today. Returning readers will remember she is Mitch’s primary training partner while we see if he can impregnate women using copper IUDs.  I think she is perfectly safe. She is using the FIRST RESPONSE Early Result Pregnancy Test that shows hCG as early as six days prior to the start of the woman’s period. Pirate is paying for her tests which are about $13 on-line, but since we buy in bulk for our escorts a two-pack is about $10 USD.

I’m taking pelvic training with Mitch frequently myself and, as returning readers may recall, I use an Oves cervical cap screwed down tight on my cervix, (when I’m not menstrual) so statistically I should be at a higher risk than women on hormones who are using their method correctly. I’m testing with Willow just to give her support and I don’t expect either of us to test positive, but we need to see if we can support Mitch and show he isn’t dangerous to women using Copper IUDs or cervical barriers when used correctly.

Cycles for the winter solstice: As this is being written (Sunday 12-15-2013) I’m CD1 and flowing lightly. I have a Milex Omniflex (silicone coil spring wide seal diaphragm) inserted for flow control. I should be in full flow tomorrow and have my heavy days on Tues. – Wed.  My Wards (Odette, Odile, and Bea) are now in synchrony with me. Willow got her GyneFix about three and a half weeks ago and she is menstrual now. This is her first period with a GyneFix implanted so it has been a heavy one, but not something she couldn’t handle with Ibuprofen and an iron rich diet.

So we will be CD7 +/- 2 on December 21^st, the winter solstice, which means Willow certainly and some of the rest of us may be fertile during our celebrations as Druid Priestesses ritually offering our bodies and initiating new young male candidates in to the small community of believers in the old ways. All in my circle have copper GyneFix IUDs implanted and the men will have all been screened for STIs so we should all be as safe as possible as far as our contraception and sexual health is concerned. However, pneumonia from the weather is a distinct possibility.

Chris, our male Gyn who travels with us, has gone on ahead taking equipment we might need and to work with the local medical practitioner to scout and screen suitable candidates for initiation into the mysteries of the old ways. There was some talk during our Thanksgiving dinner about the possibility of a blood sacrifice to the goddess in addition to the ritual ones with genital fluids that I and my junior Priestesses will perform, but I’m not sure where that aspect of the ceremony stands.  The winter solstice celebrates death and the renewal of life so it seems appropriate that there should be death – in addition to the ‘little death’ (orgasm) that typically is the climax of the ceremony - associated with celebration of the winter solstice.

Inverness airport (IATA code: INV) Dalcross Scotland: Dalcross is much closer to Ullapool so we will be flying into Dalcross airport which is some six miles east down the coast from Inverness. The main runway at 6,190 feet is long enough to take a G650 at MTOW, maximum takeoff weight.

It’s about 56 miles up the A835 between Inverness and Ullapool then another few miles into the mountains to His Graces hunting lodge so it should take about one and a half to two hours depending on the weather. Jack will have a small fleet of Range Rovers meet us at the private air terminal.

Planned departure: We plan to leave at 1:00 AM on Tuesday the seventeenth which should give us three days to adjust to the eight hour time difference before the celebration on the twenty-first. The pilots want to top off our tanks at Dulles even though we have the range to fly non-stop. That way they say if there is a reroute or some in-flight delay we will have plenty of fuel. That also gives me an opportunity to drop off a very high priority item for the government that will be given to me at McCarran just before departure. 

Weather forecast for Tues. 12/17 arrival:

• The Met forecast for Inverness for Tuesday 12/17 is intervals of sunshine temperatures in the high 30s and a southwesterly wind at 12 mph. 
• The Met forecast for Ullapool for Tuesday 12/17 is for light rain temperature in the low 40s F and an 18 mph southerly wind.

The Met forecast for Ullapool for the winter solstice:

Light clouds with temperature 41 – 48.2 F at sea level with a 24 mph south westerly wind. Sunrise 09:04 Sunset 15:33. So at best (assuming 10° colder on site) it will be about at freezing with a strong wind off the ocean. With sunrise at 9:04 at least we won’t have to get up before 5:00 AM unless the weather turns really bad, or Himself decides otherwise.

Brian and protection: Since Brian would be here for at least three days I got him to agree to teach several pointe classes at St Lucy’s, one each for second, third and forth year students each day he is here for a total of nine classes if he doesn’t extend his stay. The opportunity to have a nationally recognized teacher work with the group was just such a marvelous opportunity for the school and the students he taught. Seven in each class were selected for their physical and technical ability. If Brian’s reputation is accurate at 54 he is still shooting live loads so the student who was asked to stay after class for ‘special coaching’ had to be very confident that her method of contraception would protect her. All the third and fourth year students have stringless GyneFix IUDs implanted, but three of the second year students are so small that even a mini-GyneFix is too large.

Semina and Reflexions diaphragms: These small students take 60mm diaphragms not available in a Reflexions so they have been training with their regular diaphragms, the transparent silicone coil spring Semina, which is available in their size. Using DiveGel+ with a 4% O9 spermicide and a biocide (our clinic is part of a clinical trial for that spermicide) they should be quite safe if Brian didn’t intentionally under-thrust the rim of the Semina. Because he has a serious diaphragm fetish each of the GyneFix girls will wear their latex Reflexions flat spring diaphragms (65mm and larger) just as though they were going to have dive-sex. Because of his length and the fact that a diaphragm provides no thrust buffering I asked Brian about his technique with very small women. He assured me that he would wear a cock ring with the smaller girls to prevent battering a second year student’s cervix too badly. The third and fourth year girls are all large enough and have all had enough experience that they should be able to accommodate him w/o too much discomfort and that’s how it turned out.

Menstrual synchrony: There are differing views about whether menstrual synchrony is an actual fact or not. I have no doubt that for women not on hormonal contraception their cycles can and do synch with one another when they are in very close contact – breathing the pheromones from each other’s sweat – in ballet studios and dorm suites for months at a time. Menstrual synchrony is certainly a fact for the women at St Lucy’s. Most of St Lucy’s ballet students are protected by A GyneFix or diaphragm or both and their cycles are very closely aligned. That has its advantages and disadvantages. When they are fertile the energy and creativity in the studio is fantastic! When they are menstrual the mood can be quite different with short tempers and arguments. Even with plenty of bathrooms they are very heavily used during that time of the month. A synchrony plus for the younger girls is that it has stabilized cycles that before had varied widely in length and bleeding duration giving them some stability to their lives.

As it happened, because of menstrual synchrony the girls who made up Brian’s classes were all fertile when Brian arrived on Tuesday, the 19th of February. They were anywhere from CD9 to CD12 and I was CD12 so he would be pumping sperm into vaginas with diaphragms inserted whose domes would be filled with fertile cervical mucus. And of course with a diaphragm the rim flexes so some of our FCM gets to his sperm. The girls wearing Semina’s were at the greatest likelihood of having sperm leak into the dome which Is why the second year girls were given the extra strength DiveGel+ with the 4% O9. As an added precaution the Semina girls were offered the prescription only EC tablet ella, a single pill containing 30 mg of ulipristal acetate, a progesterone receptor modulator. Ella delays ovulation for up to 5 days by blocking the woman’s progestin receptors. None of them took it.

Pointe-shoes: I had the 27 girls (even the second year girls who usually wear Freed Studios for classes) train in hard shanked Gaynor Minden pointes for their classes with Brian since I thought they might not have time to change shoes before he mind-fucked and penetrates them. Even after 90 minutes of a difficult class the GMs might be soggy, but the shanks would support the student’s weight when she put her weight on her heels and enjoyed the experience as he savored her grip while exploring her depths, probing for her cervix with his massive shaft.

Vaginal training balls: I had been grooming these three groups of girls to train with male escort candidates to give the girls a chance to become experienced with adult (18 y/o and over) men. The appreciation of a man’s scent, his sweat, breath, hair and the taste of his fluids as well as his strength, personality and how he acts around her all enter into a woman’s selection of a mate. Having the students work with a select group of escort candidates gives them an opportunity to see what men are like during sexual encounters with partners free of STIs while still in a somewhat cloistered environment. One of the training aids are Ben Wa ball used to tone and tighten the students pelvic grip.

•  The second years students chosen are all proficient in wearing a set of 1 inch Pyrex glass balls each weighing .65 oz w/o expelling them during a 90 minute technique class.
•  The third years students chosen are all proficient in wearing a set of .75 inch chrome steel balls each weighing 1.0 oz w/o expelling them during a 90 minute technique class.
• The fourth years students chosen are all proficient in wearing a set of 1.00 inch surgical steel balls each weighing 2.153 oz w/o expelling them during a 90 minute technique class.

Therapy and anal plugs: I have been working with my psychiatrist for more than a year to try and get over my aversion to anal sex and anal toys.
