Gynophobia: Noun, a morbid fear of women. It is a type of social phobia; any phobia (other than agoraphobia) associated with situations in which you are subject to criticism by others (as fear of eating in public or public speaking etc.)

Returning readers may recall that in my post for Tuesday, March 31, 2015 entitled “The psychology of a pointe-shoe fetish” I mentioned working with a therapist in helping young male dancers get over their fear of handling a female partner during rehearsals and performances. Since Marvin has moved to Cambridge as a Don his replacement at Blackthorn Clinic and my present therapist is a young and brilliant female psychiatrist, who I will call ‘Elaine’ for the purposes of this blog. She specializes in women’s fetishes and paranormal possession and Marvin thought she would bring new insights to my case and better help me cope with the responsibilities of being Aphrodite’s high priestess and she has.

As with Marvin and almost all the therapists in my past we quickly became sexually intimate. That’s considered a breach of medical ethics, but in my case I think my therapist and I get to know one another so much better when we are sexually intimate! Elaine also specializes in Gynophobia, the male fear of females which can affect both homo and hetro men. Apparently some young male dancers have psychological problems handling the bodies of their female partners. In “The Dread of Woman” (1932), Karen Horney traced the male dread of woman to the boy's fear that his genitalia are inadequate in relation to his mother. When Elaine occasionally has a patient with Gynophobia referred to her from his school or company she has begun to ask, me to help in allaying his fears because, she says, talk therapy hasn’t worked well and I have such a lovely gentle way with young heterosexual men. I suppose that was meant as a complement, but I don’t want to become thought of as a Cougar. However, it is true that I do enjoy sex with much younger men.

I’m amazed that he has gotten as far as he has in his career with him constantly being among and handling attractive young women, but it seems he and his coaches believe he has reached a point where he can no longer cope effectively so is seeking professional treatment.  Anyway, I am treating Harold or Hal as he is called (not his real name) a marvelously strong and gorgeous nineteen-year-old who I am supposed to help become confident around women and introduce him to the delights the female body can offer a man w/o terrifying him. I could easily be his mother, even though I don’t look it as my beauty regimen has kept me looking as though I’m in my early thirties, which I find is a turn-on for me – in a sort of incestuous way - given the looks we get from some who don’t know us. The schedule called for me seeing him for a 90-minute therapy session five times a week for two weeks and then once or twice a week for a while depending on how (or if) he seems to be progressing. The Blackthorn Summer Ballet Intensive: We have been very pleased with the response from ballet schools in the U.S. Canada and the UK in recommending carefully selected student candidates for the second year of the Blackthorn Ballet Summer intensive, commonly known locally as the BBSI. Even with a long list of necessary ballet skill qualifications we have received more than 275 applications for the course. 15 women will be chosen and we will have 15 young male ballet dancers as their partners for the two week course. No other school has a 1:1 ratio of women to men when teaching a ballet course. Seeking to participate in the BBSI is something that mothers of prospected students must discuss in depth with their daughters as a student with no knowledge of or experience with her reproductive tract is an unsuitable candidate. A great many of our students come from families where the mothers are former dancers who have been very sexually active and where sexual activity by the daughter is encouraged as it is seen as providing experience and adding depth to the daughter’s arsenal of erotic resources as she chooses a permanent mate.

Each student candidate in addition to having demonstrated considerable talent, stamina, grace and poise as a young ballet dancer must, because of unique aspects of the course dealing with seduction of the human male, meet additional health, safety and legal requirements some of which are:

Summer intensive student requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of pointe work
• Must be between the ages of 16 and 18.
• Must have completed the three injection regimen of Gardasil vaccine.
• Must have had a recent pelvic to ensure she has a healthy cervix and doesn’t need a hymenectomy to allow penile-vaginal-intercourse, PVI.
• Must have a current negative full panel STI test. This can occasionally get a mother’s hackles up, but when It’s explained that their daughter will be intimate with a number if men during the course of her training and that all the other students and their male partners must pass the full STI panel as well they understand the need for it. 
• Must have had a stringless GyneFix copper bead IUD implanted at least two months prior to arrival for class as it’s important for attendees to be well protected while cycling naturally an order to learn to use her cyclical hormonal swings to her advantage during seduction training.
• Must have a negative serum pregnancy test, which will be administered when the student reaches the course venue, Blackthorn Castle.  It’s important that prospective students take any additional contraceptive precautions necessary even with a copper IUD implanted. Students arriving pregnant will not be allowed to participate.
• Must have the pelvic anatomy (a deep post-pubic vault) to be correctly fitted for a contraceptive diaphragm – Our Gyn clinic will fit and supply the silicone Semina coil spring rim diaphragms at no cost to the students. Semina is available in six diameter sizes, from 60 to 85mm, in 5mm increments. For more about the why we are using the Semina coil spring diaphragm as an introductory cervical barrier see below.
• Must be able to be correctly fitted with and have at least six pairs of Gaynor Minden pointes with suede tips and extra hard shanks required for ballet-sex training. The extra hard shanks turn a regular élève style shoe (where the wearer rolls through the foot on to pointe) into a relevé style shoe where the wearer springs or steps on to pointe. Extra hard shanked shoes are needed for ballet-sex because they will support an average weight (115lb woman) dancer when she puts her weight on her heels, which is poor technique but occurs when she is fucked boneless while on her toes. With internal platform pads Gaynors are far superior to pointes made of conventional materials in minimizing the likelihood that the wearer’s toes will be injured from thrust-drop during ballet-sex.  If the student wears pointes made of traditional materials they may be worn for class, rehearsals and performances, but not ballet-sex training.

With this list of requirements some of which require long lead times you can see why putting in a last minute request for a place in class is not a winning strategy.

Nikolai will teach: I am very pleased to say that Nikolai, a young (26 y/o) Russian male ballet star who has been dancing with the RB for the 2015-16 season has had his contract renewed for the 2016-17 season. A gorgeous male of amazing grace, poise and virility Nikolai will be working with the Female students and supervising other male ballet members as instructors and partners for the women students. He is one of the attractions of the Blackthorn Summer Ballet Intensive as his reputation as having amazing sexual stamina as well as being a considerate lover has already become legendary in ballet circles. Having Nikolai as a lover is one of the lifetime goals of a great many young women dancers so I consider myself fortunate to have him as a dance and bed partner when he is not dancing with his company.  

A Semina and its case with an introducer

Training teen barrier-girls: A sexually active barrier-girl should never be without her diaphragm and the Semina’s pink transparent silicone rubber, which some wearer’s have compared to a pink soap bubble, has proved very attractive when used as a young woman’s first experience with cervical barriers. The use of a Semina began as an alternative for teens that were too small for an IUD and couldn’t use hormonal contraceptives. However, when it was found that they could also be effectively used for cervix protection (flood insurance) during under water penetrative sex even the girls on HBC wanted to be fitted for a Semina. IUDs and cervical barriers are only compatible when the IUD strings are trimmed off so they don’t stick to a cervical barrier worn for flood insurance during underwater penetrative vaginal sex which is one of the more arcane subjects on the syllabus during the Blackthorn Ballet Summer Intensive. Stringless IUDs worn by up-market Escorts are checked for proper position with periodic ultrasound scans.

The introducer shown in the photo was used to simplify insertion especially for women with short fingers. Unfortunately introducers are no longer being made, but it is easy to learn the proper insertion technique. Should BBSI students progress to become “socially available” for underwater penetrative sex they can switch to a latex flat spring diaphragm similar to the Reflexions of blessed memory. While some few people are allergic to latex and natural rubber latex does not last as long as silicone the advantages are considerable as the heat transfer and the elastic properties of the translucent dome membrane are far superior to silicone. Additionally, the flat spring rim which only folds in a single plane makes it very desirable as ‘flood insurance’ because it’s nearly impossible for even a mischievous lover to intentionally under-thrust the rim.

 

 

Teaching pelvic skills

Pelvic training for elite Personal Assistant candidates: Returning readers may recall Taryn, one my former wards, who lives on an estate (that her partying friends call Cunt Castle) north east of Cambridge who has just received her MD and PhD in psychiatry. She is currently interning in a Cambridge hospital before starting her practice as a psychiatrist. In addition to her porn empire which she inherited from her parents she has recently started another business to care for a currently underserved niche market. She has identified a need - especially in the financial industry where money is no object and beautiful and talented women are rare - for an elite class of Personal Assistants for executives in the UK and U.S. business world; PAs who can provide intimate services to relieve their bosses’ stress as well as keeping an executive’s business day flowing smoothly.

The seven initial candidates all of whom are Cambridge graduates were first chosen for being sexually adventuresome. Pompoir training at Blackthorn Castle: I was pleased to receive Taryn’s call asking me to be ballet and pelvic training mistress for the few women who have successfully passed the screening process as I was wondering how to constructively occupy my time at the castle since with no men present I was missing the myriad of activity choices available in London and considering returning to Eaton Square. Since I was assured that all the girls who would come to me have at least six years of pointework, which I think is the minimum needed for an Elite escort, I settled on an accelerated eight week course in Pompoir and ancillary training (ballet-sex and dive-sex) and the ability to easily switch between Domme and submissive depending on what the man they work for needs at any given time.

Taryn thought the course should take only six weeks, but she was never fully trained in Pompoir and even at an accelerated pace six weeks is rarely enough time for even someone with superior pelvic muscle control because the first several weeks are consumed in identifying and slowly strengthening the proper groups w/o causing severe cramps from over working muscles. I intend to fully train the women under my tutelage and think eight weeks of intensive training should be enough for the trainees to be able to confidently and successfully perform Pompoir on even the most difficult man if they apply themselves. Of course these women will be far more than arm candy as they will be in charge of their executives’ day. Still they need the skills and wiles of an elite escort in order to keep their executive relaxed as only exquisite penile-vaginal intercourse can do so that he can be as effective in the board room as she is in the bedroom.

All have been vaccinated against the full range of diseases as well as having the three shot regimen of Gardasil the HPV virus vaccine. All the men have negative STI panels and had their Gardasil shots as well.

I sent The Dragon down to London to pick up the six trainees and their partners and the other men for Anya and me. They arrived yesterday and a convoy of Land Rovers picked them up at Caersws and brought them up to the castle. The weather is forecast to be very wet with heavy rains and gusty winds for the next week with temperatures from the mid 30s to the mid 40s (F) so there should be little interest in anything but training, the care of sore muscles and sleep.

Since the training will be heavily centered on pelvic activity Chris, my male Gyn from the Barony’s London clinic, as well as his current girlfriend, a Physician’s Assistant and cervical barrier fitter, will be here as well for the entire eight week course.  So we now have seven women trainees and nine well endowed men in residence in addition to Chris and his girlfriend and Anya and me. Having seven trainees and an eight week course means that after the first week the men can swap partners each week so the candidates can train with seven different men.  I love having sexually active guests and being able to train young women in very impressive but relatively unknown pelvic skills.

New blood at Clever Cunts: We have two Doctorial students, who I’ll call ‘Bryony’ and ‘Claire’, from University College London’s (UCL) Department of Psychology working at our fetish location, the exclusive Costume Club off Holland Park Road known to it’s members as ‘Clever Cunts’, as part of their research into aspects of male fetishes and the industry that supports them for their Clinical Psychology PhD theses. Both are women in their late 20s, but look considerably younger, and danced with one of the premier ballet companies in the UK for almost fifteen years. They recently retired as soloists to work full time getting their PhD degrees in Psychology after getting their Masters degrees from UCL at night. They are also first cousins.  Bryony is the daughter of a Peer whose seat is in Kent and Claire is the daughter of his younger brother.

Both will be missed by the ballet company (though they had risen as high as they were likely to go) as the ballet rarely has aristocratic women dancing with the company. Both are independently wealthy and are heterosexual switches. I met them while coaching at the ROH and they asked if I would let them do their research using the clients and facilities of the Costume Club. One will be studying what motivates the club’s Hostesses while the other will be concentrating on the members fetishes and how they apply them when with different Hostesses.

Student Hostesses acceptance and kitting out: I’m relieved that Bryony and Claire have been accepted well into the hostess community at the club. New girls entering the group sometimes haven’t had an easy time of it. However, they both have lovely personalities and there is a large turnover of hostesses who marry, return to school or just disappear and that is especially true this fall so the addition of the UCL doctoral candidates to the hostess roll was well received even welcomed by the existing pool of girls and they have quickly made friends.

To help speed Bryony and Claire’s preparation for introduction to the membership I helped with their Pelvic exams, cervical barrier fittings, STI panel tests (They both have had the three shot regimen of Gardasil for HPV protection), fitting them with Gaynor Minden pointes and good quality leather ballet-boots as that is what they will typically be wearing when with a club member. Both had been wearing Freed pointes and on a shoe allowance while with the ballet company so were interested in getting shoes that were more comfortable and last much longer than do performance shoes like Freed Classics. Fortunately both could be correctly fitted in Gaynors and they continue their ballet training to keep fit so they should be able to quickly increase their continuous time en pointe and with one of our male trainers learn to safely handle thrust-drop during ballet-sex.  

They are having to learn to wear ballet-boots for extended intervals so we had four custom made pairs (because they get soaked with sweat and take a while to properly dry even in boot dryer) of good leather for each of them with integrated titanium box and shanks and replicable heels with standard laces as we expect them to be with us for at least eighteen months. The boots are a stripped down version (for a mere £1150 a pair) of Gepetto’s up-market lightly armored, clubbing boots with replaceable lace stripper-heels, and spider filament laces that I wear. The Hostess boots are w/o the titanium armor and with standard replicable titanium heels rather than the serrated lace-stripper heels that are standard in pair of clubbing boots where the wearer might get into a boot fight with another woman in ballet-boots. They are paying for the boots themselves as they are far more comfortable and last longer (though externally appear no different) than the ballet-boots worn by other hostesses. Bryony and Claire’s ankles and feet are very strong and flexible, but they are still building stamina in their calves as they were cramping, but a diet rich in magnesium and calcium has minimized that problem. No one ever said that properly kitting out a Club Hostess is an inexpensive undertaking, but the girls can now walk confidently and look ravishing in them and a girl never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Contraception: They both had mini (4 bead) frameless GyneFix copper IUDs placed several months ago at my suggestion by Chris, our Male Gyn, who moved to the UK when I did and now works at the Clinic. The mini-GyneFix is a lot less likely to cause heavy periods so the girls have adapted to it well and their cycles are regular. I recommended that they have the strings trimmed off so they can safely wear cervical barriers (which are a big fetish item with some club members) w/o the danger of pulling the IUD out while removing the cervical barrier. Women with stringless IUDs should have periodic sonograms to ensure the GyneFix is where it should be and those are given by my clinic at the club’s expense in the club’s Gyn exam room since a very high percentage of our hostess have stringless IUDs.

Neither Bryony nor Claire is allergic to latex so their cervical barriers are the ones that are most effective when playing with very well endowed club members some of whom have been known to make a game of sabotaging a Hostesses contraceptive method. As readers know the most effective cervical barrier is the latex flat spring rim diaphragm which has superior heat transfer properties a very stretchy dome that can be pushed into the deepest anterior fornix by a thrusting penis and a rim that is almost impossible to even intentionally under-thrust if is properly fitted and correctly placed.

University College London: UCL where the girls are taking their doctorates covers a huge area in central London north of the Thames. It is located just south of the A501 across from Euston station primarily between Tottenham Court Road on the West and Endsleigh Street/Bedford Way on the east and Russell Square on the South. So our doctorial student-Hostesses have about a 15 minute commute from their faculty tutors on Bedford Way on the East side of the campus to the Costume Club on the underground. I take Bryony and Claire under my protection: The Swan Twins, Odette and Odile, after less than a month at Cambridge have decided to return to Las Vegas to continue in the grad school at UNLV and be with their boy friends the Gemini, Castor and Pollux. They will be leaving my protection. His Grace the Duke of M**** was kind enough to ensure that they would be accepted into grad school there though they were very late in applying. They will return to the care of Anya who is the partner of their father, Paul, who returning readers will recall has an adjoining estate to mine at Lost Cove on Virgin Gorda.

While much older than Odette and Odile Bryony and Claire though sexually experienced are familiar with only some aspects of the fetish life and so will need my protection at least while they are still taking instruction immersing themselves in all aspects of BDSM and are working on their theses at the Costume Club. I’m very pleased to say that they will be taking the Swan Twins place at the celebration of the Autumnal Equinox at Location Z on the 23^rd of September.

The Dryads: Bryony and Claire will take their place in my extended family as a pair of wood nymphs, Dryads, since their early years were spent on their father’s forested estates just north west of Canterbury in Kent and will be known by that designation when written about together.    

The Dryads are also qualified SCUBA divers having learned at girl’s public school years ago and keep their certification current including with FFMs and the hard-hat Kirby Morgan helmet and are wet and drysuit trained as well which will serve them well when we are at Blackthorn Castle and using the new deep dive facility. All in all the Dryads are superior replacements for the Swan Twins as Odette and Odile really weren’t as fetish friendly as I’d hoped.

FCM flows into the dome of a diaphragm to mix with the wearer’s natural arousal lubricant as well as the acidic spermicidal gel used to immobilize sperm that may leak into the dome. FCM has it’s own musky scent, slightly salty taste and is a favorite of men who enjoy consuming a woman’s reproductive secretions. Eight hours after sex with an unprotected male it’s always fun to pull out my latex Reflexions diaphragm and watch him lick the secretions out of the dome. My partners say there is such a strong scent of latex in the secretions that the liquefied lactic acid spermicide is completely masked and just provides a bit of additional body to the total.

Swim teams and our reproductive clinic: Since an unfortunate incident earlier in the year where a swim team member had an air embolism during underwater vaginal sex that left her in a vegetative state elite public (read private) women’s school swim teams have been coming to the clinic for cervical protection. Knowing that team members would be protected if the occasion for sex arose was high on their priority list and we are one of the few clinics that are prepared to provide it. Venous air embolisms (VAE) occurring during erotic situations are not unknown, but had been thought to be rare and so have not generally been protected against. However, it’s not clear that this method of introducing air into the bloodstream has been routinely considered when fatalities among healthy sexually active young women occur so incidences of this may be underreported.  For an instance in the literature see Pub Med: Fatal air embolism during female autoerotic practice: HERE. Additionally, an effective cervical barrier will protect against a far more common condition which can lead to infertility, Pelvic Inflammatory disease (PID), caused by having water forced into the uterus from the hydraulics of a partner’s thrusting during underwater sex.

Spotting, endometrium stripping, and VAE safety: Spotting from hormonal contraceptives break-through bleeding, endometrium stripping due to the movement of an IUD and menstruation are three possible sources of entry points for air into the bloodstream should it be forced into the woman’s uterus. Almost all the students in elite women’s schools that our clinic provide services for are using a stringless copper IUD of one sort or another as their leadership believes that experiencing the highs and lows of hormonal swings during the menstrual cycling is a part of becoming a woman and leads to the flowering of creativity during the students fertile days. Therefore, with the exception of the few on hormones for medical problems the students in a given school tend to be in menstrual synchrony.

The latex flat spring diaphragm: To protect against venous air embolisms due to air being forced into the uterus during sex while the woman is bleeding our clinic recommends the use of latex flat spring contraceptive diaphragms similar to the Reflexions which was discontinued at the first of 2015. Latex provides superior heat transfer, can be safely used with all kinds of silicone lubricants and with a flat spring rim it is nearly impossible for even a mischievous partner to under-thrust the rim. It is particularly important that a silicone lubricant be used for underwater vaginal sex as water base lubes are quickly washed away leaving the woman painfully and dangerously unlubricated. Our clinic now has its own supplier of latex flat spring diaphragms in sizes from 55mm to 95mm in 5mm increments which allows us to fit more young women just reaching menarche. We have retained a raised maker’s symbol and rim diameter in the center of the convex side of the dome as a glans stimulator; yet another plus for the latex flat spring diaphragm.

During a diaphragm fitting session our fitters not only fit the patient and answer questions, but demonstrate how to correctly deflate the dome after insertion by pushing down as though having a BM to move the cervix closer to the vaginal entrance making it easier to express the air from the dome with the fingers by pushing the latex membrane into the void of the anterior fornix expelling trapped residual air from the dome so the seal and vacuum are much stronger. Once demonstrated patients are given time to practice insertion, deflating the dome and removal so before leaving the clinic they are confident they know how to correctly insert and remove their diaphragms.

Gardasil: Our clinic also administers the HPV vaccine Gardasil in two or three injection regimens. Gardasil is safe for most girls to take except for those who are allergic to some contents of the vaccine. For girls 9 to 14 y/o the two shot regimen at 0 and 6 months is effective. For women 15 y/o and older Gardasil gives the best protection when given in 3 doses on time two months apart over 6 months.

Menarche, pelvic exams and pre-pompoir training: Unless there is a medical condition requiring a pelvic exam our clinic recommends a girl’s first pelvic be at menarche which can occur as young as 11 y/o, but mostly in dance schools girls in strenuous training where they are developing muscle mass and very little fat menarche may be delayed until about age14, which was when I had my first period. A pelvic gives us the opportunity to determine who might need hymenectomies and offer vaginal dilators to see if stretching the hymen will suffice. Shaped vaginal dilators equipped with a vibi tip are available for girls wanting to begin working on muscle isolation for Pompoir training and other shapes to use as dildos for masturbation. Having reached menarche it is never too early to begin pelvic muscle group isolation and stimulation since it is much easier to learn while young.

Mothers and consent:  In today’s permissive society it’s important that under age young women, especially those excelling in swimming, gymnastics and dance where their bodies are on display be familiar with their reproductive anatomy and learn to safely manipulate it for their own and eventually a partner’s pleasure. To that end, with her mother’s written permission, our clinic can provide a young patient at or above the age of consent with instruction on how to protect herself during solo and partnered sexual activity. This is a relatively new offering and has already become very popular and is currently oversubscribed so we plan on starting classes with me teaching Contemporary Sexual Techniques (for teens) with the same syllabus that I used at St Lucy’s in Vegas. It will be held in a property adjoining the clinic owned by the Barony which had been a health club with a dance studio and pool.

Sea turtles in the BVIs: The British Virgin Islands has a Sea Turtle Hunting season December 1st through March 31st. Hunters are legally allowed to harvest Hawksbill and Green Sea Turtles, both endangered animals. Hawksbill turtles (must be 15+inches carapace length) and Green turtles (24 +inches carapace length) but these sizes still put them in the late juvenile / sub-adult age. There is a moratorium on loggerhead turtles, leatherback turtles, & all sea turtle eggs.

Sea turtles are breeding now and interfering with their egg laying is prohibited. Fortunately for us most of their breeding grounds and egg laying beaches are on the northern side of Tortola. So far we have only had only one female, a huge leatherback, come ashore to nest and she is on one end of the beach up against the cliff out of the way where it is sunny during the day. Marvin and I were on the beach after midnight where he was doing his biologic best to breed me when we heard her digging her nest.  We were almost finished so he came (he had already given me my pleasure) and we went to watch her finish digging, lay her eggs and cover them with several feet of sand then reenter the water. She will probably be back with another batch in a few weeks.

There is an active movement to ban the hunting of all varieties and sizes of sea turtles in the BVIs, but they constitute an important boost to the economy during hunting season and they are delicious to eat.     

Flibanserin a female Viagra?: In early June an advisory panel to the USFDA recommended approval of Flibanserin, a drug touted by Sprout Pharmaceuticals to treat Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD) in women--a persistent lack of desire for sex. The advisory panel’s 18-6 vote came with stipulations from those in favor that measures be taken to reduce the drug's side effects that can include low blood pressure, fainting, sleepiness and nausea.

HSDD was recognized as a distinct sexual function disorder for more than 30 years, but was removed from the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders in 2013, and replaced with a new diagnosis called female sexual interest/arousal disorder (FSIAD).

In trials for women taking Flibanserin the average number of times they had “satisfying sexual events” rose from 2.8 to 4.5 times a month. The majority of adverse events being mild to moderate and were resolved during the treatment. The most commonly reported adverse events included dizziness, nausea, fatigue, somnolence and insomnia. That’s almost a doubling of satisfying events so for women suffering from FSIAD the side effects may be worth putting up with them. Thank God I’m not one of them!

HPV inoculations and biocides: Fortunately all the new girls have had their Gardasil shots and because of the high number of male partners we are all sharing we are using a new biocide from Labia Labs, a major improvement to DiveGel+ called DiveGel++. The new formulation of silicone lube can be safely used with silicone cervical barriers for dive-sex and is easier to remove from lingerie and swimsuits, but of course a silicone lube isn’t conducive to cunilingus unless the lube is applied afterward. The lube also has an improved vaginal pH balance and the biocide is more effective with no side effects.  

The new men’s sexual education continues: In my post for May 31, 2015 I mentioned five couples who had come down for the women (who are friends or Taryn’s at Cambridge) to get a bit of sun and a few hours of familiarization training as ‘Hostesses’ at a fetish club this summer since they want to experience the fetish community first hand as background for their study of medicine and eventually psychiatry. The boots are custom made by a cobbler in London. They are well made of good leather, provide plenty of ankle support and the heels won’t break or come off easily nor will the reinforced toe-boxes collapse. The boots aren’t up to Gepetto’s standards, but they only cost £350 rather than the £2,000 that his would cost. I am very pleased how well their ballet-boots fit and they come with a quarter of a stress ball in the toe-boxes. They are actually doing very well wearing them, becoming accustomed to walking confidently in them and the thick leather of the shafts provide good ankle support. They can keep up during our regular 30 minute ballet-boot exercise session where my wards and I walk around the house wearing heel guards to protect the floors and carpets and up and down stairs to keep our feet and legs used to the needs of ballet-boot wearing.

I would have liked the girls to also train in pointe-shoes as that is a skill that few hostesses have and would increase their desirability, but while they had all taken ballet and a year or two of pointe they do not have the muscles nor stamina for hostessing en pointe and there is no time to build up the needed strength and flexibility in their legs, feet and ankles. We started with the easiest shoes first being penetrated from behind while in stripper heels while bent over with the hands griping the knees. This also gave the students some relief from being penetrated from the front where their bruised pubic bones would almost certainly be hit. And now we have progressed to being entered from the rear while standing in ballet-boots either bent over holding on to a barre, chair back or counter top, or just bent over holding on to her knees, but that takes much better balance than when entered that way in stripper heels.

As the average woman only flows approximately 1 to 2 ounces (30-60 ml) per cycle the wearing interval can be up to be 12 hours or longer w/o emptying it. However, with copper IUDs implanted my wards periods can be a bit heavier so on heavy days they may need to empty sooner.

Kassi gets her first Diva Cup: Kassi had been using tampons and panty liners. I introduced her to the Diva Cup menstrual cup (size 1) which is the brand my other wards and I use. A Diva Cup’s total length, including the stem, is 70mm and the cup length is 57mm. for both size 1 and 2 while the rim diameter is 41mm for the smaller size and 45mm for the larger so one or the other should fit most women. And the cup softens with body heat so it forms to the wearer’s body improving its comfort and seal.

My cup switch: Several months ago, I switched to a Diva 2 since the manufacturer recommends cup wearers older than 30 or who have given birth would have less likelihood of leakage if she used a Diva 2. I tried a Diva 2 and found I didn’t care for the larger size. My vagina is tighter than most nulliparous 20 y/os and I’ve had no problems with leakage and I don’t need the additional capacity as I can go more than 12 hours w/o emptying on almost all days with the smaller size so I’m back to a size one again. 

The Diva Cup at St Lucy’s: While St Lucy’s girls should already have the three shot regimen of Gardasil inoculations required for maximum protection from HPV viruses that cause cervical cancers as well as some genital warts – they can start the series of injections as early as age 9 - students aren’t fitted for menstrual cups and contraceptive cervical protection until menarche. The cervical barriers as returning readers of this blog know are primarily for flood insurance to protect the upper reproductive tract  in case the vagina floods during underwater intercourse since nearly all St Lucy’s girls reaching menarche now have stringless mini GyneFix copper IUDs inserted for contraception as part of a clinical study. Thus leaving only a need for effective menstrual protection during high impact activities, on heavy days and while traveling where long intervals between emptying are necessary. An Ideal product for all women of reproductive age is the Diva cup.

So this week I’ve been teaching a group of three girls who just reached menarche how to correctly insert a Diva Cup so it doesn’t leak and how to tell by feel and experience when the cup needs emptying by how heavy it feels, and the interval difference between light and heavy days. With just a little practice they became proficient at insertion and removal and now they love their Diva Cups!

Insertion is a several step process. First before preparing any vaginal device for insertion wash your hands. Then it’s a matter of folding the cup for insertion, spreading the labia, pushing it partly in horizontally toward the tailbone then letting it spring open. Once it’s in the ringed bottom of the cup is grasped and rotated one full turn to ensure it is fully open and seals properly. During the full turn it should rotate smoothly an indication that the cup is fully open. Then push it further in until the stem is just inside the vagina where it can be easily grasped for removal.

The Cup should sit low in the vagina away from the cervix. Placed higher it might leak and it could interfere with the strings of an IUD. Once they are confident that the cup fits properly and they can insert it correctly so it doesn’t leak they can do away with their tampons and panty liners and not have to worry about using a Milex diaphragm for flow control that was tricky to empty w/o spilling the contents… unless they want to use the diaphragm for flow control during menstrual sex. The students are so excited to have reached menarche and get their first diaphragms and menstrual cups as now they are biologically adult and their reproductive years have begun.

For removal the ringed bottom of the cup can be gently pulled to break the seal. If that isn’t successful then insert a finger between the vaginal wall and the cup to break the seal and then gently pull it out grasping the ringed portion of the lower dome while sitting on the toilet. Then it should be washed in a mild unscented soap in warm water dried and reinserted. The cup can darken with use and may be boiled for 10 – 15 minutes if it develops an odor.

Forcing Kassi’s period, an update: On Tuesday Oct 7 she took her first 5mg Norethindrone tablet. She will continue for nine more days stopping on Oct 16th when I will be CD27. That should cause her to spot on the 17th and start bleeding (her new CD1) on Saturday the 18th when we all should be CD1.

Kassi and fellatio:  Even though she has had her Gardasil shots there is still a chance of an HPV strain causing throat cancer a few years in the future so unless the men are screened the safest thing to do is to suck a man off while he is wearing a condom. The bar-condom brand we offer at our clubs is the latex LifeStyles ultra sensitive non-lubricated. That way the fellator just gets the scent and taste of the latex.

I’m teaching Kassi a trick that men love when it happens to them.  It’s part of my course in Contemporary Sexual Health that I teach at St. Lucy’s. If I’m with an uncut man who is known to have a safe sexual history when he’s just about ready to cum it’s always fun to bite through the reservoir tip and force his glans through the hole in the ruined sheath. Kassandra and the Autumnal Equinox

The Photo: During the fall of Troy the Prophetess Cassandra, daughter of the King and Queen of Troy and virgin Priestess of Apollo, sought sanctuary in the temple of Athena where she was abducted and raped by Ajax the lesser. Cassandra as a Priestess of Apollo had taken a sacred vow to remain virgin for life. In one version of the myth Cassandra had agreed to have sex with Apollo in exchange for the gift of prophecy and then broke her promise. Apollo punished her with the curse of never being believed.

Death of the Dowager Duchess of Devonshire: The funeral service for Deborah Dowager Duchess of Devonshire, who passed away on September 24, will be held at 12:00 Noon on Thursday October 2, at St. Peters Church Edensor, the village outside Chatsworth. She was 94 and had been an inspiration to the Duke of M*** and Alice when they were trying to determine how to pay the death duties - when Jack’s grandfather died - on Crag Abbey and other estates without selling off large parcels of real-estate or valuable art works that have been in the family for hundreds of years. His Grace, Alice and Jack will be attending her funeral.

The Autumnal Equinox:  It went better than I expected. The weather was dry, clear and cold and amazingly the wind was almost calm during the ceremony so the peat fires in the massive braziers around the altars kept the area almost warm at times at the Holy Site. Though as priestesses my wards and I had been given a glass of Gorse brandy to fortify us against the cold before leaving the dressing tent since even lying in shearling robes the cold of the stone altars eventually penetrates.

The married crofters performed very well having been given performance enhancing meds to help counteract the cold and each was able to shoot his wad in his assigned priestess three times though the third time for each we had to milk them with our vaginal muscles. They were so amazed at the strength of our grips. To conclude the ceremony His Grace mounted me and performed amazingly well for his age, perhaps because I was menstrual and he enjoys bloody sex or as he calls it, ‘swimming in the red sea’.  The festive breakfast afterward at the hunting lodge and the ritual burning of the priestesses’ robes and shoes went as planned and we were all glad to get out of our blood soaked shearling robes which reeked of coital discharge and menstrual flow and to have good hot showers and clean clothes before breakfast felt marvelous!

Kassandra:  This past Wednesday a number of His Graces friends (all peers or high ranking churchmen) arrived for a week of Partridge and Grouse hunting. I was hoping my wards and I could get away before they came as they were nearly all men and rather old though their sex drives were still very much in evidence and none of them had been screened for STIs. Our male partners from the Paris Opera Ballet had departed so we were left with bedmates with whom we used condoms which we explained by telling the men that we were fertile, we had just finished our periods when they arrived, and since we knew they were all potent we didn’t want to risk an almost certain pregnancy for one or more of us. It was a story they all understood only too well and it stroked their vanity and virility at the same time. Tanaquil had sent over a few members of the corps of the POB who were on holiday to provide along with my wards and I enough partners for the men in the hunting party.

One of His Graces titled friends from a shire in the south western part of England arrived with his 21 y/o daughter Cassandra which she spells Kassandra. She is devastatingly beautiful with a gloriously ripe young ballet body (she reminds me a lot of myself when I was her age with long red hair, green eyes and amazingly she is left handed like me) as she has been in ballet boarding schools and with private tutors since she was 4 y/o and since 16 dancing with European ballet companies.   

She has an amazing personality which helps, but does not completely defuse, her almost immediate dislike by other women she meets from their jealousy of her beauty, talent and training and the fact that she is predatory of other women’s men.  Her father, the Earl of A***, had asked permission of His Grace to bring her along as he wanted me to meet her and the old bull knowing my dislike of surprises had , even so, intentionally kept her coming from me because he knew what her father was going to ask.

While breathtakingly beautiful and talented she is continuously in trouble wherever she goes primarily because of the effect she has on men and her lack of inhibitions bordering on recklessness which allows her to take advantage of male vulnerabilities regardless of the consequences in the men’s lives. When she was introduced to His Grace’s male guests before dinner on the first evening after she arrived even the Catholic priests where not immune to her charms which could be easily seen as the drape of their trousers changed significantly, along with the trouser drape of the rest of the men present, as they were introduced to her. She isn’t pretentious in any way it’s just the effect that perhaps one woman in several million has that even if she was wearing a flour sack men would want to protect her and take her to bed. For that effect she is hated by most women who try as they might will never have that hypnotic effect on men.

By the time she was introduced before dinner His Grace had talked with me and gotten my somewhat grudging agreement to sponsor her in Las Vegas.  It seems her father has two younger daughters whose chances of getting acceptable husbands while Kassandra is around is slim so he wants her out of the way and preferably happy. As she is amoral I think she might fit in well as arm-candy for Adolph and she could be invaluable to him in closing deals with men who will want to sleep with her as a deal sweetener. She Is talented and conscientious enough with her training to dance with my troupe, but I’m not sure the men could survive her presence in the corps.

As I mentioned before she has an amazing personality so for now she seems to be getting along well with my wards and me. We will see how that goes when she meets Marvin (Morning Wood) and the Gemini who are the boyfriends of Odette and Odile. I know she has slept with Jack already, but he and I have an open relationship until such time as he asks me to marry him and I’m pretty sure any pregnancy by him wouldn’t survive the first trimester. But Adolph and I are going to keep her busy. Her motto seems to be “So many men and so little time!”

Our return home: The return trip on Limnaea II bringing Kassandra with us was uneventful. Once here Chris, our male Gyn, gave her a complete pelvic. Her cervix and ovaries are in excellent condition. He fitted her with a latex Reflexions diaphragm for upper reproductive tract protection in case of vaginal flooding during dive-sex and implanted a stringless GyneFix frameless copper IUD. He also checked her antibody levels to ensure that her HPV vaccine (Gardasil) shots are effective. Amazingly she had been using only condoms during her fertile days and with all her sexual activity she hadn’t been preggers, though she did tell me she has taken EC at least three times when the condom burst or came off inside her. Kassandra is SCUBA open water qualified, but she has never had dive-sex so I’m going to have an escort trainee give her a few dive-sex lessons before I introduce her to Adolph because he will want to fuck her underwater the first time they meet.

Made of pink silicone it is readily accepted by St Lucy’s teen girls who are fitted with it as their first diaphragm after menarche because they are more likely to use it since they think its cute, “It looks like a pink soap bubble”, as well as wearing one is an indication that they have become sexually mature and are being given the tools and training necessary to assume the responsibility for protecting their fertility.

St Lucy’s student orientation: My part in the orientation of new student is to help with pelvic exams, check to make sure they have had all their Gardasil (HPV vaccine) shots and have clean full panel STI tests, fit diaphragms and give them an overview of contemporary sexual health as it pertains to St Lucy’s students. We teach responsible sexual intercourse between the sexes and techniques for seducing men with your voice, body and actions.

Semina diaphragms: New students entering St Lucy’s who have reached menarche are fitted with silicone Semina coil spring diaphragms as training diaphragms regardless of what other form of contraception they use as they will need a diaphragm for upper reproductive tract protection – to prevent water and or air bubbles from being forced into the uterus by the hydraulics of a lover’s thrusts during dive-sex. A coil spring diaphragm can be used for dive protection down to about 30 feet below which the rim will begin to distort and leak due to water pressure. All the pools generally available to the students are no deeper than 30 feet other than mine, (The Pit) at 64 feet, and Adolph’s, (The Well) at 216 feet. For both those venues they will need Reflexions flat spring diaphragms for effective dive protection. The RFID chip in each student’s Semina helps us track who is in class and who has forgotten their Semina, an infraction for which there are penalties.

The smallest diaphragms commercially available are:  the silicone Semina coil spring 60mm, the silicone Milex arcing or coil spring 60mm and the latex Reflexions flat spring 65mm. If we need diaphragms smaller than 60mm Labia Labs here in town can hand dip latex diaphragms in any of the three rim styles. Only a few of the younger petite girls require a 55mm.

Rarely do St Lucy’s students use diaphragms as their primary method of contraception. We try to get them to use stringless copper bead (GyneFix) IUDs effective for three years as their primary method since with a copper IUD the wearer will continue to cycle naturally and St Lucy’s feels strongly that some of the most creative and productive  work a woman can do occurs during the fertile days of her cycle. Removing the strings from the GyneFix before implantation allows the wearer to wear a diaphragm for flood insurance w/o the possibility of having the strings stick to the diaphragm and be pulled out when the diaphragm is removed.  

Alice shops in Gepetto’s ballet-boots: We returned from Tahoe on Sunday, Aug. 17^th. First thing on Monday (after ballet class and breakfast) we all went with Alice to pick up her new lightly armored ballet-boots and she loves the scent of new leather boots how well they fit and how wonderful they feel even after walking in them in one of the up-scale malls for more than an hour. Our lace-splitter heels were all sheathed in heel guards so we wouldn’t damage the up-market shops hardwood and expensive rug covered floors

I’d promised myself I wouldn’t wear ballet-boots while out shopping as they tend to attract aggressive men, and jaundiced looks from store security (shopping in pointe shoes is for me a much more social experience), but Alice wanted to go into Neiman Marcus and Hermès, the one at The Crystals shops At Aria. So with Alice, Willow and me all in black calf length Gepettos boots and Emma in her black leathers no one was making comments though everyone- especially the men - was watching us and store security stayed well in the background. It’s impractical to go shopping for skirts or slacks in ballet-boots, but Alice did pick up half a dozen Hermès scarves and six leather key cases as gifts. And at Neiman Marcus she bought a purse size (.5oz.) bottle of Shalimar which she had forgotten to pack.

Ballet-sex in ballet-boots: Back at my place in the studio in her suite Alice took one of her lovers having him enter her from behind while she bent over and held on to the barre. It was her first ballet-sex in Gepettos boots. The 2014 Autumnal equinox: 2014 Autumnal Equinox will occur on Tuesday September 23^rd in mid week in the middle of the fall term so the girls will miss classes for that week, but with preparatory studying and doing well in work up to that point they should have no problem getting time off to participate in “’prehistoric religious rites research” in Scotland.

St Lucy’s invitational ballet summer intensive: We changed the format this year to draw participants only from ballet students 21 or older whose names were submitted by their teachers for their outstanding grace, technique, stamina and fearlessness. We had more than 450 submissions and had places for only 15, limited primarily by the number of professional male dancers suitable to be their partners and those 15 were on full scholarship (from my casino/resort) including meals, travel and medical expenses.

In addition to technique, pointe, PDD and mime we are offering ‘contemporary sexual health for the dancer’ for the first time this year as feedback questionnaires said given the opportunities offered while at our summer intensive a more complete foundation in contraception choices and their use would be helpful to first time students to the ballet summer intensive we offer here in Las Vegas.

Screening: All the students and faculty were required to bring recent full STI panels indicating that they are all free of STIs and all have completed their series of Gardasil shots. And the girls were given pregnancy tests upon arrival. Two failed and as they were both 21 were given the chance to terminate their pregnancy w/o their parent’s knowledge (the termination would have been covered by medical insurance through the scholarship) or return home. Both decided to return home – their mothers flew out to take them home - and two alternates were accepted in their places. We think what happened in both cases was the students were on very low dose estrogen/progestin pills and took weight loss pills to trim down for the SBI that speed up their metabolisms so the girls flushed the hormones through their bodies too quickly and the remaining levels weren’t sufficient to suppress ovulation. The literature we sent out in the spring when we selected them cautioned about taking weight loss pills if the student is on contraceptive hormones.

The weather: With the appearance of July it has turned very hot here in Vegas. The forecast is for temps from 111° F to 108° F thorough the weekend so latex catsuits, hoods and gloves are out except for in clubs with the a/c turned full on. Fortunately the practice clothes of thong-back tank top leos, bare legs and pointes in fully air-conditioned studios and encounter sallies are ideal for this weather. Tights are only worn and over leos, for PDD classes. We cautioned the BSI students to bring at least a dozen pairs of shoes as the students are expected to be in pointes for all classes as well as barre.

The Men: The men were chosen from recommendations to and personal knowledge of Willow, Jack’s 20 y/o daughter, who was in the corps of the Royal Ballet and had danced with the Paris Opera Ballet until last year. They were chosen not only for their ability as classical dancers, but physical strength, personality and sexual stamina. The sexual stamina is important during a Ballet Summer Intensive as students are far more likely to experiment sexually while away from home and with strangers and what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, we hope.

Some of the women students have much higher sex drives than others so a hyper-sexual girl can arrange to swap men with a girl with a lower libido to find a guy who can satisfy her more frequently. Performance enhancing meds are available to any man who asks. If he is on an enhancing med it’s usually his secret even though he’s expected to perform satisfactorily as frequently as four times a day for the entire 14 days of the course.

Protection for play: In my welcoming remarks to the girls during their orientation I suggested that they might want to try wearing Gaynor Minden pointes for play as they often provide better support and the shanks and blocks last far longer than pointes made of traditional materials. The only problem with GMs is that they don’t breathe, so are hot to wear and take longer to dry. We have taken care of the drying problem by providing drying boxes that circulate warm very dry air across sweat soaked shoes. Our GM representative fit them all with at least two pairs of shoes each, the cost of which is included in the scholarships.

I made it a point right up front that the students male partners were highly fertile and would be having sex with them unprotected unless the woman asked for him to wear a condom. So it is the responsibility of each woman to ask her partner to wear protection or use an effective contraceptive method and if there is any concern about a birth control failure the morning-after pill is available 24/7 at student health.

Also mentioned in my introduction to contemporary sexual health class is that if they wanted to experience dive-sex - and they all did - they would have to be fitted for a diaphragm to be used as flood insurance since the vagina commonly floods during underwater sex, so the diaphragm is used as flood insurance to prevent a partner’s thrusting penis from forcing water or an air bubble into the uterus which could cause PID or an embolism.  Fortunately they all use menstrual cups so were familiar with folding and inserting vaginal devices so none had an ‘ick-factor’ associated with using a diaphragm

Dive-sex was high on their list of recreational choices so no one had a problem with being fitted with a diaphragm and since only one woman (and no men) was allergic to latex Chris, our male Gyn, fitted them with the latex Reflexions flat spring style which is nearly impossible for a mischievous partner to under-thrust and showed them how to use the 10 ml prefilled disposable applicators of DiveGel+. The latex allergic student was fitted with a silicone Milex wide seal arcing spring diaphragm which, with its two elbow hinges, is the next best thing to a Reflexions for flood insurance.  As a confidence builder I have them all wear their diaphragms during ballet classes so they could get used to inserting, removing and moving with it inserted finding that once inserted and properly positioned they can’t feel them.

Toe-tape, the pointe-shoe club: Returning readers will recall that in my post for April 14, 2014 I introduced you to Toe-tape a new Mini-club, writing: “Our Casino/Resort has opened ‘Toe-tape’, a ballet club for adventuresome young women who want to show off their feet and legs for admiring men. I know the name sounds like it should be a Chick band, but we tested it and found it’s the sort of name that appeals to young highly motivated female dancers craving excitement.”

I’m introducing the BSI students to clubbing in pointes, where they can be admired by men with a pointe fetish. Having students 21 or older this year simplifies entertaining them on the clubs scene since I’m not trying to pass them off as older than they really are.  Their male BSI partners (English and French straight ballet dancers from major companies) are here as much for the sex as for what we are paying them and having them along gave the girls time to get to know the guys personally and sort out sleeping arrangements. We prefer that couples sleep in the dorm at St Lucy’s which has private rooms with full baths.  That way there is excellent security and it’s close to the studios.

Fourth of July celebration: Tomorrow evening Adolph has invited the BSI students and faculty to his 4^th of July party. He has promised to have no wood chipper within … well he said “nowhere near” the party so it should be safe enough. And the students will get to dive The Well, his 216 ft dive training facility. He has a net spread across it at 100 ft so none of the newbies to the facility can go deeper accidently.
