I don't buy the anonymous sex which some claim... it's such an obvious simply minded answer and I doubt whether it really has currency.
ReplyDeleteI think men who like women encased in rubber for sex and even sexual arousal do so for the following reasons (some of all).
They themselves are aroused by wearing feeling, smelling, touching, be compressed by and all the sensations of tight rubber. It arouses them and they project this on to their partner and want a partner who is likewise aroused by the same. Anonymity is the furthest thing from this sort of desire.
They like the feel of rubber so mixing it with sex is even better. Some men like to wear rubber and have their partner in rubber, some like to be naked and she be in rubber. Two bodies engaged in sex with a rubber layer is a very different tactile experience.
Some may view this as submissive.
Some may simply see latex as a ritualized sex clothing... what you wear for sex... like a condom.
The idea of actual anonymous sex has some appeal to some people. This is ultimate objectification and the male could be blindfolded as well and the sex would be anonymous... but SHE is not objectified as a sex doll.
