Exhaustion in paradise: The quote in the title is from Mae West and it is very true, as far as it goes. However, it has a down-side in that there are limits even to good things and the nine men who were our original partners for the PA candidate’s pelvic training while having superb stamina were beginning to pass their peak of sexual performance during the second week even with the use of performance enhancers which I’d rather them not use. I suppose that was to be expected since the guys are routinely having eight or more acts of deep vaginal penetration and often multiple orgasms per penetration (since the girls are beginning to practice pompoir and the mares trick) every day continuously for 14 days. Having the trainees manipulating their glans with their vaginal muscles during Pompoir and the mare’s trick training has made many of their penises sore. I suppose I should have known, but I’ve not had multiple men involved with this many encounters during intensive training before. So, Tanaquil, on Taryn’s behalf, has sent us nine more young, experienced, superbly well hung and well rested cocksmen. I expect to switch out the men every two weeks.  The training should be complete on March 26^th.

Since training began on Sunday January 24 the first group of men (the Seven Dwarfs+2 was rotated out and the new group took their place at the start of the third week, February 7^th, and we switched back to the fully reinvigorated original nine on the 21^st. The two week rotation is going well and there was almost no time lost with the switch as the men came up to speed almost immediately since they knew the training regimen and the different needs of each girl. The second group will return on March 6^th and then the original Seven Dwarfs +2 will finish out the 9^th week from the 20^th to the 26^th of March.

Labiaplasty: I am very pleased to say that the labiaplasty procedures to give the candidates lovely small labia minora like mine (our vulvas look very similar to the one in the photo at the top of this post) prior to their entering training is withstanding the very high usage quite well. And having extended the training interval from eight to nine weeks the candidates are becoming accustomed to the frequency and the physical exertion and mental concentration needed to milk a penis even during Pompoir. I taught the girls my regimen in which I ensure a well lubricated vulva and vagina, use a biocide and urinate immediately after each penetrative encounter to flush the urethra to flush out bacteria and lube pushed into the urethra during sex. That regimen seems to have worked for them so far eliminating yeast and urinary tract infections which so often plague women who have frequent vaginal sex with multiple partners.

Small labia minora and camel-toe: Small labia minora make it easier, more comfortable, for a woman to display camel-toe. Most elite escorts working in the fetish end of the business either have naturally small labia minora or have a labiaplasty so they can comfortable wear a thong, tights, bodysuit or leotard deep between their labia majora to display maximum cleavage even when wearing a costume with a cotton lined gusset. For me wearing convertible foot micro fibre tights with a front seam and a cotton gusset rolled down over a belt (like guys do) so the crotch is pulled up into the cleavage of my labia and buttocks which gives my admirers a double cleavage show especially when I’m prancing around en pointe. Chris, our male Gyn from my London clinic, has kept us free of pelvic infections which given our number of male partners and the frequency of penetrative intercourse is a tribute to our regimen of feminine hygiene.    

Custom dressing: During week three of the pelvic intensive (7 – 13 February) I began teaching custom dressing which is dressing for a client executive’s particular fetish set. For example a client may want his PA to wear a latex diaphragm in addition to the GyneFix frameless copper bead IUD which is her primary method of contraception so he can under-thrust the rim of a coil spring and ejaculate in the dome and have her wear it for the rest of the day then eat her cervical discharge out of it. Custom coil spring and flat spring latex diaphragms are custom made now because latex diaphragms are no longer commercially available. The specific style and color shoes he wants to see her in is another major item of fetishwear, especially pointe-shoes or ballet-boots during the time she is with him. Taryn’s girls all work in Gaynor pointes which can be easily carried in a tote along with spare diaphragms, a silicone menstrual cup and a selection of condoms in case he wants to use one while she is menstrual.

Ballet boots can be carried in the tote as well, but they take up far more room especially if they are Gepetto’s custom boots (which Taryn’s girls wear) that have a unitized titanium toe-box and shank assembly and replicable titanium heels which are fitted with removable heel guards and Inman heel guard release pads on the inside of the heels. The heel guards are needed to prevent ruining expensive rugs and polished wood floors in executive offices and discreet pieds-à-terre used for assignations.

Ballet-boots, pointe-shoes and the Achilles tendon: As ballet dancers know from spending time en pointe and fetish ballet-boot wearer’s know from being locked in the boots with their feet extremely pointed and held that way for long intervals can lead to the shortening of the Achilles tendons so the individual can’t walk with their heels flat. To prevent this from occurring in women wearing extreme heels and pointe-shoes and to minimize the likelihood of tendonitis or tendon rupture we exercise in flats or pointes standing on a step with our forefeet on the tread and heels out over the riser. Then slowly rise on ¾ pointe hold for a ten count then slowly lower past flat to where the heels are as far below the tread as the Achilles tendons will allow and hold for a ten count. For women like me continuously on our toes doing 20 reps of this three times a day should keep our Achilles tendons properly stretched. Most of the PA candidates have followed my example and wear their Gaynor Minden pointe-shoes during the evenings when they are off to help toughen their feet and into the 5^th week now they are becoming accustomed to if not liking to wear pointes.

Like me she wears Freed Classics for performing, but she needed something more supportive and with shanks and toe-boxes that can survive the abuse of playing in them. KITTING OUT KASSI:

Pelvic protection and grooming: She had been fitted for the Reflexions latex flat spring diaphragm for deep dive flood insurance. At the same time I fitted her with a FemCap as well. FemCap is not as useful, but at depths of less than 30 feet can work well if the wearer is not menstrual and wants skin-on-skin contact on her G-spot. She is adapting well to her GyneFix with no cramping and the little spotting has stopped.

Yesterday Chris measured her for a custom sports plug which can protect the vulva from groping, but is ineffective when a vibi is pressed up against its head and turned on. It’s the new version with a indentation in the locking cam that fits snugly behind the pubic bone to prevent pinching the urethra which can lead to UTIs. The new version also has a channel so the wearer can urinate with it in place rather than having to remove the older version first.

After her sports-plug fitting I took her to Body Buffers, and introduced her to my esthetician who gave her her first Brazilian waxing (she had been shaving her pubes), removing every strand except eyebrows and scalp hair.  Kassi told me she was a bit of a masochist, but I had no idea pain affected her sexually until while I sat with her during her  waxing she orgasmed while tears were running down her cheeks as the esthetician ripped her pubic hair out in strips while she moaned in ecstasy. Her menstrual cycle reset: I could wait and see if she will naturally develop menstrual synchrony with my wards and me, but that could take several cycles. She is almost fertile and I want her cycle to sync with the rest of my wards for training purposes so I got Chris to give her a ten day regimen of progestin pills to force her to bleed when the rest of us do. If she takes a 5 mg tablet of Aygestin (Norethindrone) daily until CD 26 of my cycle that should cause her to bleed two days later resetting her cycle and put her period in synch with ours. I’m CD 14 and should ovulate today so she will start her progestin pills this coming Sunday.

Kassi at UNLV: She says she wants to go back to school and get her Masters in Psychology. Scotland’s Independence referendum

The referendum: Independence Referendum day, Thursday September 18, 2014 was a long day. The polls opened at 7:00 AM and closed at 10:00 PM British Summer Time (5 hours ahead of eastern daylight time in the U.S.) and 16 and 17 y/os got to vote. His Grace, The Duchess, Fiona and Willow (who Jack insisted be born at Crag Abbey) went together to their polling place and stood in line to vote like everyone else. It’s important to the family to be seen as fair and benevolent while expecting value for money spent.

The last of the opinion polls taken before the voting ended indicated that the outcome would be 54% no (stay in the UK), 46% yes (for separation). However, U.S. readers may remember that Mitt Romney’s polling organization was telling him he was winning… and we know what happened to him. It all depends on where you ask and who you ask as to what result you get.  It turned out that the poll takers were pretty nearly spot on!

I was up all night with His Grace and Jack and most of the rest of Scotland awaiting the final results. The Old Bull broke out the good stuff and we were fortified with coffee, roast beef sandwiches and Macallan Fine Oak 30 Year Old Scotch as we listened to the results of the vote counting. I think it’s the first time in history that the citizens of an area in an existing country got to vote on whether they should peacefully declare independence and form a new nation.

Of the 32 Council areas in Scotland the Highland Council area (which includes Inverness) is the largest. Should the voters vote no, to remain as part of the UK, then it’s expected that Prime minister is likely to promise to devolve greater powers, over taxation and welfare, to the Scottish parliament in early address. The Highland Council was last to report its results because of its huge size and scattered population. 87% of the Highland voters went to the polls and they voted 52.9% to 47.1% to stay in the union with England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The vote was 87,739 No to 78,069 yes, for independence. Overall the voter turnout was 84.6% with Yes 1,617,989 (44.7%) and No 2,001,926 (55.3%).

His Grace said that even though independence was soundly defeated the SNP, Scottish National Party, scored a victory of sorts with a 44.7% yes vote since interest in independence had been in the low 30% range in the years leading up to this referendum. His Grace got together both Nationalists and Unionists on the 19^th at the abbey as a start at reconciliation between the two groups and a celebration of the forthcoming devolving of powers to the Scottish Parliament as His Grace sees the vote as a win-win for both England and Scotland.

Even rabid partisans on both sides were civil to one another since everyone was delighted to be asked and wanted to attend a function at the abbey and no one wanted to make a spectacle of themselves at one of His Grace’s parties. My wards and I circulated at the party and every guest we spoke with was pleased to have Americans here to witness democracy in action. It didn’t hurt that we were pretty and they were feeling no pain as the 30 y/o scotch was flowing like water. Even so male advances were easily parried.

Back to routine: Now that the referendum is over His Graces household and guests can get back to what passes as normal in the run-up to any celebration of celestial events at Location Z. The girls and I did take naps this morning after the vote was decided (as no) a little after 6:00 AM. By noon we were all in the studio overlooking Loch Ness for a 90 minute class after which we all spent time in the sauna sweating out the alcohol then took turns with my Esthetician being freshly waxed – we are hairless except for scalp hair and eyebrows - then slathered with soothing aloe vera gel. Freshly waxed we will look our best on the Autumnal Equinox (this coming Tuesday, 9/23) when we will all be ritually inseminated on the five altars at Location Z.

A working vacation, training diaphragm fitters

The silicon Milex wide seal diaphragm comes in two rim styles an arcing spring and the Omniflex which has a coil spring rim and comes in  8 diameter sizes, 60mm through 95mm in 5mm increments.

The Milex Arcing spring rim is similar to the (now discontinued) Ortho All-Flex in rim spring strength. However, unlike the All-Flex the Milex Arcing spring folds on two elbow hinges so must be compressed at two specific spots on the rim. The Omniflex can be folded by compressing it anywhere on the rim.

A wonderful training opportunity: Jack and Chris, our male Gyn, had been working for several months on a really great opportunity for the girls to meet some young male Gynecologists who are rising stars in their profession. The opportunity occurred because there was a Gyn conference in Inverness this past week which they were all attending. Diaphragm and cervical cap fitting is no longer being taught in med schools so since my wards and I would be in the area for the vernal equinox Chris offered to conduct a short course in cervical barrier fitting for five of the interested young doctors and got permission to hold it at Crag Abbey. 

He had cleared it with me first and I had gotten the required permissions for the girls to miss classes for several days to participate in a ‘medical seminar’. And of course anything that involves the vaginas of reproductive age women interests His Grace so the cervical barrier short course is underway and includes the silicone FemCap as well as the silicone Ortho All-Flex, the Milex wide seal arcing spring, the Milex wide seal Omniflex (coil spring) and the latex Reflexions flat spring devices and a new device that recently appeared on the market, the single size Caya contoured diaphragm that was designed to be used by women taking a traditional diaphragm in a range of the four most commonly prescribed sizes, 65mm through 80mm.  

How the seminar works: First there is a lecture on the particular device to be fitted (it’s positive and negative features and how it folds for insertion and removal techniques. Then there is a fitting demonstration with me as the patient and Chris as the fitter. Then the individual student Gyns take one of the girls or me as a fitting patient while Chris supervises the individual fitting processes; the pelvic exam (minus the PAP smear) to check for suitable pelvic anatomy needed for a correct fit and effective use of a cervical barrier; a pronounced post-pubic vault and a cervix that is not too anteverted or retroverted.

My women readers I’m sure are starting to squirm at the though of having six pelvic exams in a few days even if they don’t include PAP smears, but the girls and I are up for it and having lovely hunky knowledgeable men gently fondling our reproductive organs can be a huge turn-on which in itself is a problem when a Gyn is trying to fit the woman with a diaphragm of the correct size. That’s because if a patient becomes aroused while being fitted her vagina will tent (lengthen) so there is a good chance she will be prescribed a diaphragm that is too large with the attendant poor seal causing reduced effectiveness and discomfort that could cause a UTI.

To avoid that the Gyn should be professional and quick in his or her measurements and fitting and exchanging the correct size with a larger and smaller size so the patient can feel the difference with her fingers. That’s so if she gains or loses weight she can check with her fingers to verify her fit. A change in weight of +/-10 lbs and she should have her fit checked by a knowledgeable fitter. Usually a gain in weight requires a smaller size and a decrease in weight requires a larger size, but not always.

STI screening: Getting recent full STI panels on the five student Gyns and Emma wasn’t as difficult as I first feared. They were each able to supply a current and clean full STI panel as they had been told it was a requirement for participating in the course.

Esthetics: A few days before we left my wards and I went to Body Buffers for a full body waxing, everything but eyebrows and scalp hair. The dresser who travels with me also works at Body Buffers as an Esthetician for a few elite clients and we all go to her. She gives our pubes the smoothest and the least painful waxing of any Brazilian Esthetician I’ve ever used. My girls call her pubes waxing our ‘ballet bushes’, meaning there isn’t a trace of pubic hair anywhere on any of us when she is through. Women working in erotic dance and as escorts have long known that waxed pubes are the easiest to keep clean and provide the best line under very small gossamer costumes as well as a smooth surface for a man’s bush to rub against when we are entered from the front.

Emma: One of the student Gyns brought along his twenty-seven y/o wife, Emma, who is using the Symptothermal method of contraception (that measures basal body temp, cervical position and cervical fluid) backed by a fertility computer and condoms during her fertile days. I thought she might be a hindrance to the seminar. However, I found she and her husband are very broadminded about sex among friends. Too, she has been interested in trying cervical barriers in lieu of condoms and being fitted with CBs she was thrilled as much as the other girls to have the opportunity to enjoy intimate relations with each of the student Gyns. We all felt that sampling six new men known to be STI free and knowledgeable about female anatomy; the five student Gyns and Chris was a chance not to be missed.   

The girls, including Emma, spent half a day with each Gyn then moved to a different one, Chris making the sixth Gyn, and each gave his ‘patient’ road tests of their barriers so all six of us girls were able to have sex with each of the six men.  Jack had been called away to London on estate business so with Emma, my four wards and me that gave us a one-to-one ratio of women to men, ideal for a seminar of this nature that requires women circulating between partners so the Gyns can learn about how different women react and different barriers feel. Important knowledge when they will be counseling patients about their choice of a cervical barrier. Then we all move to the study fitting and trial of a different device. The cervical barriers being studied and fitted are: 1. Ortho All-Flex arcing spring – included because while manufacturer discontinued there are still so many in use. 2. The Milex Arcing spring and, 3. The silicone Omniflex, coil spring rim. 4. The latex Reflexions flat spring, 5.The Caya single size contoured rim and 6. The FemCap.  The seminar is going extremely well and is being enjoyed by all concerned as we get to sleep with a different man each night.

The last two days will be spent giving the student Gyns experience with Ballet-sex, dive-sex and under-thrusting coil spring and Caya diaphragms. Usually the last day(s) of a seminar are noted for the attendees disappearing, but that won’t be the case with this one because there is nowhere for them to go and no attending heterosexual male is going to miss two days of ballet-sex in the studio and dive-sex (in the Abbey’s heated pool) with lovely, young, experienced and very tight muscled girls. Jack had twelve sets of SCUBA gear with OTS Guardian FFMs, tanks and a portable air compressor for refilling tanks as well as a Divemaster laid on for our day of dive-sex training. I’m CD17 and all of us are luteal except Emma who is fertile and overdue to ovulate. She thinks it is due to the stress of being with so many new men, which is probably the case.

Coaching Emma: Since Emma would be having sex with her husband plus five new men repeatedly over in interval of four days and she wasn’t as sexually experienced as the rest of us girls I took her aside and taught her a bit about penetrative sex with multiple partners. Things like making sure she inserted the prefilled disposable (surface size 5ml or the 10ml for dive-sex prefilled applicators) of Dive Gel+ before her first encounter with each new man and to urinate before and immediately after sex to minimize the likelihood of UTIs an YIs from the different bacteria from so many men over such a short time and to check the placement of her diaphragm or cap immediately before and again immediately after each act of IC.  

Fortunately Emma took ballet in school and has continued adult pointe classes after her work as an office manager for an engineering Co. in London. She also routinely practices Kegels with one inch Pyrex Ben Wa balls and I found she is tightly muscled when I checked her pelvic anatomy to make sure she was physically suitable for the seminar.   It’s amazing how many Gyn and ER doctors’ marry sexually adventuresome women who take pointe and Emma is relatively good for someone taking only three ninety minute classes a week. Jack had previously alerted her husband about how the seminar was set up so she knew to bring practice clothes and pointe shoes (she wears Grishko 2007s) and we all take class in the tower studio that had been built for Cyndi where I have practiced for years.

I was fortunate and managed to catch her a few days before we arrived and discussed the desirability of having her pubes waxed, if for no other reason that there would be a lot of activity down there and even a tightly trimmed bush tends to get in the way with that much activity. She was already ahead of me and had booked a full body waxing.  I suggested that since she would be new to ballet-sex she might want to stop by a local dance shop, she went to Dancia International (the one in Drury Lane), to be fitted for hard shanked Gaynor Minden shoes for her introduction to ballet-sex. Otherwise she would have had to wear her Grishko 2007s which I think would have been very unpleasant for her.
