So many men, so little time!

The Caya contoured diaphragm

The Photo: A one-size-fits-most Caya silicone diaphragm showing the names of the major features and the dimensions.

New semen in my vagina: Returning readers will recall that my current group of Personal Assistant candidates: Cinnamon, Fern, Heather, Holly, Iris, Ivy and Jasmine and their male partners: Doc, Dopy, Sleepy, Happy, Grumpy, Sneezy and Bashful were first mentioned in my post for February 4th so their nine week pelvic training intensive is well underway and the girls (with hot soaks, ibuprofen and liniment) are becoming used to having eight or more acts of deep vaginal penetration to orgasm every day not to mention identifying and manipulating their vaginal muscle groups to train them for Pompoir. I had originally thought that eight weeks would be sufficient, but the first weeks pace was physically harder on the girls than many of them would be able to continue so I extended it to nine and included Anya’s and my partners in the male rotation as well so the girls get to rotate through nine men and Anya and I do too.

Anya says I was looking out for myself, but I like to think I was being lenient on the girls as vaginal epithelium is very delicate and too much of the wrong, especially dry, stimulation can put a woman physically out of action for penetrative vaginal sex for weeks and mentally for longer. The men are not on performance enhancers since one of the tasks of the trainees is to arouse their partners who by now are operating near the limit of their sexual performing capability. The men rotate to a different girl each day so there is the excitement of a new partner with his and her unique look, scent, taste, feel and style of lovemaking that keeps things interesting and since I’m fertile I love having a man fill me with his sperm! Of course when I’m fertile I’m double bagged with an Oves screwed down on my ripe cervix and a Reflexions latex flat spring over that so I should be quite safe but the thrill of something going wrong and me ending up carrying one of the trainer’s baby is just so unbelievably arousing! I’d have it sucked out of course as I haven’t spent thirty-five years keeping my body in top physical condition to have a man’s sperm push it all out of shape and take a year off my performing life.

Beguiling a partner with Caya: As this is written I’m CD 12 and fertile. Any woman reading this can surely tell I’m having such a good time with the new men – the ones helping train the candidates for intimate Personal Assistants positions with Taryn’s new personnel placement group. For women using a diaphragm there is no better way to get a man interested in that device than to ask him to ‘help’ with its insertion. The Caya with its nylon arcing spring rim, smaller cervical cup, grip dimples, relief arch and removal dome is easier to insert and remove than the traditional circular latex or silicone diaphragms previously available.

From a male partner’s perspective the Caya’s upturned relief arch which fits up behind the pubic bone minimizes the likelihood that he will hit the anterior rim; and the slightly textured matte surface of the cervical cup increases his sensation thrusting against it are improvements over the traditional diaphragm. And I’ve found that very well endowed men who can reach into my posterior fornix when I’m entered from behind enjoy thrusting into Caya’s soft rim spring.

I’m becoming much more of a fan of Caya, especially as a toy. Returning readers will recall that even though I wear a U.S. dress size two I’m at the upper design limit of the Caya since I take a conventional 80 mm diaphragm. Consequently I’ve been a bit apprehensive of its effectiveness for me. However, now that I’m using it more I’ve found that Caya consistently develops a strong suction (more about that below) and I’ve never had it displace. So now I’m learning to relax while using it especially with a well endowed partner because in missionary he can push the sloping anterior side of the 55mm cervical cup deeper into my anterior fornix than the suction in the cup has pulled it and move the relief arch enough to caress my G-spot. That way I get G-spot and A-spot orgasms simultaneously which turns me into a gasping, moaning, mewing, quivering, boneless mess making it very difficult - even with very strong feet and ankles - to remain balanced en pointe when taken while standing backed against a wall or studio mirror! Of course depending on each woman’s pelvic anatomy and her partner’s size she may, or may not, find Caya as much fun as I do.

A clever Caya wearer will first show her partner how she inserts and how she removes it before letting him try. I’ve found that my lovers are very interested in learning how to insert and remove my diaphragm correctly as they get a thrill from helping me protect myself so they don’t need to wear condoms. They are also very quick learners though most want to try inserting and removal far more times than they need and I let them because we both enjoy them with their hands in my vagina. Expressing the remaining air from the cup with the fingers during insertion is something I always do and teach my partners to do it correctly because it increases the suction insuring a better seal which I find comforting. It is also something that my partners love to do as they get to play with my vagina and ‘accidently’ caress my clitoris shaft with a thumb causing me to gasp and moan while giving them confidence that my cervix is well protected. I believe that since I’m at the upper design limit of the Caya the stronger the suction in the cup the safer I am from the possibility of my Cays displacing or rotating and a partner under-thrusting the rim.

Possible problems with a male partner helping with insertion are: 1) The wearer could become aroused and her vagina lengthen (tent) making it more difficult (or sometimes impossible) to get the posterior rim behind the woman’s cervix and deep into her posterior fornix if he has short fingers. Although lying on her back and pushing down will force her cervix closer to the entrance to her vagina so that pushing the folded rim along the back wall of the vagina should get the rim beneath and behind the cervix. Once he thinks the Caya is correctly placed her partner should feel for her cervix under the cup to make sure Caya is correctly positioned. It is important that the woman check behind her partner to double check her cervix is indeed in the cup. 2) The male partner may in some instances become so aroused that he ejaculates before penetration. However, this can be seen as an advantage as his refractory interval will allow time for him to give his partner her pleasure with his fingers before another erection will allow him to penetrate her and fill her with semen.

A caution: The Caya is a one-size-fits-most device. Very petite or very tall women may not be able to use Caya effectively because it was designed to be used by women who take the four most commonly prescribed sizes of traditional diaphragms; 65mm, 70, 75 and 80mm. Additionally, the wearer must have a well defined retropubic niche 1 to 2 cm deep into which the relief arch will fit properly, which most women do.

Stamina and Pianissimo shanks, Dive-sex, GeniGel

The lavender polymer block and shank of a pair of Pianissimo shanked GM pointes

The photo: The satin and padding stripped away to expose the unitized toe-box and shank of a Pianissimo (very flexible) shanked Gaynor Minden pointe shoe.

Pianissimo GM pointes for stamina: I haven’t talked about the use of Pianissimo (very flexible) shanked pointe in stamina training, because the women have to have very strong feet before they can wear Pianissimo shanks safely. That being the case it is mostly upper form St Lucy’s girls or escort trainees with extensive pointe training who train in pianissimo shanked pointes. As returning readers may know Pianissimo shanked shoes have violet polymer blocks and shanks and come in a violet bag. They are also marvelous as bedshoes. For stamina training and bedshoes suede tips are a must.

Hard shanks (of green polymer and in a green bag) are used during performances and ballet-sex encounters to minimize the effort required for extended time on our toes, but training in Pianissimo shanked shoes develops the stamina so the wearer can enjoy her experience.

Gliding in Gaynors: One of the things I teach my ballet students, wards and escort trainees is how to glide almost soundlessly en pointe while walking around building stamina for performances before audiences as well as sexual encounters. It’s a matter of gently transferring weight from the rear to the front foot while striding forward. You can think of it as a sort of bourrĂ©e in slow motion with a longer stride. Silently gliding across the floor en pointe shows off the line of the leg beautifully.  It also displays the dancer’s strength. That’s because it takes amazing skill and strength to control her weight transfer soundlessly and her speed across the floor. Gaynor Minden pointes are best for gliding as the blocks won’t melt, the shanks last a long time and the padding makes them virtually soundless while suede tips on the platforms makes them ideal for extended interval performances or encounters while providing superb traction.

Pool Boy effect – the downside: The surge in diaphragm usage by young girls using them as flood insurance – cervical protection during underwater sex – has an unintended consequence. Most of the young women are on hormonal contraceptives and many of those are on the pill which requires strict adherence to taking it correctly, a fact that our clinic is careful to have a patient understand when being fitted for a diaphragm to be used primarily for flood insurance. Apparently wearing a diaphragm w/o spermicide for flood insurance has given some girls fitted at other clinics a false sense of security that they no longer need to be careful to take their birth control pills correctly. This lapse has led to unintended pregnancies in young sexually inexperienced girls using diaphragms for flood insurance.

Thanksgiving day sex: Bea, Willow, Kassi and I were CD13 and fertile for Thanksgiving The Swan Twins, Odette and Odile, who in addition to having frameless GyneFix copper bead IUDs implanted are now on Yaz to increase their breast size were not.  Given that I was fertile and would probably have dive-sex I double bagged with an Oves cervical cap screwed down tight on my ripe cervix and then wore a latex Reflexions flat spring diaphragm over the Oves. It is almost impossible for a man to even intentionally under-thrust properly sized Reflexions so I could relax and enjoy myself as I was taken to ecstasy by each of my lovers.

Bea, because of her age was the most sought after by my male guests, but there were plenty of encounters for the rest of us even though the Swan Twins seemed jealous of Bea being in such demand even after the twins increased their rack size by a full cup by taking the 24/4 regimen pill Yaz. Men in my circle, while they appreciate a high firm set of breasts aren’t into pneumatic ones. Bea has the looks the lovely hard body grace of a ballet dancer, amazing stamina a super tight pelvic grip and dearly loves having a variety of men as sexual partners. Her enjoyment and desire to please her partners is readily apparent and that whole package puts her in great demand.

Hard hat dive-sex: I tried to limit the dive-sex to before Thanksgiving dinner and consumption of alcohol and again Bea was the favorite because we set up the dive station for her KM SL-17B helmet in my 25 ft encounter pool for men who wanted to experience hard hat dive-sex. However, I had underestimated the demand. There were so many men wanting to experience dive-sex with a woman wearing a Kirby Morgan that they all couldn’t have been serviced by Bea alone and since I am the only other woman in my circle who has one right now I went down in my SL-17B as well to minimize the wait time. The men wore OTS Guardian FFMs since it would have taken too much time to customize neck dams for each man. The men were good natured about having sex with me rather than Bea. I can easily pass for being in my early 30s, but not 17 and I know what’s on a man’s mind when he is thrusting deep filling her tight pussy with sperm. He’s fanaticizing about impregnating her and any man who has fucked her and is honest will admit it. Fortunately Bea and I had limited our depth and bottom times for the preceding few days so we were able to service all the men w/o needing a deco stop before surfacing.

Epithelium erosion, sex and a tight vagina:  For women who have tight vaginas and very strong vaginal muscles there can be a down side to very frequent penetrative intercourse especially sex underwater.  Vaginal tissue is very delicate and being tight and with super strong muscle contractions it’s easy to erode the surface of the vaginal rugae - the epithelium, the cellular covering of internal and external body surfaces, including the lining of vessels and small cavities - to make a girl raw even if she uses a superior silicone lube like DiveGel+ if she has multiple partners in a short space of time while underwater. It has nothing to do with the woman’s stamina or muscle strength it’s just that the vagina wasn’t designed to ordinarily be that tight and get that much short term use.

Dive cluster fuck protection: To protect the female diver’s vaginal health during a series of back-to-back penetrative dive-sex encounters we are using a new product, GeniGel, from Labia Labs applied inside the sheath of an FC2 and worn by women divers – in this case Bea and me - who will be taking a series of men for penetrative sex at the bottom of an encounter pool or elsewhere underwater.

Jeff, the owner of Labia Labs and the creator of DiveGel+, developed a product – the lab name for which is GeniGel - to enhance both male and female sexual experience by increasing stimulation of the genital nerve endings, especially in the male penis and the female clitoris and G-spot. For cluster fuck protection the woman wears an FC2 with GeniGel in it so only her partner feels the stimulating effects of the gel which more than offsets any decrease in sensitivity he would ordinarily experience from sex in a nitrile sheath. Between encounters she applies a prefilled disposable applicator of GeniGel in the FC2 and she is set for the next man.

Jeff added 2% of the stimulant into the DiveGel+ formulation and may call it DiveGel++ rather than the lab name GeniGel. So the user doesn’t get it confused with the dive lube and biocide (DiveGel+) the body of the disposable applicator with the GeniGel added is textured and has a red spiral around it so it can be identified underwater and in the dark. Men who have used GeniGel during underwater sex say it is the best experience they have ever had while using a condom.

Ballet-sex exams, dome suction

Changing into Gaynors for pointe-sex training

Training for AST finals:
as the end of the school year approaches forth form girls are beginning to seriously train to be able to successfully have sex while en pointe: be able to orgasm and still retain enough control to milk their partners while remaining firmly en pointe. Being able to do that successfully and gracefully is as much an exercise in compartmentalization as it is in physical strength and stamina and it takes a lot of practice to be able to do it confidently. Even then there is an emotional component that will vary depending who the woman’s partner is and the more she likes him the more difficult it is to compartmentalize what he is doing to her to prevent going rubber-legged and falling off pointe before she orgasms and milks him. That is why we have different levels of very personable young trainers with gorgeous bodies. The students begin with a highly skilled but ordinary looking partner and as the students become more accomplished they are pared with more gorgeous partners until they can successfully have a vaginal orgasm and milk all the thick cream out of a young god w/o falling off pointe.

We start their training by having them attempt sex en pointe with a young god – taken from behind while bent over holding on to the barre - just to show them how easily a gorgeous, accomplished and attentive man can mind-fuck them so they are totally in his thrall and have so little control over their legs they can hardly stand much less remain en pointe during the encounter. That gives them some idea of the value of compartmentalization and why they need to be able to master it to have successful sex en pointe regardless of their previous ballet training. St Lucy’s AST girls get a break, being allowed to practice and take the exam wearing Gaynor Minden pointes rather than their performance shoes made of traditional materials. Escort trainees are required to pass the exam wearing shoes made of traditional materials which takes an additional level of strength and stamina.

UNLV women and dive protection: As swimsuit season draws nearer the sorority women are spending more time at the gym toning their bodies for bikini weather and spending time at Body Buffers having their estheticians give them Brazilian bikini wax treatments to remove all but a tiny ‘landing strip’ of pubic hair so no man will think they are underage. I prefer being totally waxed of all hair except eyebrows and scalp hair because I think it presents a more flowing line under a thong, but it’s a matter of personal preference.

A lot of sorority women, especially grad students who are more adventuresome, are asking to be fitted with latex flat spring diaphragms for use as gas-guards for protection during underwater sex. Many started out trying FemCap, but found that the fit wasn’t quite right or their partners hit the removal strap or the edge of the brim and found FemCap uncomfortable. While diaphragms aren’t suitable for every woman for those who are young and have a deep post pubic vault and don’t have a latex allergy the Reflexions can be extremely effective.

Diaphragms have really caught on at UNLV after the ‘Ringlets’ wore Milex Omniflex diaphragms while on a diving trip to Cancun during the Christmas break. [For more about that see my post for January 21, 2012.] But the Omniflex was being used to hold NuvaRings in place during occasional underwater vanilla sex. What the sorority sisters coming in for fittings want now is to get the huge increase in under-thrust protection provided by Reflexions flat spring rim diaphragms (over that provided by silicone Omniflex) when they need gas guards during dive-sex.

Omniflex and Reflexions are equally as effective during vanilla sex, but Omniflex can be easily under-thrust if the male partner knows how while, as I’ve previously mentioned it is almost impossible to under-thrust a flat spring rim and maximum protection is what’s needed to enjoy frequent and worry free dive-sex. I’m so pleased that more young women are finding or switching to Reflexions because that’s what I’ve been trying to get women divers to do for years. It seems to be catching on since it’s become common knowledge locally that elite escorts specializing in dive-sex now wear them, though that usage began for latex fetish reasons as I mentioned in an earlier post.

Reflexions diaphragms – increasing dome suction: for a woman who has strong vaginal muscle tone and is not allergic to latex and is serious about maximizing the effectiveness of her diaphragm I think that the Reflexions flat spring is her best choice. That’s because its thin strong spring folds in a single plane making it nearly impossible to under-thrust or displace during intercourse and the rim won’t distort on SCUBA dives deeper than 10 meters. Readers not interested in the details of maximizing the effectiveness of the Reflexions should skip this section.

One of the tricks that I’ve found helps stabilize a diaphragm is to increase the vacuum in the dome prior to needing it for both contraception and upper reproductive tract protection (URP) during dive sex. But increasing the vacuum in the dome doesn’t work for everyone. To stand the best chance of being able to increase dome suction a latex diaphragm should be used because the dome is stretchier than silicone ones. It is also important for the woman to have a well defined post-pubic vault and a very well fitting diaphragm so that the when correctly inserted the anterior rim is in the wearer’s pubic notch when she is unaroused.

Another factor, vaginal rugae; the transverse ridges or folds in the vaginal epithelium, the thick mucous membrane coating the wall of a healthy vagina, that allow it to expand in length and diameter during arousal and child birth, is important in developing a strong vacuum. In some older women or women who are estrogen deficient the rugae are thinner or not as flexible so the rim might not be able to sink into the soft tissue enough to grip the vaginal walls to develop a strong seal. For these women the diaphragm and spermicide combination will work effectively to kill the few sperm that leak past the rim during vanilla sex, but may not sustain a strong suction (or any suction) in the dome that would provide additional seal stability necessary for effective URP during dive-sex.

For women whose anatomies will permit it pumping down is done by the wearer inserting the Reflexions and placing it correctly so her cervix is covered by the dome and the anterior rim is in her pubic notch. Then squatting and pushing down as she would to have a bowel movement which pushes her cervix toward the entrance to her vagina. Since the diaphragms posterior rim is behind the cervix and the anterior rim in the pubic notch the rim is held against her pubic bone and the dome is filled and stretched by the cervix so that any remaining air in the folds of the dome is squeezed out. After three or for compressions like that the vacuum in the dome is sufficiently increased so that most wearers whose anatomies permit increasing dome suction can feel slight pressure on the cervix from the dome being stretched tight over the tip of the cervix. At removal the wearer has to insert a finger between the vaginal wall and the rim to break the seal and release the vacuum.

For me a really nice thing about pumping down the vacuum in a Reflexions diaphragm is that the latex stretches over the cervix as the vacuum pulls it into the void created by the anterior fornix causing a slight upward pressure on the cervix that I mentioned. Some women can’t stand the feeling, but I love it as it’s a sign that my barrier is in place and under strong vacuum making it even harder to displace no matter how large or rough my partner might be.
