The FC2, NuvaRing and CSH at St Lucy’s

The FC2 nitrile female condom

The Photo: An FC2 female condom made of nitrile Correct use of the FC2 is the starting point for St Lucy’s students in the contraceptives portion of my Contemporary Sexual Health course and an option in the dive-sex portion of my Advanced Sexual Techniques course.  The FC2 is a nitrile sheath or pouch 17 cm (6.7 in) in length. At each end there is a flexible ring. At the closed end of the sheath, the flexible ring is inserted into the vagina to hold the female condom in place. The other end of the sheath stays outside the vulva at the entrance to the vagina.

St Lucy’s Contemporary Sexual Health (CHS) course: All St Lucy’s students who have reached menarche are required to take CSH. Lab training begins with the FC2 female condom. First, how to insert correctly, then with condoms inserted the entire class practicing penetration with dildos in an encounter salle and then in an encounter pool and after that individually with lab partners from UNLV.

Morning Wood and hypersexuality: Returning readers will recall that Morning Wood is my psychiatrist helping me to more effectively manage my responsibilities as a Goddess of Aphrodite by channeling my hypersexuality into higher payback projects.  I don’t really care for the term Nymphomania, but I really, really like having sex with men! For more about hypersexuality Click HERE

Readers may also remember that he is sweetly delusional about me in that if around me for more than thirty minutes he comes to believe I’m his dead wife Jenna who was a ballerina with the San Francisco Ballet killed in an auto accident with their infant son several years ago. In that delusional state he functions normally except for introducing me to friends as ‘Jenna’ and is one of the most skilled and considerate lovers I’ve ever had.  He has asked me, as Jenna, to renew their wedding vows which for me would mean I’d be marrying him and so far I’ve been successful in avoiding answering that request.

We both know that as my therapist we shouldn’t be having a sexual relationship. However, in this case the sex is so good that it’s helping both of us cope with life’s complications. Really, would I lie about something that important? Between our sexual encounters as my therapist he is trying to get me to concentrate on three areas: 1) my teaching the art of irresistible love-making at St Lucy’s, 2) my helping fit cervical barriers at a local women’s clinic and 3) celebrating the celestial events ushering in the seasons for Aphrodite all of which I see as my callings in support of the Goddess, and all in addition to my responsibilities as Artistic Director and choreographer for my ballet troupe. With some playtime left for me - in addition to mind-blowing sex with my therapist - of course.

Conservation and Jenna’s Bloch Alpha pointes: I’ve been trying to wean Marvin off Jenna’s traditionally made pointe-shoes. The ones she bought and sweated in are becoming a scarce and non renewable resource. Not because Bloch Alpha shoes aren’t available, but because new ones that I break in won’t have her scent in them.  So I have been very slowly bringing him around to accepting me in Gaynor Minden pointes with suede platforms as I  break in new pairs, getting him use to the scent of my sweat, blood and toe-cheese as it interacts with the inside lining of well used GM shoes. Hard shanked suede tipped GM pointes are so much more comfortable to wear, last so much longer and provide so much better support during ballet-sex.

Diva Cup and coitial discharge: An off list use for a menstrual cup (my circle and I prefer the Dive Cup, but any brand that fits should do) is as a collection device for coitial secretion control and reuse. In addition to it’s primary purpose of flow control a menstrual cup is particular useful while producing fertile cervical mucus (FCM) and after bareback intercourse if inserted shortly after withdrawal before the semen liquefies as the contents of the cup are kept away from air – to minimize odor - and at body temperature until they can be consumed by fetishists at some later more convenient time.

DCS at Splash: Divemasters at Splash watch the Towel Girls dive computers to ensure the girls don’t exceed table limits which would require deco stops to minimize the likelihood of getting decompression sickness, DCS. Occasionally a Towel Girl will tamper with her computer to show fewer hours or shallower encounter depths, or both, in order to get more work. That sort of tampering caught up with a 23 y/o blonde Red Door TG over the weekend when she had a seizure while at the bottom of a 25 ft deep encounter pool. Her client was finishing inside her and she was in the middle of what appeared (on the video) to be a marvelous orgasm when she grunted, shuddered and stopped breathing. Her client withdrew and made an emergency ascent for both of them, but it was too late for her. The video of her death will make a great snuff video for the European and Asian markets as blond Caucasians dying during dive-sex are in great demand especially in Asia.

Kassi wows the boot bar: Now that Kassi has officially come out on the local kink scene and is working for Adolph he took her to the Boot Bar at my casino to show off her skill in ballet-boots. She wore a custom made black latex catsuit from Labia Labs and a pair of her new lightly armored ballet-boots from Gepetto’s bootery and she loves them; the smell of fresh leather, leather oil, the creak of the leather as they flex as she walks, the perfect fit gripping her insteps in relative comfort and how long and lovely they make her legs look. She was a gorgeous latex clad Boot-Princess gliding across the floor on Adolph’s arm and quite a hit with the men who had come to worship at the feet of ballet-boots shod women. Morning Wood and I accompanied them just to give Kassi confidence and I was delighted to see how beautifully Adolph – a major player on the kink scene - showed her off since to him she is not only an “exquisite fuck” (his words) but a valuable business asset to use wisely.

During our time there three Boot-Knights asked permission to physically adore her boots and when Adolph granted it knelt before her and ejaculated into her spider filament laces. She left the club very pleased with herself at having that effect on men whose fresh semen added its scent to the bouquet from her boots as it splattered and ran into the tongues and laces. She told me later that when they got back to Adolph’s home he was very attentive to her needs in bed.

NuvaRing for swim team: St. Lucy’s swim team switched to the vaginal ring as the team’s preferred form of contraception. I have the ballet students on the frameless copper bead GyneFix IUD. However, several of the swim team members suffer from painful menstrual periods (dysmenorrhea) so Depo-subQ Provera 104 (the shot), Nexplanon and IUDs weren’t a good choice because of the possibility of weight gain, the implant can be seen while swimming and IUDs were too invasive.

NuvaRing can be a good choice for women with a pronounced post-pubic vault so the ring rests against the back of the pubic bone. It is a non-biodegradable, flexible, transparent, colorless to almost colorless, combination contraceptive vaginal ring, with an outer diameter of 54 mm and contains 11.7 mg etonogestrel and 2.7 mg ethinyl estradiol. When placed in the vagina, each ring releases on average 0.120 mg/day of etonogestrel and 0.015 mg/day of ethinyl estradiol over a three-week period of use after which it is removed for one week. Then a new ring is inserted. And, the ring can be worn under a diaphragm if the woman needs flood protection for dive-sex.

When worn w/o a diaphragm it can be hooked and pulled out by a partner’s penis so a wearer should insert a finger immediately before and after each act to ensure the ring is in place. It can be temporarily removed for intervals of less than three hours w/o decreasing the effectiveness of a wearer’s protection. And, if it is inadvertently removed or expelled it can be rinsed in cool water and reinserted.

SCUBA diving, menstruation and DCS

Emptying a Diva Cup menstrual cup

The photo: The Diva Cup comes in two sizes. Size 1 cup is 1 11/16" (4.3 cm) in diameter and the Size 2 cup is 1 13/16" (4.6 cm) in diameter. Both cups are approximately 2 1/4" (5.7 cm) in length in the body of the cup, with another 3/8" (1 cm) stem (2 5/8" total length). Until I bought my new Diva, just before we came to Scotland for the Solstice I was wearing a size one and it worked well. However, even I have to give in to age after a while so I decided on a size 2 as I’m now 43, but my vaginal muscles are far stronger than most twenty-something ballerinas known for their amazingly tight grips.

The Diva Cup should be emptied, washed and reinserted at least twice in 24 hours and can be worn overnight without concern of leaking and it can be safely boiled if necessary to clean it. Even on heavy days I can wear it for 12 hours w/o it needing to be emptied. DivaCup holds an ounce of menstrual flow (30 ml) and as the average woman only flows about 1 to 2 ounces (30-60 ml) per cycle so most of us can go longer than 12 hours w/o emptying if necessary.

Willow’s Royal Ballet friends and menstrual dive-sex: Since the Royal Ballet is off for a few weeks Willow asked four of her more sexually adventurous girlfriends from the corps and their boyfriends to come up to the Abbey for a few days of fun and relaxation and they arrived on the overnight train in Himself’s private car that had taken Jacks guests back to their jobs in London. The girls were so amazed at the luxury, blown away really since they got to have menstrual sex all the way from Euston to Inverness and despite a large supply of thick dark red towels provided for just that eventuality managed to get His Grace’s 1,000 thread count sheets bloody. All the girls are completely waxed with the exception of scalp hair and eyebrows which makes cleaning up after menstrual sex much easier.

Three of the four have GyneFix copper IUDs implanted and are menstrual while the fourth is on combined oral contraceptives (COCs) and started a new pack w/o having withdrawal bleed (her pill period) so she can dive period free during her time at the Abbey. The GyneFix girls are wearing menstrual cups.  All were fitted with latex Reflexions FS diaphragms for flood insurance to use while having dive-sex. It’s fairly unusual for ballet dancers to have copper IUDs placed because most enjoy being period free. However, some like Willow’s friends, find they are at a secondary libidinal peak while bleeding and are far moiré creative when fertile so they feel the inconvenience of dealing with flow control is worth it to be able to enjoy the cycling of their natural hormones.

Menstruation, hormonal contraceptives and DCS: There is a correlation between increased instances of DCS and the first week of a woman’s cycle when she is menstrual especially if the woman is on strenuous long or deep dives. Less frequent or shorter less strenuous dives during her period reduce the chances of DCS significantly. There is no indication that using hormonal contraceptives increases a woman’s risk of a DCS incident.   I’m CD26 and luteal and shouldn’t start my period until this coming Friday when I expect Bea, Willow and the Swan Twins will begin to bleed as well since they are in menstrual synchrony with me.

Of course while diving menstrual flow usually stops because diving is very dehydrating since the pressure forces water out of body tissues and fills the bladder, which is why even when you empty your bladder before diving after you have been down for a while you need to urinate again. However, after surfacing menstrual flow begins again and then some of us will gush filling our menstrual protection (tampons) occasionally to over flowing which is why a menstrual cup or a diaphragm works so well as they can withstand the gush that may occur shortly after surfacing. .

EAN32: However, because Willow’s friends are bleeding and menstrual dive-sex will be strenuous for them we are all diving enriched air Nitrox (EAN) with 32% oxygen rather than the 21% oxygen in regular air to reduce the possibility of DCS incidents. In order to do that our Divemaster had to clean our regs and OTS Guardian FFMs to ensure they were safe for use with EAN32 as there is an increased risk of fire when using improperly cleaned masks and regs with high oxygen content gases. Our 80 cu ft tanks are filled from a large cylinder delivered from a dive specialty shop in Aberdeen that services the divers working in the North Sea oil fields.

Menstrual dive-sex and cramps: Almost all women who have tried having sex underwater while menstrual have reported feeling totally free of menstrual cramps after an underwater orgasm. It’s common knowledge that an orgasm during conventional (surface) sex has cramps relieving powers, but as underwater sex is thought to be kinky very little to no research has been done under dive conditions so we are left with our own and friends experiences which for the most part have been very positive as far as relieving menstrual cramps is concerned. I’m sure it’s the endorphins released during sex, especially orgasm that relax the muscles in the uterus.

Underwater: Before diving we all emptied our bowels and bladders and our partners (chosen by coin flips among all nine of us girls) got to watch as we each inserted our latex flat spring diaphragms and then had the lucky guy insert two fingers and feel the cervix under the stretchy rubber membrane. then we let him insert a 10ml disposable applicator of silicone based DiveGel+ - which is a lubricant and biocide - and depress the plunger to add waterproof lube for the moving parts. Then we entered the water. The guys loved ‘helping’ and it was a fun way to get them invested in our safety.

Diving the cistern for dive-sex each girl has one leg tethered to an ankle leash connected to an iron ring on the cistern floor and there is a ring set into the floor in the center of each bay. After being tethered her buoyancy comp is inflated to keep her more or less stable while her partner moves between her spread legs and after pushing aside her bikini thong caresses her clitoral shaft to give her her first underwater orgasm as she sucks gas her bubbles rush to the surface and she quivers, moans, mews and gasps in her mask. Then he pushes inside her and grasps her buns to hold himself as deep in her as possible as he begins a series of thrusts caressing her G-spot before her muscular orgiastic contractions tip her over the edge into ecstasy taking him shuddering and gasping with her filling her with hundreds of millions of sperm as his body tries again for immortality.

Videoing porn during a 6 ATA dive

Looking toward the surface of Adolph’s training facility

Videoing in ‘The Well’:
When the Producer from Taryn’s Adult Media video crew (in town to video the ‘French Schoolgirl’ story) saw Adolph’s 200 ft deep training facility, which we call ‘The Well’, she decided to have the script rewritten to have The Well included in the video. It wasn’t as though there was a lot of dialogue to rewrite since the audio will be background music and the sound of gas being sucked through demand valves, moans and gasps of the copulating couple and roar of bubbles rushing toward the surface. The change worked out well since I wanted to give Gigi her first 200 foot (6 atmospheres) dive and she was going to help me clean up the debris, primarily contraceptive devices and bits of bondage apparatus off the bottom. The bottom was overdue for a cleaning since the last time Taryn and I had cleaned it was in December of last year and the debris hadn’t been picked up since.

Deep diving and Reflexions as a gas-guard: The Director wanted the obligatory underwater teen sexual encounter for this sort of video and since Gigi has had sex with Adolph several times and enjoyed him being rough with her we figured why not give her two bites of the apple and let her experience his style of lovemaking at 6 atmospheres and she was enthusiastic about the opportunity. She would wear her Reflexions gas-guard since 200 feet below the surface is no place for something to go wrong during sex. Returning readers will remember that the Reflexions flat spring diaphragm is the only style that can safely protect a diver below 10 meters (30 feet) since the rims of other styles will distort and cause leakage at depths below 30 feet. That isn’t usually a problem because there are so few training facilities deeper than 30 feet, but in my 68 ft deep pool and Adolph’s 216 ft deep facility Ortho or Milex diaphragms are useless below 30 feet. Of course an embolism is an embolism and is either extremely serious or fatal. It’s bad enough if an air bubble is forced into the vagina in water at any depth, but the deeper the woman is when that happens the larger the bubble becomes as it expands during her ascent. So if a woman’s gas-guard failed at a depth of 200 feet the bubble would expand to 5 times its size when it entered her bloodstream by the time she reached the surface, almost certainly assuring her death.

Adolph and contraception: Adolph is a very dangerous man for a woman to have sex with if she is serious about avoiding pregnancy. One of his favorite tricks is to provide ‘vitamin supplement’ pills to the female students sent to him for training. This supplement has a progestin receptor blocker in it that makes the woman’s hormonal birth control worthless. There is some initial withdrawal bleeding as her body adjusts to the lack of a continuous level of progestin which he explains away by saying it’s a side effect of altitude diving – his facility is 3,000 feet above sea level – and the extreme depth of his training facility. Not even women with traditional IUDs (Mirena and ParaGard) are safe because he will try to pull them out by the strings during a training exercise. While the wearer is menstrual, when her cervix is low and soft, she will rarely feel it being removed. That’s more difficult to do with a woman who has a Mirena inserted because 20% of them stop bleeding completely, but if he can reach the strings he can pull it out.

With the young ones who have recently had IUDs inserted it’s relatively easy for him to do and he’s getting better at it with practice. Adolph says that getting a trainee pregnant, even after the pregnancy is terminated, gives him a powerful psychological hold over her that no other domination technique will since she has experienced his ability to tamper with her reproductive biology which most young Subs don’t realize is possible until it happens to them. Most trainees he impregnates say that while they feel violated they find themselves bonding very closely with him. Perhaps that’s a little known aspect of the Stockholm Syndrome. In recent months he has had about a 20% pregnancy rate with the women sent to him for training. When they test positive He will send them to the casino’s reproductive health clinic for menstrual extractions which are much quicker and more effective than taking Mifeprex. The only IUD that Adolph hasn’t yet tampered with is the GyneFix which has no strings and which is implanted deep in the muscle of the fundus. Although, there have been GyneFix expulsions during intense cervical thrusting encounters that caused severe uterine cramping. The expulsions are thought to be because the device was improperly implanted. GyneFix expulsions have diminished almost to zero since new implantation techniques were developed several years ago.

Gigi has a GyneFix implanted so as far as pregnancy is concerned she is as safe as possible. And, Adolph agreed to leave her Reflexions gas-guard in place, which I insist on when he has underwater penetrative sex with me or any of the women in my inner circle. Even so, I went to the bottom of the well with Gigi, Adolph and the video crew breathing Trimix just to make certain he didn’t compromise her upper reproductive tract protection. The water is a constant 85° F and it took us a while to descend all the way to the bottom at 216 feet as we manipulated our masks to equalize the pressure. We all wore string bikinis weight belts and flippers – including the camera crew - except Adolph who was in a Slingshot. We used Adolph’s deep dive gear. Ocean Technologies Guardian FFMs equipped for Trimix and a Trimix blend of 19/30 in Worthington HP steel X8-130 twin sets with a tank cluster of 100% oxygen pre-positioned at our 40 ft. deco stop accessed by a quick disconnect to a gas block switch worn on the tank harness waist belt.

FFMs for deep dives: The importance of a using an FFM for deep dives and dive-sex can’t be overemphasized. For dive-sex if it gets rough for the woman having her cervix rammed can cause her to expel her reg at best that interrupts the moment. At worst she ingests enough water that she needs to terminate the dive. The other reason a FFM is so important is in case of decompression sickness (DCS) or oxygen toxicity where the diver might pass out or have a seizure and expel his/her regulator and it may be impossible for a dive buddy to get the reg back in his/her mouth. That is a very common cause of dive fatalities especially where the ascent will take too long for there to be a reasonable chance of survival w/o being able to breathe. The only down-side to using FFMs during dive-sex is that it’s impractical to give cunilingus or fellatio while using one.

We didn’t dive for two days before the 6 ATA dive to minimize our nitrogen loading so we could stay down as long as possible and we took a Divemaster who was responsible for the dive safety of all the divers so we could pay attention to what was happening as far as the video storyline and the cleanup were concerned. On the bottom Gigi shed her fins, weight-belt and tanks (which she kept right beside her) and straddled Adolph who was on his back lying comfortably on the padded twin-set tank harness while the tanks were broad enough to provide a stable base for a penetrative encounter. She helped him out of his cup and he was already massively erect. She checked the position of her gas-guard and her lube, nodded and lowered herself onto his erection and gasped when he entered her.

We had talked about how she should take him before the dive and she followed my suggestion. She wrapped her legs around his hips and tightening her legs pulled herself further on to his shaft a bit at a time until he was fully inside her. She said later that she was afraid he would be able to hit her cervix, but she has been thinking how much fun it would be getting pumped full of highly motile German sperm 200 feet below the surface and had psyched her self into nearly full arousal while we were still descending. Once she found he wasn’t able to hurt her she bore down forcing her cervix to push against the tip of his shaft through the stretchy latex membrane of her gas-guard – just to show him he was very close, but unable to reach her prize on his own. With her strong vaginal muscles she was able give herself G-spot orgasms and get them both off several times while the camera crew was recording the encounter. I’ve rarely seen Adolph as exhausted after a sexual encounter, but Gigi tired him out which she and I were very pleased about because shortly after she pulled herself off him he started his ascent leaving us to collect the contraceptive and BDSM debris off the bottom and the camera crew to record it for a ‘behind the scenes’ segment for the blue-tooth version of the video.

Discarded contraceptives inventory:

Ortho latex Coil spring diaphragm: two, 70 & 75mm with tears in the dome
Latex Ortho coil spring diaphragms: two 65 mm one of which had a tear in the dome.
Silicone All-Flex arcing spring diaphragms, six of various, but mostly 65 mm sizes two of which had punctures in the domes.
Cooper Surgical (Milex) Omniflex silicone diaphragms: three a 65 mm and 70 mm
Reflexions latex flat spring diaphragm: five 70 and 75 mm.
FemCaps: four one small 22 mm and three mediums size, 26 mm
Prentif Cavity rim cervical caps: one 22 mm.
Oves cervical caps: three a 26 mm and two 28 mm
ParaGard framed copper IUDs: four, two with bent frames
Mirena, IUD: 1 with a bent frame
FC1 condoms: 2
FC2 condoms: 23
Filled DiveGel applicators: 4
Empty DiveGel applicators: 45
Filled Semécide applicators: 2
Empty Semécide applicators: 54
Filled Conceptrol spermicide applicators: 2
Empty Conceptrol spermicide applicators: 7

From the Number and type contraceptive products we found it seems clear that women being sent for training at a facility deeper than 30 feet are still not being told that if a diaphragm was to be used for training only a Reflexions flat spring latex diaphragm would provide under-thrust and distortion free protection down to at least 200 feet. I’ve told Adolph I would check the fit of his trainees gas-guards and give them a Reflexions to properly protect themselves (Adolph has an account with our clinic), but he seems to like to let most of the women take their chances, knowing any gas-guard other than Reflexions, or a FemCap, used below 30 feet will be ineffective. The only positive thing in this last inventory is that no GyneFix implants totally dislodged while their wearer’s were in the water.

Bottom sweep conclusions: As before the previous bottom sweep inventory all the women sent for training in the past 5 months are adults, tall, beautiful and slim. Therefore, it seems likely that the 65 mm silicone All-Flex devices were too small (under-sizing is a common mistake made by inexperienced fitters) making them easier to dislodge and expel. The number of full lube and spermicide applicators on the bottom suggests that the women were nervous about being in training and not confident about the use of vaginal applicators. Additionally, a lot of their diaphragms or caps are being either expelled or intentionally pulled out by their partner/instructors. That being the case one hopes they are being removed after providing protection as gas-guards during dive-sex since upper reproductive tract protection from a pelvic infection by pool water or an embolism is vital to the woman’s safety.

A contraception failure is a different matter entirely since it can be taken care of easily with emergency contraception especially since Ella is now available in the U.S. And pregnancy at least through the 8th week with Mifeprex or later by vacuum extraction so while it might put the woman in a moral quandary she has options readily available. That isn’t the case if she gets an embolism because her gas guard was pulled out during dive-sex before she was penetrated or it was under-thrust.

The ascent: After we cleaned up the bottom our ascent was uneventful. During our 20 minute deco stop at 40 feet breathing O2 the camera crew and I all masturbated to take care of our arousal from watching Gigi and Adolph fuck each other’s brains out. Gigi really enjoyed her encounter with Adolph because of the depth at which it occurred – she found breathing Trimix ‘awesome’ - and because he let her be in charge and she loved that from a man who can be so demanding and brutal most of the time. We both knew he was doing that for the camera and she probably won’t find him that easy to control again.

Entonox as a fetish gas

An Entonox cylinder with hose and mouthpiece

Entonox:
A friend on the West Coast has been asking about my experience with Entonox. Entonox is nitrous oxide mixed 50:50 with oxygen and is a commonly used method of obstetric analgesia with maintenance of consciousness. It may also be used in the setting of minor procedures in the trauma department where transient analgesia is required. It is most often administered via a demand valve for self administration. A safety feature is that the mother controls administration.

Entonox takes 30 seconds to act and continues for approximately 60 sec after inhalation has ceased. For optimum effect in obstetric patients inhalation should start when the contraction tightens to co-ordinate the maximal effect with the central painful part of the contraction. There are minimal cardiovascular, respiratory or neurological side effects. It should not be used in patients with a pneumothorax or by SCUBA divers within 24 hours of their last dive.

The Medical Gas Data Sheet for Entonox: The MGDS for Entonox cab be found at: http://www.bocsds.com/uk/sds/medical/entonox.pdf some of its cautions are:

Entonox should not be used for more than a total of 24 hours, or more frequently than every 4 days, without close clinical supervision and hematological monitoring. Entonox is non flammable but strongly supports combustion and should not be used near sources of ignition. It will cause substances to burn vigorously, including some materials that do not normally burn in air due to the high concentration of oxygen within the mixture. It is highly dangerous in the presence of oils, greases, tarry substances and many plastics due to the risk of spontaneous combustion in the presence of oxygen in relatively high concentrations. Smoking should be prohibited when using Entonox.

Where moisturizing preparations are required for use with a facemask or in nasal passages, oil based creams should not be used. Check that hands are clean and free from any oils or grease. Where alcohol gels are used to control microbiological cross-contamination ensure that all alcohol has evaporated before handling Entonox cylinders or equipment.

Entonox and Lactation: There are no known adverse effects to using Entonox during the breast-feeding period, which I was glad to learn.

Entonox availability: Availability is tightly controlled because it is a potentially dangerous anesthetic gas. My supply comes from the large women’s clinic owned by the casino I work for which has a license primarily for obstetrical use and a small clinical trial ‘for the relief of cervical discomfort during intense intercourse with physically mismatched male partners’ using escort candidate trainees as the study population. The St Lucy’s supply is licensed for: ‘Physiology laboratory studies of intimate feminine pain during intercourse’, which is basically the same study, but with sexually active St Lucy’s girls. Nothing like telling it like it is! Even so, for personal use Entonox is difficult obtain so it’s a special treat to use when a cylinder of it becomes available.

A warning to the adventuresome: For safety reasons Entonox should NOT be used as a gas while SCUBA diving. That’s because the gas can collect in cavities in the diver’s body leading to decompression sickness (DCS) and below 60 feet there is a greatly increased risk of oxygen toxicity. However, for those who are willing to accept the risks of DCS to try Entonox while diving there are some equipment requirements. Always dive with a buddy who is not using Entonox so that if the Entonox user gets in trouble there will be someone to get him/her to the surface. Because of the high concentration of oxygen in Entonox the SCUBA FFMs used should be at least Nitrox 40 compatible so the effect on valves and seals of the second stage reg from the highly reactive oxygen will not be too rapid. Frequent maintenance of dive gear used with Entonox is highly recommended. Dosing requirements on Entonox can vary greatly depending on the weight and metabolism of the user so self administration is the best dosing regimen rather than supplying it directly through a SCUBA type regulator which may provide too little or in a few cases too much.

Entonox for fetish use: It’s not clear to me if it’s safe to use surplus rubber gasmasks with Entonox. My guess is that it’s not due to the reactive nature of the high oxygen content of the gas. New polycarbonate gasmasks like the Mestel SGE 400 and Nitrox capable SCUBA FFMs like the Ocean Reef Space Raptor used with Entonox must be cleaned of all oils and greases and all oily moisturizers and cosmetics should be removed from the faces of users before donning a mask to breathe Entonox to prevent the possibility of the mixture combining with the oils and spontaneously combusting inside the mask. Rubber enclosure suits should be tested for use with Entonox - before being worn for an Entonox encounter - to determine if the rubber material and latex cleaners and polishes can be used safely with high concentrations of oxygen even though the suit itself may not be pressurized by the gas.

Entonox at St Lucy’s: I don’t hold Entonox dive-labs for St Lucy’s girls because of the considerable danger involved, though some do get to experience the anesthetic effects of Entonox while wearing special medical grade silicone encasement suits for penetrative sex with extremely well endowed men – as covered under the school’s clinical trial protocol. That’s why they need self administered Entonox, to minimize the pain from having their cervixes rammed by a man who is a bit too large to be a safe partner for them.

In order to participate in the Entonox encasement suit sex-lab each student must be using an effective contraceptive method other than hormonal contraceptives and an Entonox lab participant must have a signed waver from her parents or guardian. The reason for excluding students using HCs is that women on HCs have difficulty becoming aroused and that means their vaginas don’t lengthen (tent) so they are at greater risk of having the ligaments holding the uterus in place torn by a large ramming penis (especially when using Entonox to mask the pain when that is occurring) Torn major support ligaments will cause it to drop and the cervix to be at the entrance to or protruding from the vagina. There is an operation that can reattach the uterus where it originally was, but it isn’t particularly successful as the ligaments that were originally torn don’t contract as much to cause the uterus to pull up and out of the way of a thrusting penis, which is similar to the hormonal contraceptive side effect that caused the original problem. Most students have GyneFix IUDs implanted or use cervical barriers so that doesn’t exclude too many students.

At St Lucy’s the students wear Ocean Reef Space Raptor FFMs that have been upgraded by the schools Divemaster for use with Entonox. The woman’s primary air is supplied from a standard SCUBA cylinder of Nitrox I – to ensure there are no reactive contaminants in the gas - on a trolley by the student’s lab-bed with the Entonox being supplied directly from a separate Entonox cylinder into the masks oral nasal unit through the drinking port by means of a standard self administered demand valve.

NuvaRing dive-sex and the diaphragm: We try to discourage use of NuvaRing by women, especially very young or petite women, wanting to learn dive-sex techniques. That’s because if worn in a gas-guard / diaphragm that is less than 70 mm in diameter the ring can interfere with the seal of the gas-guard. That’s because NuvaRing has an outer diameter of 54 mm and a cross-sectional diameter of 4 mm and it has to fit inside the dome with the cervix and if the ring is caught in the anterior fornix it could be pushed under the anterior rim of the diaphragm breaking the seal and causing it to leak and making it more likely that the diaphragm can be under-thrust. The ring can be removed for up to three hours w/o decreasing the woman’s contraceptive protection, but encounters can go on longer than that or the woman forgets to reinsert and then when she reinserts she has to wait 7 days for her hormonal protection to be reestablished.

Watching Aimée get drilled: It’s always a treat watching Doug pole a small woman and seeing him penetrate Aimée was no exception! Especially since it was her first time being taken by him and she was wondering to me - before their encounter - if she could take a man with a root that thick. She’s used dildos the same size or thicker, but with those she had total control of the depth and angle of thrust so she was a bit apprehensive. I told her she would be fine as long as she could take 6 inches w/o being uncomfortable and she assured me that recently she had been able to comfortably take 6 ½ so I told her she should be fine, and she was.

I told the girls I would stay out of their way, and I did. I didn’t say I wouldn’t watch which I did on the HD ‘security’ cams positioned so they make awesome porn videos of couples in the guest suites. Would I do that? Absolutely! The videos are not for sale, just kept on file in case a participant becomes a problem and I need leverage. I loved how Doug put several hard pillows under her buns to lift her pelvis because she is tiny like me and how Aimée adjusted her hips as she spread her labia to let Doug insert two fingers to check her lube. This was the day before she got her GyneFix and was still on Cerazette and she was dry. He inserted a 10 ml prefilled applicator of DiveGel to lube her then positioned the tip of his root to penetrate her. He held her hips and with a single long thrust all 6 inches of his shaft disappeared into her hard flat belly as she arched her back, threw her head back gasped and moaned. Doug is really good with G-spot orgasms and my labia were engorged and parted, my nipples and clit became erect and my natural lube wet my thong from watching Doug take her to a shuddering, gasping then screaming climax. I jilled-off caressing my left nipple with my right hand and the shaft of my clit with my left and came as he shot his wad filling her with his seed. This week Aimée has really enjoyed being away from academic subjects and being able to concentrate on perfecting her sexual techniques.

When she took other, longer, men – the girls swapped partners occasionally during the week - she used the woman astride position until she was sure how much of them she could safely take. That way she could control the depth and angle of penetration with her legs. All three of the couples needed full body massages after each full day of multiple acts of intercourse to sooth sore muscles in their thighs and abdomens. The intensity of the young women’s appetites for penetrative sex surprised the men they were partnered with as their stamina was put to the test. The girls are sad to be returning to there standard school day after Easter Monday.

A new deep-dive gas guard

A dive-chick having a DCS attack

Decompression sickness, DCS: Adolph has a young dive facility attendant who went up to his summer place on Lake Tahoe to bring back some dive equipment to the training facility. It’s about a 500 mile trip one way – his place is on the California side south of Truckee - so they were going to stay over night. The lake is at an average surface elevation of 6,225ft, about 4,000 feet higher than Vegas, and the dive-chick wasn’t paying attention to her nitrogen loading. She had dived to depth the evening before she and her boyfriend drove his truck to Tahoe. They were going to have a swim in Adolph’s indoor-outdoor pool so she changed into her wetsuit and went out on the dock to get the equipment off his boat. She hadn’t been feeling well on the drive up and had an attack of DCS and collapsed before she got to the boat. This is an example of DCS from diving before moving to altitude. If the diver moves to a high-altitude location on land immediately after scuba diving s/he may be at risk of DCS. With this dive-chick she is young, thin, and healthy and so a +4,000 change in elevation shouldn’t have been much additional risk, but she was on the edge of her nitrogen limit and some people are more likely to be affected by DCS than others and she was one of them. Her BF dialed 911 and an EMT crew were there in about half an hour. Fortunately there is a hyperbaric chamber facility in Reno which was only about 70 miles away East on I80. She’s doing well and will probably make a complete recovery, but she won’t be able to be an active diver again.

Reflexions latex diaphragms as deep-dive gas guards: I have been working with my Gyn to try the Reflexions latex flat spring diaphragm as an effective gas guard at depths below 30 feet. Returning readers will remember that most diaphragms, the ones with arching spring and coil spring rims, should not be used for contraception or as a gas guard if the wearer intends to dive below 30 feet. That’s because the arcing spring and coil spring designs have air pockets in the rims that cause the rims to distort at pressure below 2 atmospheres, 33 feet. The much more seldom prescribed flat spring rim has no voids in the rim that will make it sensitive to distortion from pressure below 33 feet. I’ve been testing the flat spring diaphragm by using it as a gas guard (worn over my primary protection, an Oves cap) at the bottom of the pit about 65 feet below the surface and it has worked very well. The pit is 68 feet deep, but to prevent being rammed into the bottom while penetrated I like to be taken a few feet off the bottom. A few more successful tests and I will have the confidence to use a Reflexions during my 2 to 3 day period – when I can’t wear an Oves - so I can have deep dive-sex on any day during my cycle. The next step was to test Reflexions at 130 and with Adolph as my partner. I was sure it should work at that depth as well as it does at a depth of 65 feet. Talk about a breakthrough in deep dive-sex! And of course almost any woman can be fitted for a Reflexions so she can have effective .protection for deep dive-sex regardless of where she is in her cycle which is so awesome!

I had planned to wait until Elke was through with her visit to Adolph’s but she developed a sinus infection and a migraine headache and has to lie still in a darkened room and can’t dive for a few days so Adolph asked if I wanted to try my gas guard tests with Reflexions at 130 feet this weekend. That worked well with me since Jacques is in Europe on business so I had some free time. Adolph is fun to be with if you are careful to double check your equipment and enjoy risk taking. He’s way kinky and can be very sadistic, but he’s not so bad when he is with me as a partner. However, if he can be somewhere else when his guest’s are using diving equipment an accident seems to happen. His women guests will almost certainly have a major equipment failure of some sort and his students have multiple equipment failures from which they learn to survive, or not.

Breathing gas: We decided to do the 130 foot test breathing regular air (21% oxygen) rather than Nitrox because at that depth with higher concentrations of oxygen there is a greater risk of oxygen toxicity and 130 feet is below the safety level of both Nitrox I and II mixes contain 32% and 36% oxygen, which have maximum operating depths of 110 ft and 95 ft respectively. So we took the penalty in the form of a long decompression stop on our ascent. Even so we wore Ocean Reef FFMs so if we did have an OT seizure we wouldn’t have to worry about losing a regular when unconscious. At 130 feet we were both feeling the effects of nitrogen narcosis, but as long as we concentrated on having sex we were safe enough. Afterward we ascended to a bit above 100 feet to enjoy the afterglow w/o either of us doing something stupid while narced. Before someone asks why we didn’t use Trimix again the answer is that Helium conducts heat 5 times faster than air and so it can chill divers who then need thermal protection (When we used Trimix a few days ago we were in wetsuits in relatively warm water.) not something I wanted to contend with during dive-sex device testing. The facilities water heaters and circulators have been running full time and the water was a uniform 78° F, delightful for dive-sex because both partners expend a lot of energy. Adolph wore a Speedo slingshot and I wore one of my custom made Gottex yellow thong bikinis under my BCD. The Gottex suit was almost a mistake since I don’t like to lose one of them and I didn’t want to dive to the bottom to retrieve it if it fell away unnoticed. So after he undressed me I wedged the suit under the first stage regulator fitting on my tank. And afterward it wasn’t as though the deco stop was wasted time. I had Adolph take me again while I was tethered by 2 ankle leashes to wall mounted D-rings at a depth of 20 feet. He penetrated me in Missionary (I was tethered in a split) so I could watch him moving in and out of me. He is quirky, but he was very considerate of me and gave me a massive G-spot orgasm before he spewed hundreds of millions of sperm against the stretchy latex membrane of my gas guard.

130 foot depth test results: After we decompressed and rested I Kegeled then douched with clean water to get the semen out of me so that as I removed the Reflexions the dome wouldn’t pick up any semen from my vaginal walls. I had worn the diaphragm dry (without spermicide) and was double bagged, with an Oves sucking on my cervix so if the diaphragm leaked I wouldn’t be at risk, and was delighted to find that with the exception of a little natural lube the dome was empty. There was no leakage of any sort water or semen from three very intense encounters with a lot of cervical thrusting two of which were below 130 feet. I realize a single test dive isn’t definitive, but I see no reason why the results shouldn’t be repeatable with a properly fitted and positioned flat spring diaphragm.

Super Bowl XLIV (44) 02-07-2010: A friend asked what I will be doing on Super Bowl Sunday. At the casino there will be the usual private parties - I think we are nearly at capacity - and the screens in the bars will be showing SB XLIV, but I'm using the occasion as an opportunity to get away from work. I’m having a get-together at my place similar to the one I had at Thanksgiving. I’m thinking the guests will be: Taryn & Chuck, Cyndi & Chris, Anya & Robin, Shelly & Jeff, Marie-Claude & Pirate, Diané & Peter and Jacques & me. And, perhaps Elke and Adolph if they get along well and Elke can stay another few days. I’ve also invited Cyndi’s mom Fiona and her escort of choice – on Thanksgiving it was the sponge worthy Maj. Colin Tree – but I’m not sure she can join us if congress is in session. The menu will be primarily barbecue but steaks and chicken will be available cooked by casino kitchen and wait staff while off duty so they can make some extra money. The pit and swimming pools will be open for qualified divers so I’m hoping to have sex with Pirate and Chris neither of whom I’ve been with intimately since Thanksgiving. I’ll be CD24 then and still have Oves sucking on my cervix so I will be able to have dive-sex at any depth.

Vegas and dive safety

A Dive-Demon showing her twin hose Mistral regulator housing

Las Vegas and dive safety: Dive crews accustomed to working at sea level and in shallow pools for ease of work and safety need to make some dive plan adjustments when diving at altitude. Avoiding Barotrauma on descent or ascent is a normal part of a diver’s day. At the bottom of the pit there are the problems associated with working at depth; pressure adjustments of the ears, sinuses, the type vaginal devices worn and ‘squeeze’ in drysuits and cups. Greater depth shortens bottom time so two additional four person actress/camera teams have been sent out to make up for shortened dive durations and days off between dive sessions. Since identity is hidden when wearing some styles of masks and regulators Taryn wanted us to help by modeling vintage suits and reg sets, but I pointed out that we would be taking work from the dive-girls so we aren’t doing it. Well, officially we aren’t. We are however wearing much of the same equipment as the actresses are, just so we can get a feel for what wearing and breathing vintage SCUBA is like and some of it is remarkably uncomfortable.

Because Vegas is 2000 feet above sea level diving here is considered altitude diving and altitude correcting dive computers (most computers are these days) must be used because atmospheric pressure is less resulting in a higher risk of decompression sickness or DCS. The Graphic Media crews did not dive for 24 hours prior to flying here and adjusted to the altitude for another twelve before starting dives. The surface time was spent going over story-board scenarios and getting gear set up in and acquainting everyone with the pool area. For safety with repetitive dives a 12 hour surface interval is required. An 18 hour surface interval is required if the dive requires decompression to reduce nitrogen gas loadings. Since they have been diving fresh water no correction was needed for the lower density of fresh vs sea water.

Dive computer: While diving the pit the shoot director is on the bottom diving the same profile as the rest of the crew and is responsible for watching her dive computer to ensure the crew stays within a safe dive profile. When the shoot is in shallow pools where there is little danger the director usually is on the surface at poolside rather than diving with the crew but at depth for safety the director goes along. That way the actresses, because of their relative inexperience with deep diving, don’t have to worry with wearing and interpreting computer readings and can concentrate on looking lovely, seductive, in trouble, scared or whatever the scenario calls for.

Las Vegas and fantasy: Las Vegas is undoubtedly the capital of fantasy in the U.S. Of course there is gambling, sex and debauchery elsewhere in the country, but nowhere else is it so readily available, publicly practiced and generally accepted. This town lives off the nation’s lust for gamboling, gambling and the players belief that ‘if I’m lucky this one last time I’ll stop’. All kinds of fetishes and BDSM are widely available and usually fairly safe if you stay in the large clubs. Even Cyndi’s mom, who should know better, keeps sending out titled Brits as possible boyfriends and marriage candidates since she wants Cyndi to marry the eldest son of a Duke, preferably a rich one. Cyndi, at 16 hasn’t had a steady boyfriend since her bodyguard, Chris, got her preggers and she miscarried last year when they were visiting Eve on Virgin Gorda. She is in no hurry to become monogamous so she just samples the candidates and sends them packing having taught them far more than they could ever teach her about sex.

Men! Being involved in various aspects of the adult entertainment business I understand I’m living what must seem to most people a fantasy. But then I have an elaborate support organization to call on to make me look good for both my business projects and in private life. Personally I feel so safe with Oves sucking on my cervix! I think Oves makes me much more sexually assertive than I would otherwise be. I’m more confident in my allure, my ability to seduce, my power to have a man do what I want. However, the more success I have the more I want. Not unusual my analyst says with sexual addiction. A man who doesn't seem to react to me immediately is a challenge to be conquered and I enjoy that sort of challenge! A physician whom I recently had an encounter with said the CDC told him there is no vaccine to ward of an attack from my charms. I think he was kidding when he said that. He has two young daughters whose pics he showed me while we were snuggling in the afterglow and I was still draining his semen all over my thighs and the sheets. The girls are in their early teens and taking ballet and so as I lay in his arms he asked me questions about why their pointe shoes were so expensive. I thought that was really inconsiderate of him. Not asking about pointes, I love talking about one of my fetishes, but telling me about his daughters. Why is it that men who fuck me feel the need to show me the pics of their children? And why is it that most of them seem to have daughters?
