The Photo: I had Kassi fitted with hard shanked Gaynor Mindens when the GM rep came by the other day. Like me she wears Freed Classics for performing, but she needed something more supportive and with shanks and toe-boxes that can survive the abuse of playing in them. Fortunately they are a great fit for her and she loves the comfort and support they provide while she is training for ballet-sex.

Kassandra and my other Wards: I’m having Kassi fill in with my ballet troupe while a regular corps dancer is injured. Her self discipline extends at least to the point that she knows not to foul her own nest so I think (fingers crossed) that she will leave her friends men alone. God knows there are enough other gorgeous men around interested in having sex with a dancer and eligible men from the audience crowd the stage door afterward to see if they can date a ballerina so she shouldn’t be short of men to choose from. As I mentioned in an earlier post Kassi has a marvelous personality and can  adapt to almost any social situation so the question is can she control her competitive nature or is there a point at which she will start poaching on her women friends men just to see if she can take the men away from them.

KITTING OUT KASSI:

Pelvic protection and grooming: She had been fitted for the Reflexions latex flat spring diaphragm for deep dive flood insurance. At the same time I fitted her with a FemCap as well. FemCap is not as useful, but at depths of less than 30 feet can work well if the wearer is not menstrual and wants skin-on-skin contact on her G-spot. She is adapting well to her GyneFix with no cramping and the little spotting has stopped.

Yesterday Chris measured her for a custom sports plug which can protect the vulva from groping, but is ineffective when a vibi is pressed up against its head and turned on. It’s the new version with a indentation in the locking cam that fits snugly behind the pubic bone to prevent pinching the urethra which can lead to UTIs. The new version also has a channel so the wearer can urinate with it in place rather than having to remove the older version first.

After her sports-plug fitting I took her to Body Buffers, and introduced her to my esthetician who gave her her first Brazilian waxing (she had been shaving her pubes), removing every strand except eyebrows and scalp hair.  Kassi told me she was a bit of a masochist, but I had no idea pain affected her sexually until while I sat with her during her  waxing she orgasmed while tears were running down her cheeks as the esthetician ripped her pubic hair out in strips while she moaned in ecstasy. Jeff’s latex fabricating shop at Labia Labs out on the 15 actually makes the latex garments and they are very high quality. I love the fetish scents at Gepettos; the oak tanned leather, the boot oil and the smell of new latex and latex polish.

Her menstrual cycle reset: I could wait and see if she will naturally develop menstrual synchrony with my wards and me, but that could take several cycles. She is almost fertile and I want her cycle to sync with the rest of my wards for training purposes so I got Chris to give her a ten day regimen of progestin pills to force her to bleed when the rest of us do. If she takes a 5 mg tablet of Aygestin (Norethindrone) daily until CD 26 of my cycle that should cause her to bleed two days later resetting her cycle and put her period in synch with ours. I’m CD 14 and should ovulate today so she will start her progestin pills this coming Sunday.

Kassi at UNLV: She says she wants to go back to school and get her Masters in Psychology. She already has a BS from Cambridge where she was nearly expelled twice for seducing her tutors and she knows Taryn and has been her guest at Cunt Castle for some of her parties.  I’m not sure how serious she is about wanting her Masters and I want to introduce her to Adolph as soon as she is confident enough participating in dive-sex. • Brad: AKA Morning Wood my most recent psychoanalyst and fetish lover. He is helping me come to terms with my responsibilities as a handmaiden of Aphrodite. However, he is delusional in that he has fixation that when I’m dressed in her clothes I am his dead wife Jenna (from her photos we could be identical twins) who was a dancer killed in a car crash with their 6 mos. old baby two years ago.

Willow now dances in my ballet Co in Vegas and attends UNLV; The 18 y/o Swan twins, Odette and Odile who are the daughters of a friend who is a neighbor on Virgin Gorda in the BVIs. And recently there is a 5^th, Kassandra the 21 y/o daughter of the Earl of A*** who looks much like me with a Balanchine body, red hair green eyes and who is left handed. Also like me she was put in ballet boarding schools from a very young age and has great beauty, talent and a natural ability to mesmerize men w/o trying. She is also amoral and will say or do anything to get her way if she wants it badly enough. I first met her at Crag Abbey after the Autumnal Equinox on Sept. 23, 2014 and she returned with me and my other wards to Vegas where I hope to place her with Adolph as a sort of personal Assistant.

Menstrual sex

Primolut-n, generic Aygestin (norethisterone acetate) 5-mg tablets for inducing periods.

Menstrual sex, inducing a period: Escorts specializing in menstrual sex can safely induce their periods every 3 weeks, that way they can have as many as 17 bleeds a year. The way this is done is to take a 5 day regimen of the progestin Norethindrone (nor eth in' drone) acetate (NEA) - either Aygestin or its generic Primolut-n - taking two 5 mg tablets per day. After stopping the drop in progestin level will induce the woman’s period. Patient information for Aygestin can be found HERE. The picture at the top of this post shows blister packs of the generic Primolut-n, which we dispense at the clinic. A single 10 tablet blister pack is sufficient for a 5 day regimen of 2 5mg pills a day. Another off-label use for 5mg Norethindrone acetate pills is to delay a woman’s period if she is on her honeymoon, a diving or hiking trip or on a photo shoot.

Norethindrone acetate side effects: The down side of inducing periods for menstrual sex is that the hormonal swings can be hard on the woman’s body and the loss of blood will cause anemia unless she takes iron supplements and eats an iron rich diet. Another problem is that Norethindrone acetate can contribute to fluid retention so diuretic pills are often required for the woman to retain her figure.

Escorts specializing in menstrual sex have copper IUDs inserted for two reasons; first because inducing will not necessarily prevent ovulation so unlike sex during a woman’s normal period it is frequently possible to conceive from induced menstrual sex. The second is that a copper IUD will often cause heavier menstrual flow thus giving her clients a more complete experience covering them with her blood. Both ParaGard and GyneFix IUDs are satisfactory; however our Gyns and escort clients prefer GyneFix because it is far less likely to be expelled during strong uterine contractions.

Norethindrone (a less potent form of Norethindrone acetate) is also used in much lower doses as a progestin-only-pill (POP) birth control pill for new mothers who are lactating since progestin will not affect milk production. Some POPs containing 0.35mg norethindrone (NE) are: Ortho Micronor, Nor-QD, Camila, Errin, Jolivette and Nora-BE.

Recent clinic patients:

An overview: Returning readers will recall that several of my primary interests are in cervical barriers and physically risky sex, excluding STIs of course, which I’m very careful to avoid. Also, the clinic at which I volunteer is known for it’s expertise in reproductive health and especially the now (in my opinion) underused contraceptive method of cervical barriers. Which explains why we have so many patients who need counseling, fitting and training in the correct use of cervical barriers. So while it might seem from my posts that every woman in Vegas is now wearing a diaphragm that’s not the case at all. It’s just that a very large percent of the ones who are or want to come through our fitting rooms.

In the last several years diaphragms and caps have begun to regain importance as effective protection as social mores change so that it’s no longer just escorts specializing in underwater sex who are the most enthusiastic users of diaphragms and cervical caps. Now even young vanilla women (especially college girls) who become more sexually adventuresome are finding they need effective upper reproductive tract protection, not for contraception, but to protect their fertility as they participate in extreme sexual adventures. It is in this area that I have begun to concentrate my skills as a barrier fitter and teacher.


Latex-grab: There have been several instances of pregnancies due to latex-grab for couples using both male condoms and latex flat spring diaphragms. From the patients our clinic is seeing this seems to be happening with younger UNLV girls being taken w/o sufficient lubrication. I’m teaching the necessity of foreplay and using plenty of a good lubricating gel to St Lucy’s girls for both safety and comfort, but many of the UNLV girls are going it on their own w/o even the most elementary training other than how to insert and remove their diaphragms.

There have been three pregnancies that I know of. One from the diaphragm being pulled off the student’s cervix and the condom pulled off her partner. Another was from the diaphragm being pulled off the cervix and the condom tearing from friction. And the third was from friction wearing holes in both the dome and condom. This last is troubling because it means that the woman wasn’t inspecting her diaphragm for thin spots, cracks or tears in the latex membrane before insertion. The thing these three cases have in common (in addition to latex-grab) is that the women were on hormonal birth control but weren’t using it correctly. They had been fitted for diaphragms as a prerequisite for dive-sex training (not in my course) and were with new partners which accounts for them insisting on their partners wearing condoms. Perhaps they thought that when using three effective forms of protection nothing could go wrong and as a consequence used none of the methods correctly. Depo Provera and pregnancy: In spite of the possibility of serious side effects the popularity of Depo-subQ Provera 104, medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA), has increased since March of this year when women in the U.S. began reading the Fifty Shades trilogy, where the heroine, Anastasia Steele, was put on the contraceptive injection. While Depo is very effective it’s not foolproof and users must get an injection every 12 weeks. The user is considered safe for otherwise unprotected sex 7 days after the initial injection. The perfect use failure rate is .3% while the typical use failure rate is 3% because the user was either late getting her next scheduled injection or ignored the prohibition on unprotected sex for 7 days after receiving her first shot. The clinic is seeing pregnancies in teens on Depo primarily from those who have had what they say were “just this once” unprotected encounters with partners during the 7 day interval immediately after their injection while the progestin is suppressing ovulation. But we have also had 2 in girls who were late getting their next shot. Typically they want the pregnancies terminated by vacuum aspiration which is quick and very safe, and we can do that the same day if they can get the needed releases signed

Taryn is flying home: Taryn and her body guard Angie will be home on the 20th and I’m so excited! We will be making our annual rounds of Army and Navy hospitals in the surrounding states from the 21st through 24th. The men are so glad to see us and get our sort of intimate physical and psychological care, the kind the military doesn’t provide. I sent Limnaea for Taryn and Tanaquil will be coming back with them for Christmas and New Years too. Taryn must be back in Cambridge by January 5th.

St Lucy’s girls as Party servers: Before they leave on Christmas break some of the more adventuresome of the ballet girls will be working as servers for my annual gaming industry party. They had auditioned and been selected several months ago so they could be trained for the party. It’s a bit more rigorous that you might think (unless you have been to one of my holiday parties before) as there is more to it than just passing among the guests serving canapés.

The guests, mostly male casino/hotel owners and major equipment vendors, are always looking for fresh faces and young bodies so I’ve selected seven or eight of the most gorgeous and talented students to work as part of the ‘tasting menu’ so there will always be a minimum of four or five girls circulating at any one time. As I mentioned, Tanaquil, The French Courtesan who runs the European operation of Taryn’s Adult Media Empire, will be flying in with Taryn for Christmas and will be overseeing the 17 y/o ‘hors d’oeuvres’ (as Tanaquil calls them) while they take interested men into one of several small lounges equipped with barres off the public rooms to demonstrate their technique, strength and stamina during an intimate ‘audition’ which usually results when a man’s interest is aroused. I’m available of course, but as hostess my time is limited. This is also a chance for the wives who usually swap partners too so there should be plenty of lovely available women and a few men for those who like boys. Prepping the hors d’oeuvres: With that in mind I’ve been working with ten girls, eight primary and two alternates in case of sickness, for the last several months to prepare for the party making sure that details are taken care of, like: Full body waxes – except eyebrows and scalp hair - five days before the party. I’ve been rechecking the fit of their training plugs which they will all be wearing while circulating along with Gaynors and harem pants, peek-a-boo tops and veils. The costumes are all made of silk Hermes scarves. The girls will have training plugs inserted so a bold guest won’t be able to finger fuck his choice while she is circulating among the guests in the public rooms, but will have to take her in to a lounge to get her plug out to fondle her vulva or penetrate her.

With Balanchine bodies and waxed pubes some of the 17 y/os look as though they could be as young as 13 or 14 and that look is especially attractive to quite a few of the male guests who have fantasies of impregnating hard-bodied underage dancers so the hors d’oeuvres should be very popular. They give the impression of being illegal, but at an industry party there are always enemies who have to be invited so if one thinks s/he can get me in trouble by reporting me to the authorities we can always produce their birth certificates. Of course for a family party with just close friends there are underage girls for those who want them, because I became sexually active at 14 and I think 14 and 15 y/os should be allowed to have fun and gain valuable experience honing their developing social skills by being around powerful men.

Training plugs: Returning readers will remember that a St Lucy’s training plug is about half the length of a Penetrator and fits snugly in the ring of nerves just past the introitus with the usual anti-expulsion ridge secured behind the pubic bone and the removal loop lying flat along the wearer’s perineum. The outside is the standard Penetrator head that protects the vulva, mons veneris and clitoral shaft so the wearer can’t be fondled, but by applying pulsating pressure the wearer can be given a pressure orgasm. The hors d’oeuvres will wear Gaynors to show off their beautiful legs and to allow them to take men of different heights more easily while standing and being penetrated from the rear doggie style.

Hot loading an All-Flex: Another advantage of wearing a training plug is that a woman can still wear a diaphragm and for the party the hors d’oeuvres will all be wearing undersized All-Flex arcing spring devices because an All-Flex is the easiest to under-thrust. We have some men in the gaming industry who make it a habit to deliberately seek out partner’s who use diaphragms with the intention of purposely under-thrusting them. Since most diaphragms are the All-Flex arcing spring type women who are using them for shallow water (no deeper than 10 meters) dive-sex gas guard protection are not safe from that sort of predator. I deliberately refitted the girls with All-Flex diaphragms that are too small to make it easier for the men to under-thrust them. My hors d’oeuvres girls won’t have to be concerned about a possible pregnancy because they all have GyneFix IUDs implanted, but many of the casino owners girlfriends and mistresses have become pregnant from lack of or incorrect birth control training.

Contraceptive myths: Girlfriends and mistresses thinking they couldn’t be impregnated during sex underwater was their first mistake and was very common when dive-sex first started catching on out here. Believing they would be protected effectively from pregnancy because they had an All-Flex inserted was another. An All-Flex is very effective (about 96%) during vanilla sex. However, when the woman is with a lover who is fond of - and good at - under-thrusting the rim of her All-Flex and unloading five to seven ml of semen in its dome so the tip of her cervix is immersed in a pool of high sperm-count semen for at least six hours, the effectiveness drops dramatically and nearly half the young women fertile during an under-thrust encounter usually end up pregnant if no other effective method of birth control is being used.

Dracula in Vegas: For Halloween we are presenting eight performances of Dracula in the various high-roller venues. It’s an occult holiday favorite that we are bringing back and hope to make it a tradition. The original three act ballet was created by Houston Ballet’s Ben Stevenson in 1997 to mark the 100th anniversary of Bram Stoker’s novel and with music by Franz Liszt has become a modern classic. I have had to shorten and reduce its scale appreciably to fit our performance venues and the attention span of my audience and rather than the quite chaste neck punctures by Dracula’s fangs I have substituted a more effective but no less dangerous way for a woman to be taken over to the dark-side.

Induced menstruation: In my version, instead of sucking blood from his female victim’s neck Dracula spellbinds her and then while giving her an orgasm during oral sex forces his saliva into her uterus where its anti-coagulant properties induce her period causing her to bleed heavily. In order for this to work properly in front of an audience the dancers in the role of Flora (Mina in the book) have to be cycling naturally so their periods will be relatively heavy. It also requires scheduling their periods so they are bleeding for the performance. I’m cycle day one (CD1) today and just starting my period so I will be in full flow by tomorrow night when I will dance Flora for the evening performance. For dancers whose cycles aren’t synched to mine we shift them a few days by having them take a regimen of Aygestin tablets containing 5 mg of the progestin norethisterone which delays their periods a few days until needed for their performances as Flora.

After each performance one or two fortunate members of the audiences come away with one of Flora’s break-away thongs soaked with her menstrual blood as a souvenir. I will use the first one of mine with the blood from a public performance in a spell that I will cast for Halloween. Readers of my 360 blog know that I am, at the very least, a ‘sensitive’ though my spells are (usually) of a benign nature. Unlike Christine O'Donnell I’m not running for public office so I don’t really care if people know I’m a witch. I don’t usually mention it in public because it tends to raise eyebrows and then people want me to do something to prove it and when I don’t they think I’m kidding or lying to them. But on Halloween and the Summer and Winter solstices the power of the old religions is very much alive, and in many places it is just below the surface of what is happening in ordinary peoples lives.

I will use my bloody thong as the wick in an ancient oil lamp that will be lit for the Halloween party I’m having at my place Sunday evening. As long as the blood on the thong is less than three days old the spell is quite potent. Blood from a virgin can be used for up to three weeks after her period with no loss in the spells potency. Burning the fragrant oil with a blood-soaked wick will ensure the party is a festive one.

Shelly and STIs: Shelly got her last (the third) Gardasil shot yesterday and because this is Vegas and she will be starting an intensive regimen of sexual training she underwent a full panel of STI tests along with her pelvic exam and pap. Research is finding that Gardasil can protect women from HPV caused rectal and throat cancers as well as the cervical kind which is good news since a lot of young women think they are practicing safe sex by having oral or anal sex rather than penile-vaginal intercourse. They have no idea! Pregnancy is a lot easier to deal with than cancer.

Being fitted: I took her out to Gepetto’s to be fitted for a pair of his best custom made ballet boots. She has a pair of off-the shelf ones from a decent maker but Gepetto’s pointe boots are far more supportive and comfortable while being very flattering to the feet and legs. She also had an extensive fitting appointment with Chuck at the clinic for silicone diaphragms and a strapless FemCap. She got a full line of ‘Domme’ cervical barriers in shiny black latex for playing with her rubberstud and was measured for custom a set of Penetrator plugs. Then she had her ParaGard removed and cervix dilated and Chuck implanted a GyneFix IUD which will be far more effective during extremely intense sex than her ParaGard. With all that poking and prodding pelvic activity she was pretty sore so loaded up with ibuprofen and decided to abstain for a day or two to give herself time to recover. Since her husband in on the East Coast on business she shouldn’t have a problem doing that, but then the girl has been known to change her mind, especially if the ibuprofen really kicks in. I’ve had Pirate assign her a training stallion so if she decides to take a man she’s good to go.

Synchronizing cycles: It will be easier to teach Shelly diaphragm use during her period if her period is synched with mine. I’m CD9 and she is CD16 and we both have very regular 28 day cycles. So, to delay her period until I’m CD1 again Chuck, her Gyn, prescribed her nine 5mg tablet of Aygestin (the progestin norethisterone) that will allow her to delay her period. She’ll begin taking one a day two days before her period is supposed to start and will stop taking them when I’m CD28 so we should start bleeding together. I don’t think we well be working as closely as Anya, Taryn, Cyndi and I do so she may not stay in menstrual synchrony with me as they do, but if not we should be close enough for several cycles which will be long enough for me to demonstrate menstrual sex techniques and for her to practice them with a suitable partner.

Domme wear: As a rubber-chick in the making Shelly has really taken to our clinic’s ‘Domme’ line of shiny black latex cervical barriers. She has been using a Diva Cup for flow control during her periods and wasn’t aware that a diaphragm could be used for flow control to allow penetrative menstrual sex w/o much of the attendant mess. Like a lot of other girls who are into rubber she bought several diaphragms so she can give her husband one. Even though she had a IUD inserted he has been after her to be fitted with a latex barrier, but because of the ParaGard’s strings she couldn’t wear one and be confident that she would not inadvertently pull out her IUD, so she refused. Now that she has a frameless GyneFix implanted and there are no more strings she can safely wear any vaginal device she wants. I’m sure he didn’t know shiny black latex Domme diaphragms have recently become available because most standard manufacturers have switched to clear or pink silicone. Rubberstud wanted one of my pink silicone ones as a trophy (he called it a ‘memento’ of our relationship) but I said no because the likelihood of Shelly finding it was too great. That was before I agreed to tutor her in seduction and I’m glad I did refuse because having her give him a diaphragm in her size and made of shiny black latex will be a wonderful gift symbolizing the start of her conversion to a world class rubber-chick. Latex is more likely to develop a funky odor as vaginal fluids permeate the latex over time, but with her rubberstud that’s actually a plus since he loves the musky scent of latex marinated in estrogenic bodily fluids. Even worn continuously a latex diaphragm should last at least a year if she doesn’t use oily meds or lubricants with it.

Performing with pelvic devices: She will learn to work out and perform with her diaphragm or FemCap inserted. There is nothing difficult there since if properly inserted she shouldn’t be able to feel them and will forget they are even inserted. More difficult is learning to perform with a Penetrator plug inserted because it is pressing on the ring of nerves just inside her introitus and on her G-spot. Performing with a Penetrator can cause her to become fully aroused allowing her to become far more sexually needy than she would otherwise appear even for an excellent actress. Of course one of the reasons she switched from a ParaGard to a GyneFix IUD was to be able to safely wear a FemCap for thrust buffering, deep diving over-pressure protection and diaphragm for diving above 10 meters and as a toy for her husband to thrust into and not have to worry about the ParaGard’s ‘strings’ sticking to the rim and being pulled out along with her diaphragm or cap. But first it's necessary that she become proficient with a set of Ben Wa balls for basic pelvic muscle strengthening exercises.

Capping Cyndi’s cervix: In preparation for our trip to the BVIs I needed to get Cyndi fitted for an Oves. I had promised I would fit her for an Oves cap when she turned 16 if her cervix was capable of being properly fitted for one. And she was very anxious that she be able to wear one as Oves is much smaller and a far more sophisticated device than a FemCap and she viewed being able to successfully wear an Oves as a rite of passage for a sexually active young woman, which it certainly is. So I had booked her a fitting appointment at the clinic and while I was going to be her fitter I had Chuck there with me to get his concurrence in my judgment. He thought there was no need for him to concur as I had fitted hundreds of Oves type caps by then but I wanted to be sure so he was there. I knew from fitting her for Milex and Semina diaphragms that she had a smooth walled symmetrical cervix which is required to use a cavity rim cap like Oves. I gave her a ThinPrep pap test to make certain her cervix was healthy before I fitted her because if a woman has cervical dysplasia wearing a tight fitting cap will make the condition worse. Her cervix was very healthy.

The fitting itself took just a few minutes and it turned out that Cyndi took a 19mm Oves a much smaller one than the smallest size (22mm) when it was being manufactured by Veos, but we had found there was a niche market for a smaller size for petite women so we have a license to produce the 19mm size. The 19mm fit her perfectly and I taught her to screw it on to her cervix by giving it a turn to make sure the cavity rim sealed securely against the walls of her cervix. Then, after she had worn it for 30 minutes I had her remove it and I felt for the raised ring of tissue – and had her feel the ring as well - where the vacuum had pulled a bit of the cervical wall into the cavity in the rim, the sign of a very secure fit. Since Cyndi is protected by a GyneFix implant she only needs the Oves if she and her partner are playing with compressed fluids or gasses or when she is having dive-sex. There is something different about her since she turned 16 and was fitted for Oves. She now seems a much more mature, confident and a strikingly beautiful young woman than the girl she was only 2 months ago.

Morning routine: At our rented house in the Hamptons and at my place on Virgin Gorda we all took morning class, then pointe while wearing ‘drilling rigs’. The name ‘drilling rig’ to describe my practice costume came from one of the petroleum engineers who were evacuated from the Gulf oil drilling platforms last year during hurricanes and spent their idle time in Vegas. The term seemed to stick among my inner circle, Anya, Taryn, Diané and Cyndi, primarily because of the ease of access for rear entry sex. A drilling rig consists of a thong-back leo, pointe-shoes and a sports shield. No undies of course which means that I have to have my leos custom made to support my B/C cup breasts since I’m still lactating. After our menstrual extractions (more about that below) and once we got to Virgin Gorda since we were diving deep water we all had cervical caps inserted which provide protection at any depth.

The wedding/BVI trip and our periods: The trip was timed around Anya’s cousin’s wedding so we had to decide how we wanted to handle our periods this cycle. Because we have menstrual synchrony we would all be traveling from cycle day 24 of one cycle to cycle day 4 of the next 28 day cycle and all of the girls but me bleed through CD5. Returning readers will remember that I have a menstrual extraction procedure (an ME) done at the first of every cycle so that I only bleed for 1 ½ to 2 days and after that I can go back to safely wearing my Oves cervical cap. The problem was that since we are all cycling naturally we can’t have dive-sex below 10 meters while bleeding because we would be protected by diaphragms that distort due to water pressure below 10m. And since we wanted to dive the cove from CD28 through CD4 (an interval of 5 days) we needed to come up with a solution for the other girls. There were two possibilities. The first option was to take a 5mg tablet of Aygestin, the progestin norethisterone, each day starting a day or two before their periods were supposed to start and continue until the day before they wanted to start their periods. The Aygestin will mask the drop in a woman’s natural progestin level and prevent her period starting as long as she takes a pill each day. That method is used by my friends who are SCUBA divers and travel on live-aboard dive trips where there is no privacy for a girl to have her period. The down side of taking Aygestin is that my friends would have shifted their cycles by 5 days and would have taken the hormone progestin which we all have stayed away from hormonal birth control to avoid.

The other possibility was to have Chuck, a Gyn and Taryn’s boyfriend who was accompanying us, to give Anya, Taryn, Diane and Cyndi all menstrual extractions. That way we would all be using Milex or Semina diaphragms to collect the residual flow for 2 days and then when I was able to wear Oves they would be able to wear their strapless FemCaps again and our cycles would still be synchronized and they would avoid putting artificial hormones in their bodies. They each decided to have an ME even though it was an invasive method compared to Aygestin, so we had Chuck take along enough small sterile cannulas (small enough that there was no need to dilate the cervix) and other bits and pieces to perform the procedures. The extractions went well and Chuck put us all on doxycycline for a few days afterward to minimize any possibility of pelvic infection from pool or sea water. So all of us had our periods shortened and we had the full 5 days of protection we needed for deep dive sex.
