Training for AST finals: as the end of the school year approaches forth form girls are beginning to seriously train to be able to successfully have sex while en pointe: be able to orgasm and still retain enough control to milk their partners while remaining firmly en pointe. Being able to do that successfully and gracefully is as much an exercise in compartmentalization as it is in physical strength and stamina and it takes a lot of practice to be able to do it confidently. That gives them some idea of the value of compartmentalization and why they need to be able to master it to have successful sex en pointe regardless of their previous ballet training. St Lucy’s AST girls get a break, being allowed to practice and take the exam wearing Gaynor Minden pointes rather than their performance shoes made of traditional materials. Escort trainees are required to pass the exam wearing shoes made of traditional materials which takes an additional level of strength and stamina.

UNLV women and dive protection: As swimsuit season draws nearer the sorority women are spending more time at the gym toning their bodies for bikini weather and spending time at Body Buffers having their estheticians give them Brazilian bikini wax treatments to remove all but a tiny ‘landing strip’ of pubic hair so no man will think they are underage. I prefer being totally waxed of all hair except eyebrows and scalp hair because I think it presents a more flowing line under a thong, but it’s a matter of personal preference.

A lot of sorority women, especially grad students who are more adventuresome, are asking to be fitted with latex flat spring diaphragms for use as gas-guards for protection during underwater sex. Many started out trying FemCap, but found that the fit wasn’t quite right or their partners hit the removal strap or the edge of the brim and found FemCap uncomfortable. While diaphragms aren’t suitable for every woman for those who are young and have a deep post pubic vault and don’t have a latex allergy the Reflexions can be extremely effective.

Diaphragms have really caught on at UNLV after the ‘Ringlets’ wore Milex Omniflex diaphragms while on a diving trip to Cancun during the Christmas break. [For more about that see my post for January 21, 2012.] But the Omniflex was being used to hold NuvaRings in place during occasional underwater vanilla sex. What the sorority sisters coming in for fittings want now is to get the huge increase in under-thrust protection provided by Reflexions flat spring rim diaphragms (over that provided by silicone Omniflex) when they need gas guards during dive-sex.

Omniflex and Reflexions are equally as effective during vanilla sex, but Omniflex can be easily under-thrust if the male partner knows how while, as I’ve previously mentioned it is almost impossible to under-thrust a flat spring rim and maximum protection is what’s needed to enjoy frequent and worry free dive-sex. I’m so pleased that more young women are finding or switching to Reflexions because that’s what I’ve been trying to get women divers to do for years. It seems to be catching on since it’s become common knowledge locally that elite escorts specializing in dive-sex now wear them, though that usage began for latex fetish reasons as I mentioned in an earlier post.

Reflexions diaphragms – increasing dome suction: for a woman who has strong vaginal muscle tone and is not allergic to latex and is serious about maximizing the effectiveness of her diaphragm I think that the Reflexions flat spring is her best choice. That’s because its thin strong spring folds in a single plane making it nearly impossible to under-thrust or displace during intercourse and the rim won’t distort on SCUBA dives deeper than 10 meters. Readers not interested in the details of maximizing the effectiveness of the Reflexions should skip this section.

One of the tricks that I’ve found helps stabilize a diaphragm is to increase the vacuum in the dome prior to needing it for both contraception and upper reproductive tract protection (URP) during dive sex. But increasing the vacuum in the dome doesn’t work for everyone. To stand the best chance of being able to increase dome suction a latex diaphragm should be used because the dome is stretchier than silicone ones. It is also important for the woman to have a well defined post-pubic vault and a very well fitting diaphragm so that the when correctly inserted the anterior rim is in the wearer’s pubic notch when she is unaroused.

Another factor, vaginal rugae; the transverse ridges or folds in the vaginal epithelium, the thick mucous membrane coating the wall of a healthy vagina, that allow it to expand in length and diameter during arousal and child birth, is important in developing a strong vacuum. In some older women or women who are estrogen deficient the rugae are thinner or not as flexible so the rim might not be able to sink into the soft tissue enough to grip the vaginal walls to develop a strong seal. For these women the diaphragm and spermicide combination will work effectively to kill the few sperm that leak past the rim during vanilla sex, but may not sustain a strong suction (or any suction) in the dome that would provide additional seal stability necessary for effective URP during dive-sex.

For women whose anatomies will permit it pumping down is done by the wearer inserting the Reflexions and placing it correctly so her cervix is covered by the dome and the anterior rim is in her pubic notch. Then squatting and pushing down as she would to have a bowel movement which pushes her cervix toward the entrance to her vagina. Since the diaphragms posterior rim is behind the cervix and the anterior rim in the pubic notch the rim is held against her pubic bone and the dome is filled and stretched by the cervix so that any remaining air in the folds of the dome is squeezed out. After three or for compressions like that the vacuum in the dome is sufficiently increased so that most wearers whose anatomies permit increasing dome suction can feel slight pressure on the cervix from the dome being stretched tight over the tip of the cervix. At removal the wearer has to insert a finger between the vaginal wall and the rim to break the seal and release the vacuum.

For me a really nice thing about pumping down the vacuum in a Reflexions diaphragm is that the latex stretches over the cervix as the vacuum pulls it into the void created by the anterior fornix causing a slight upward pressure on the cervix that I mentioned. Some women can’t stand the feeling, but I love it as it’s a sign that my barrier is in place and under strong vacuum making it even harder to displace no matter how large or rough my partner might be.

Camel toe, heels and cervical encasement

Camel toe: The camel toe song celebrates the more common figurative definition of camel toe. In human anatomy, the mons veneris (Latin, mound of Venus), is the soft mound of flesh just over the vulva in females. After puberty it is normally covered with pubic hair to a greater or lesser extent. The labia majora or large lips extend on either side of the vulva, and may also be covered with pubic hair. If the costume of a woman is so tight that you can see the shape of her mons pubis and labia, as in the picture of Britney Spears above, you can call that a CAMEL TOE because of its similarity to the toes of a real camel. In Vegas female entertainer’s pubes are usually totally waxed so that in provocative costumes their vulvas are prominently displayed w/o being masked behind a luxuriant growth of pubic hair.

My AST class at St Lucy’s gets camel toe training because while displaying camel toe can be provocative it can cause urological and genital problems for the woman if she doesn’t take the proper precautions. The safest and most comfortable way to display camel toe is to wear a plug with a cleavage head. That way it looks provocative while protecting the soft tissues of the labia and the entrance to the urethra from chafing and bacteria which can cause a UTI. Raw spots on the labia are unbelievably painful so that vaginal penetration while your labia are raw can put a girl off sex for months. Once you are wet enough from flirting with a hunky guy you can let him remove your plug and play with your real toys.

Jackets and riding crops: I was taken to task the other day [See: comments about my entry of October 16, 2009] for my lack of formality – no jacket - while on duty as a casino owner-manager. And I thought I’d get points for being plugged so I wouldn’t be displaying my camel toe. Sigh! Actually, black Boots, tights and bra accessorized with a riding crop is amazingly imposing when the person is pretty and 6’ tall. I’m 5’4” standing flat, but in Pleasure boots I’m a bit over 6 feet. Seeing a 6 foot auburn haired woman striding toward you slapping a riding crop against the shaft of her boot is (I’ve been told) fairly impressive even when I’m smiling which I always do when approaching customers. And that’s the judgment of several of my enemies who on their best days call me “one tough cunt!” I carry a few business cards in a hidden pocket of my bra so I don’t need a jacket. Usually when I hand a card from my bra to a customer they will sniff it first. It seems automatic for both men and women, they just do. And it usually changes the dynamic of the situation from confrontational to flirtatious or at the very least casual. If I’m in conventional business attire; a skirt suit, blouse and pointes and I hand a customer a card from my clutch they will look at it and start complaining. Go figure! I’ve found changing the social dynamic will almost always ease the situation, even with aggressive verbally abusive drunks. I just listen and think how glad I am I’m not going to bed with that person. Once they understand they are talking with an owner I take them into a conference room to try to resolve the situation. It’s close by and I try to get them out of the public rooms before they collapse in a drunken stupor or have a medical crisis of some sort from being upset which we try to avoid by calming them and discussing their problem regardless of how unreasonable. I can almost always handle the most belligerent man. Women are somewhat more difficult since so few of them want to bed me. The Casino occasionally slips up so I don’t win them all, but I’m pleased to say that the outcomes of the situations I handle are usually more favorable to the casino than those handled by the other Owner-managers.

Executive heels: Without my asking Gepetto’s boot heel designer made me micro-bladed heels for my pleasure boots. The heels feel smooth to a gentle touch but they have tiny bladed teeth like fine saw blades. When gripped firmly or jammed into tight spaces they cut like razors. He made them to enable me to quickly slash the laces on an opponent’s ballet boots if I force my heel into and down her laces, which will leave her with almost no support and unable to walk in her boots. They also prevent an opponent from grasping the heels of my boots (even with gloves) to throw me off balance. I thought that was so sweet of him, but then I think he likes me. I have seen him through some bad times when his wife was being treated for cancer and he needed conjugal services she couldn’t provide. He is very happily married, but a man has needs and I am glad I was able to have him in my bed for a while. He is as good a lover as he is a weapons designer so they are very happy together.

Diaphragms and cervical encasement: I mentioned in an earlier post [see October 13, 2009] about rubber encasement Masters who enjoy looking at a Prentif cap sucking on a submissives cervix. The same effect can be gotten with a diaphragm and it is especially effective when using a Semina because its transparent dome shows the encased cervix clearly through the .25 mm thick pink silicone rubber membrane. In my Advanced Sexual Techniques (AST) course at St Lucy’s I show the girls how to increase the vacuum in the dome of a diaphragm to cause the soft thin dome to mold exactly to the shape of the wearer’s cervix. For the wearer this has two beneficial effects. First, by increasing the suction it decreases the likelihood that a large man can break the seal and cause the diaphragm to leak or dislodge. Second the vacuum stretching the thin rubber of the dome around the cervix puts a slight pressure on the cervix which the user can feel as a sign that her D is correctly positioned and sucking tightly on her cervix so she knows she is protected. And, as I mentioned it is a huge turn on for Rubber Encasement Masters since cervical encasement is a new field in the fetish.

Vacuum packed: To increase the vacuum in the dome all the wearer has to do is, after correctly inserting her barrier while she is not aroused, push down several times as though she is having a bowel movement. When the wearer is not aroused the anterior rim of her diaphragm is anchored securely in her pubic notch so pushing down will force the anterior wall of the vagina and cervix further into the dome pushing out any air that might still be trapped when the diaphragm sealed. So inserting while not aroused is crucial to increasing the vacuum in the dome. Pushing down three or four times will pump the vacuum down to the point that it becomes very difficult to break the seal when it needs to be removed for cleaning. Another reason for increasing the vacuum in the dome - when worn for flow control during her period - is so that the vacuum will cause the endometrium to flow out faster shortening a wearer’s period, sometimes by as much as a day or two. Of course that means that it fills faster and has to be emptied more often. For me, after my ME, I can pump down the vacuum in the dome of my Milex and reduce my residual flow from two days to less than a day.

Rubber-Masters and the Prentif cap: I have received several enquiries already from Rubber Masters interested in introducing the Prentif into a submissives heavy latex encasement wardrobe. I have to say that is a diabolical idea to use a woman’s contraception and over pressure protection as bondage device to put her further under her master’s control. While use of the Prentif was very popular among sophisticated European women in the mid 20th centaury as a convenient and effective method of birth control it was rarely used as a method of subjugation. These days with the rediscovery of the Prentif by the latex fetish community, encasement of a woman’s cervix in heavy rubber seems to be a turn on not only for birth control device fetishists but for heavy rubber encasement fetishists as well. The soft thick rubber of the Prentif and the grip of the vacuum in both the rim and dome of the cap on such a feminine part of a submissive make Prentif particularly well suited for use in total heavy rubber encasement of beautiful woman of child bearing age. For women not used to wearing a Prentif the grip of the rim and the vacuum in the dome can cause some cramping which Rubber Masters seem to like. I think it is a psychological thing for a heavy rubber encasement fetish guy because he can’t really see his slaves heavy rubber encased cervix w/o using a speculum, but he can feel it with his fingers if she pushes her cervix down.

Fitting, insertion and care of a Prentif: There are four sizes, based on the inside diameter, of Prentif caps: 22 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm, and 31 mm. To ensure a proper fit the cervix should be closely inspected by the woman’s fitter to determine that the cervix is smooth and symmetrical so as not to interfere with the cavity in the rim sealing against the wall all the way around the cervix. It is important to insert a cavity rim cap, either Prentif or Oves, before becoming aroused. After a woman becomes aroused it may be impossible to insert it correctly because the vagina lengthens (tents) during arousal and the pelvis engorges with blood making correct placement and suction on the cervix very difficult to obtain. Before inserting a cervical cap the woman should wash her hands and have short nails or wear latex exam gloves so she doesn’t scratch herself. Then compress the rim and while spreading her labia with the fingers of one hand push the compressed rim into the vagina. Once behind the pubic bone push it up and over the cervix. This can take a bit of getting used to while determining the best angle to use and care must be taken because if turned the cap can suction onto the wall of the vagina rather than on the base of the cervix. Once the cap is in place and the dome dimples the wearer should sweep a finger all the way around the dome to check that the cap is correctly covering the cervix.

To test for a good seal the woman should insert the cap, wait 15 minutes, remove the cap and then immediately feel for the raised rim tissue – that was pulled into the rim cavity - to ensure that there is raised tissue the full 360 degrees around the cervix. If there is raised tissue all the way around the cervix after 15 minutes of wear that means the cap is a good fit and it is sealing well. Also on all but the 22 mm size, the top of the dome will dimple from the vacuum in the dome if the cap is a good fit. A 22 mm will not dimple because the dome is too small and stiff.

To clean a Prentif it should be turned inside out and the cavity cleaned carefully with a toothbrush and warm mild oil free soap and water to ensure it is free of mucus, rinsed well and then let air dry. A Prentif should not be exposed to cold weather as the latex will harden and shatter and of course oils will cause the natural rubber to deteriorate rapidly so only water based lubes should be used with a Prentif. To visually inspect for latex aging; the first sign is that the latex will become stiffer, gives less and the domes of the larger caps will remain dimpled after the vacuum is released. Then look for cracking around the dome to rim interface while the Prentif is turned inside out for cleaning. This will reveal any latex aging. The effective life of a Prentif will depend on the user (use frequency and vaginal environment) and can be as short as 2 years and as long as 10 years. I take good care of my 25 mm Prentif and though it is no longer my primary method I use it occasionally for play. It is 7 years old and still develops a wicked vacuum so I have to pry it off my cervix and shows no sign of latex fatigue. A Prentif cap can be worn safely for at least 48 hours then removed, cleaned and immediately reinserted. If spermicide is used the dome should be no more than a third full, more could cause the spermicide to be forced into the rim cavity and break the suction. And as I’ve mentioned women with excellent fitting Prentif caps can safely wear them dry.
