It’s the uncircumcised men who have most of the problems because it’s the frenulum that most often tears and the frenulum is cut during circumcision. However, a circumcised man will some times tear. About size; the vagina is a one-size-fits-most organ so I think even being on the small side you would still be in some danger. Intense contractions can tighten the vagina amazingly so I don’t think being small would be much protection with a well muscled ballet dancer who is spasming.

The RFID chips are for monitoring women’s cervical protection – gas guards to prevent having pool water or gasses forced into the uterus that can cause PID or embolisms that can kill – to make sure their gas guards are being worn. Guys don’t really need reproductive tract protection – except in a few cases to prevent tearing – and only have to swipe their health cards through the readers to show they are up to date on health exams and are free of STIs.
