Who is the maker of this dancer’s shoes?
Thanks to Paul D for pointing out the link in the original post went to a members-only site so some readers might not have been able to participate in the quiz. Thanks too to Paul D for the link to the original source.
Hi Paul D, Yes, you are correct. The link opens for me. When I put the curser over 'this link' it highlights and clicking on it opens the photo in a separate window. Would you please try it again for me? Thanks,

The design of the cross hatching in the forefoot of the sole plus the trademark in the heel makes me believe those are Griskos.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgreous picture of a lovely young woman! Lighting is exactly proper and her body is beautiful. Rather more bust than usually seen in a ballerina but the rest of the body toned properly. Breathtaking.
ReplyDeleteThough she might be a bit busty, she has just enough as far as I'm concerned. She looks very natural. Not too thick, not too thin.
DeleteEric, my comment is in no way critical. The photo allows to see muscular development front and back. She has the classic athletic development of a ballerina or gymnast. The "extra" bust development enhances her femininity - something needed by many female athletes. With the pose, there is no question about her femaleness but lovely breasts greatly enhance her femininity.
DeleteBoth Paul D and Eric are correct, the maker of this dancer's pointes is Grishko. Thanks guys!
